Popped in to get a couple of keys cut and a trophy too. Despite it being really busy for a Wednesday morning at 10am, the lad in there was polite, helpful and pretty quick! Keys were cut there and then and the trophy was engraved within 20 minutes (which gave me an excuse to get a coffee!). Definitely recommend this place

Jarek was kind enough to squeeze me in early in the morning before his working day had begun and what should be a quick job turned out to be more challenging and took over half an hour as my car (Nissan Note 2006 model) was not responding to my original key fob which had been compromised and giving me countless issues. Needless to say Jarek patiently cut keys and found a solution and recoded new fobs and I drove away elated as I could finally lock and unlock my car. Many thanks for your expertise and professionalism.

We lost one of the keys for our Audi Q3 and needed a replacement. Jaroslaw provided a great service for a good price. He came the next day at the agreed time, cut the key part for the ignition and then programmed both keys back into the car's computer. He worked efficiently and answered all my questions patiently. At the end I tested the key and it performed all the functions just like the original one. Very happy and highly recommend his services.

David did an amazing job on our windows which were in real disrepair and a significantly bigger piece of work than initially expected. Regardless, David was committed to doing a perfect job and sorted out all of the issues. He was very kind and went above and beyond to deliver the highest quality work. He also went the extra mile when spotted issues beyond the windows which he fixed for us too. Really dedicated to the craft and doing a good job. Communication was great throughout and always contacted when said he would and turned up on time. He booked us in very last minute and did the job the next day, as well as ordering all the parts in for us. Overall extremely professional, didn't make a mess and worked efficiently but thoroughly. David was an absolute life saver, his perseverance on a very stubborn old door meant we could finally lock our house. He was so reasonably priced and kind - a rarity in modern day! 100% recommend.

Recently moved into new house, and had booked Chris to come and swap out the locks. Chris was in touch before hand on email so we could plan and schedule work to do. He arrived promptly and immediately got on with things. Not only did Chris change the locks but re-aligned several doors, and advised us on general door/lock related issues. Chris was really good local Tradesman. Booking him to come back and sort out some window latches. Fantastic service. Price was as agreed, no surprises.
