Russell at Toyotatec is a complete legend. Wow. Got the advisories from Lexus on my beloved Cerulean Blue 450h that rear trailing arms needed replacing, and asked Russell to do it as he was nearer and a tad less that Lexus. He explained it all so well, treated me as if I was a fellow mechanic, rather than an erm…older lady that can just about do my tyre pressures but that is it. And his wife Ange picked my up from the station. Prompt service, fabulous customer service and a real respect that I love my car and we are in it together to run it for as long as we can. Used Toyotatech for the first time, as I just recently purchased an import Land Cruiser Cygnus. Paul was happy to check the car for me and gave me some great news. Even he was surprised how clean it was! Paul is extremely knowledgeable and is more than happy enough to give advice. I will not be using any other mechanic in the future. Paul is a highly skilled Lexus engineer and a nice bloke as well. My RX450h need new top bearings for the front suspension. He helped me find the part, and fitted it with skill and care. Lexus would have cost >5k, this all turned out less than 400. What is more he found the root cause and gave me invaluable advice on a number of issues. Superb.
