Superb service - took my car in for a suspected wheel bearing change but it wasn't yet gone enough to accurately diagnose, so rather than take a guess which wheel at my expense they sent me on my way to bring back in once it had got a bit louder. Took it back in a couple of weeks later and they replaced the right wheel bearing which fixed it. My go to mechanics now.

Russell at Toyotatec is a complete legend. Wow. Got the advisories from Lexus on my beloved Cerulean Blue 450h that rear trailing arms needed replacing, and asked Russell to do it as he was nearer and a tad less that Lexus. He explained it all so well, treated me as if I was a fellow mechanic, rather than an erm…older lady that can just about do my tyre pressures but that is it. And his wife Ange picked my up from the station. Prompt service, fabulous customer service and a real respect that I love my car and we are in it together to run it for as long as we can. Paul is a highly skilled Lexus engineer and a nice bloke as well. My RX450h need new top bearings for the front suspension. He helped me find the part, and fitted it with skill and care. Lexus would have cost >5k, this all turned out less than 400. What is more he found the root cause and gave me invaluable advice on a number of issues. Superb.

Used Toyotatech for the first time, as I just recently purchased an import Land Cruiser Cygnus. Paul was happy to check the car for me and gave me some great news. Even he was surprised how clean it was! Paul is extremely knowledgeable and is more than happy enough to give advice. I will not be using any other mechanic in the future. Trevor at Miles and Son motors, was able quickly book my Van in, and saved me a lot of money by drilling and taping a faulty part on my Van, rather than paying for a new part. I'm very pleased with the work he has done, and I will definitely go back there, if I encounter any problems with my Van.

I hardly ever leave a review on Google, but today I have to give a 5 star. 6 stars or higher if I can. Took my car here today to have the brakes replaced and it was one of the best decisions I have made. The price is very reasonable and he will treat your car very carefully. I’ve been using Charterhouse since we moved to the area. Every experience with them has been excellent and prices are more than fair. I wouldn’t let anyone else look after my car now. Here’s an example of how helpful they are: it’s 3.00pm on a Friday and my car won’t start, the battery has gone over Christmas. I’m back in at work on Monday. I phone Charterhouse who sourced a battery, came to collect the car (N.B. I’m very local) and then replaced it. By 4.30pm I had the car back on my drive, ready to go for Monday. They replaced a clutch on my car and did some other work last week and were friendly, knowledgeable and called me up during the day to discuss some potential things they found and gave me clear guidance and their opinion. They updated me during the day and when I collected it the next day, they had cleaned it! I felt they were good value for money and I would recommend and will use again

Really efficient, informative, friendly service. I had a weird sound coming from the front axle area of my car, which was hard to describe. They sent a technician with me on a drive to see if he could hear it. We managed to replicate the sound and they told me same day that they could fix it, which was also very reasonably priced. I recently took my little car for MOT. My old garage was a family run business who were honest and reliable however they closed so I decided to try Levi’s as it is close by. I was very impressed with the clarity and speed of service. He was very helpful and open about all the work. I will be booking a service soon.

As every review before mine has said, Levi is a fantastic mechanic and lovely guy. He goes above and beyond any other mechanic or garage I’ve been to, his pricing is very reasonable and everything he recommends is with safety at the core of it. He has never upsold, even when I’ve walked in assuming it’d be a much more expensive fix, and when big things have needed doing he has always taken the time to talk me through them (in person or over the phone), with the reasons for them and broken down any costs. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Levi’s Garage provides an amazing service every time! Levi is so friendly and genuine and talks through each step of the process and makes sure to find the best possible fix for the issue. He is super transparent and could have ripped me off with unnecessary new parts like some other garages that see a woman coming but instead fixed the problem himself for half the price! Have been there twice now and would not dream of going anywhere else! Throughly recommend!

Fantastic service under their guarantee. They replaced my A/C compressor last year and gave a 1 year / 12,000 mile warranty. When it failed after 11 months, CARS collected it the next day, fixed and returned it a day later for no charge - parts or labour.

The best customer service experience. I phoned up in the morning at 8.45 and spoke to Joe (the owner) and told him my aircon was not working, within 15 minutes I was at the garage to have the aircon checked, unfortunately it was not my gas but the condensor at fault which meant the gas was leaking out, I left my car with them and Joe gave me a lift back to Guildford, At 17.15 Joe called back to say it was ready Joe also topped up my other levels and oil. I drove a very very cold car home, aircon was only on low. I am very glad I made the phone call this morning and I thoroughly recommend them.

I contacted Shortfield having seen they were VW specialists as my Tiguan was having issues with the transmission. They were able to give me an approximate costing pretty quickly, had full understanding of the issue and were able to deal with the warranty company without any issue.
