Amazing..friendly staff.. so helpful my car failed its mot..they gave me a solution close by for a quick fix and retested the next day to get a pass 10/10. I use my car as an outreach worker so it's essential booked a week off to sort it and had it done in 48hrs stress free and enjoyed a break...thanks Silvester's I will be recommending you to colleages and friends.

Superb service - took my car in for a suspected wheel bearing change but it wasn't yet gone enough to accurately diagnose, so rather than take a guess which wheel at my expense they sent me on my way to bring back in once it had got a bit louder. Took it back in a couple of weeks later and they replaced the right wheel bearing which fixed it. My go to mechanics now.

I couldn't recommend Browns highly enough. Friendly and helpful, very reasonable rates, and an all-round excellent service provided. I've only recently discovered them and I won't be taking my car anywhere else from now on!

Very good and friendly Technicians. Very capable. Fixed my car when 3 other garages failed and/or could not be bothered. Only reason I did not go to Pantech first is cause I did now know they existed until a friend referred me to them. They have certainly won a customer and few cars to maintain.

After having been taken to the cleaners by a popular garage in Haslemere I decided to try Pantech based on a friend's recommendation. It has been night and day for me and my other half. Great service, good communication and great work. Would definitely recommend them.

Really friendly and professional, the works were reasonably priced, and they even went above and beyond collecting me from my house to retrieve my car as I had no other means. Would absolutely recommend to anyone, and will definitely be using them again.

What a place! I’m new to the area and I knew my car needed a service and a coolant leak looking at. I was booked in for a Wednesday, and then I couldn’t make that due to travel arrangements. One short phone call, I was able to move my booking to an earlier date without hassle. I dropped my car off at 8am Monday morning, and the full service was complete as well as coolant leak fixed by Tuesday evening!! Incredible customer service, with email updates (which were great as meant I didn’t need to keep chasing missed calls like other garages do). A very honest and to the point garage. They have also sorted my noisy windscreen wipers… result! And very reasonably priced too!! I will now be using Charterhouse garage for all my car needs :)

I’ve been using Charterhouse since we moved to the area. Every experience with them has been excellent and prices are more than fair. I wouldn’t let anyone else look after my car now. Here’s an example of how helpful they are: it’s 3.00pm on a Friday and my car won’t start, the battery has gone over Christmas. I’m back in at work on Monday. I phone Charterhouse who sourced a battery, came to collect the car (N.B. I’m very local) and then replaced it. By 4.30pm I had the car back on my drive, ready to go for Monday. And that piece of mind is invaluable. Thanks as always Charterhouse Garage!

I called in just for a quick problem with a warning light sensor in my car. The issue took only a couple of minutes to resolve and the mechanic kindly refused to accept payment which was very kind as I'd had quotes of £20 from other places. Very nice staff on the phone and in person so would highly recommend

Refered by a friend. Spoke to Sam who was very knowledgeable and happy to help fit a miltek remote exhaust valve module. Great service they also spotted an oil leak which they looked into which had been missed by dealer 2mins up the Rd last wk!! Car now sounds as it should have from factory from start up and on the go. Highly recommended

Sadly BoT is too far out of the way for me to take my car now. But after a second comment from another technical expert about how well my car had been looked after I have to give all the credit to them, without Jeremy and the team it would be a shed.

On one occasion, finding that my car wouldn't start cleanly, the mechanic spent an extensive amount of time cleaning out a component rather than charging me for an expensive replacement - which was much appreciated. I cannot praise the staff at Shortfield Garage highly enough. I was driving a 1943 Jeep from London to Normandy to take part in D-Day Commemorations when I developed a problem. The garage was busy, but the staff recognised my situation and fitted the Jeep in straight away. Within a very short time, they had the Jeep back on its way.
