Mr Tony texted then called me within 15 minutes of me requesting a quote on checkatrade. He was at the premises on the exact time he promised. The work was carried our promptly and I am very happy with the work.

Amazing Job! Tony was at the job site within half an hour on a Sunday morning! The key was not turning in the lock so I could not get into the property. Tony figured out and fixed the issue quickly and gave me advice for what to do going forward. Very friendly and courteous. Would highly recommend this company!

Great service, was around in under 30 mins when we were locked outside. Very friendly, explained how our lock works and payment was very professional with card machine and email receipt. Price wise it was much the same as anywhere else I asked, maybe a few quid more expensive than a couple others I tried but for the service received I think worth it.

Great experience. Front door lock had given up, and I was locked out. Mark was fortunately nearby (I contacted Murray through WhatsApp not expecting such a speedy emergency response), entry gained without damage and lock replaced in half an hour - 45 mins from first getting in contact (especially appreciated as I’d been let down by, and had given up on, an insurance-arranged repair from another firm). Great care, no clean-up needed or damage. Really good value too. Would absolutely recommend and will certainly as for their help again.

Brilliant service from Guildford Street Locksmiths fixing a jammed lock on our door. Owen was able to come the same day, he was courteous and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the problem, talked us through the solutions and their costs, provided a temporary lock while waiting for the replacement part to come and kept us informed throughout. Really happy with the service provided by Dave at Rockhopper Locks. His communication was great, he was friendly and polite, he was on time and he diagnosed and fixed the problems quickly. Dave arrived very promptly- within 20 minutes. He had all the best tools with him and I was in the house within 5 mins. Very professional service. No damage to existing locks and no need to change the deadlock system. Very impressed and grateful im house sitting for a mate so was up shit creek when I locked myself out.

Recently moved into new house, and had booked Chris to come and swap out the locks. Chris was in touch before hand on email so we could plan and schedule work to do. He arrived promptly and immediately got on with things. Not only did Chris change the locks but re-aligned several doors, and advised us on general door/lock related issues. Chris was really good local Tradesman. Booking him to come back and sort out some window latches. Fantastic service. Price was as agreed, no surprises.
