In my 20 years of driving I’ve only had previous experiences with garages - including national chains, Ford main dealerships and local ones - that ranged from neutral to pure rip-off territory, so this time I did my research and went with the local consensus of online reviews, and I can 100% agree. K&T are very helpful, transparent, go out of their way to help you minimise costs, and really helped me out when my car’s alternator decided to throw a fit at the worst possible time. As other people have mentioned, you may have to wait just a bit to get booked in but don’t let that bother you as that’s a testament to how good and honest the service is here hence the popularity, and it’s worth the wait. Got a new repeat customer here. Thanks again!

After my 35 year old Golf Clipper broke down on my drive, Alex personally attended to make an initial diagnosis which suggested a faulty distributor and blocked fuel lines. Breakdown delivered the car to his workshop in Weybridge, where Alex rebuilt the distributor using a kit from VW Heritage and cleared the fuel lines. After the repairs, Alex returned the car to me. Throughout the process, Alex kept me updated on progress of parts availability and diagnosis going well beyond your standard garage communication. When I first started the car the next day, it fired up roaring into life in a fashion last heard some 25 years ago. Fantastic work by Alex at Grove, car drives like new again. Brilliant. Thoroughly recommend his services👌

Arranged, investigated, sorted it ! Did a Full service + MOT with these guys on September, car was collected and dropped off with a summary of things to look into, all on the same day. Also had a weird issue with my car a week ago which originally they thought was caused by my car's driving shafts, but after more looking into they found the core issue and sorted it all before the day I desperately needed the car, Lucien promised the car will be done before I needed it and he delivered. Absolute life saver!!! Travelling back from isle of wight to Nottingham via Chessington theme park. Belt driving alternator snapped 30 minutes from chessington late on Friday afternoon. Was able to drop car off and work was completed Saturday mid afternoon. Very happy and saved a lot of stress with family at the end of our holiday.
