The best customer service experience. I phoned up in the morning at 8.45 and spoke to Joe (the owner) and told him my aircon was not working, within 15 minutes I was at the garage to have the aircon checked, unfortunately it was not my gas but the condensor at fault which meant the gas was leaking out, I left my car with them and Joe gave me a lift back to Guildford, At 17.15 Joe called back to say it was ready Joe also topped up my other levels and oil. I drove a very very cold car home, aircon was only on low. I am very glad I made the phone call this morning and I thoroughly recommend them.

Fantastic service under their guarantee. They replaced my A/C compressor last year and gave a 1 year / 12,000 mile warranty. When it failed after 11 months, CARS collected it the next day, fixed and returned it a day later for no charge - parts or labour.

Having been let down by my other garage, CARS were lifesavers! They not only correctly diagnosed the problem (the air con compressor) but also fitted me in very quickly so I could be on my way to my new home. Ive been using this garage for the last 2 yrs for servicing and MOT. Had 2 repairs done recently and have to say they were both done quickly and were reasonably priced. Joe seems like decent guy, and all his staff are very nice and helpfull too. I’ll definitely be going back.
