The whole team at Peter Coopers repairs were so helpful and went over and beyond to ensure my car was safe to drive. They squeezed me me on Friday at the end of the day as an emergency. It wasn't a straightforward job either! I've been experiencing so much bad luck recently but everyone at Peter Cooper's were just so helpful. I'm so grateful to all of you. Last week I had a couple of jobs done on my car including a clutch and flywheel replacement. The customer service was excellent, the price was fair and my car is driving like new. A very big thank you too all at Peter Coopers as I am back to enjoying driving my car again.

I had an issue with an alloy wheel on my Accord deteriorating and do letting air escape at the rim. On Christmas eve Adam fitted the car in and repaired the seal on the tyre rim explaining that all the wheels were old and the problem could recur. I asked about a solution and Adam suggested wheel refurbishment. True to his word, Adam took the car in the new year, took the tyres and wheels off and stored the car undercover on the garage whilst the wherls were stripped, repaired and repainted. The wheels came back as new, and the tyres were refitted professionally and on time. The car looks like new again. I am very pleased and would recommend Adam's great customer service. Nick Williams

Andy is a true professional. He will be always explaining you what jobs were carry out to your vehicle and if there is no need to fix something he will be honest and he will be telling you. I have changed so many mechanics since I came to UK and now I will not be using anyone else apart from Andy, even though I have to drive 20/30 mins to get to see him but, I know that he and his team will be looking after my car as if it was his car. I really recommend his services to anyone that wants to look after properly his car.

Andy and CarTherapy have taken over my cars life support now, and credit where it’s due Andy was able to fit us in short notice and did an MOT and service. Very reasonably priced, quick and kept in touch on the progress, with a detailed breakdown of what was done and why, even showing me why some parts needed replacing. I can’t score Andy highly enough, genuinely challenge anyone to go there and not be over owned by the personal touch to the excellent service and prices!!

After being recommended by a friend I decided to use Cartherapy to fix the brakes on my VW after failing the MOT. I called Andy in the morning and the car was booked in for the afternoon and the work completed by the next morning. The price was very reasonable including the use of a courtesy car. Andy was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I will definitely use his company for any future car issues.

I've been using Aps Services for a few years now and everytime my vehicle has to go in I know it's in the best possible hands. All of the guys there are very polite and more than happy to explain what needs doing or what has been done to my Land Rover in a way that doesn't baffle a non mechanical minded person like me. And when it comes to parts they will always advice on what is best which isn't always the most expensive. I can't recommend these guys enough, great service..!

I've been a customer of APS for years. Wouldn't trust either of my cars with anyone else. The team are always polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. They are proper old school mechanics and not just part swappers. Always a full explanation of any work required and always good value. A very trust worthy company and I would (and have) recommend to anyone.

What a great team everyone at APS are, could not be more helpful or honest with advice. I had a long journey to Southern Spain and Tony provided a great inspection recommending what was done or not; what we went ahead with was a very reasonable price. Since we have switch both our cars to APS and the service every time has been first class. They're really friendly too!

This was my first time using WVS. All staff were professional and courteous. The service I received was fantastic! My car was covered by a warranty company who initially refused to authorise the work, Carl assisted with this and managed to get them to approve the work. Carl communicated everything with me and managed to get my car fixed very quickly. Upon return I was delighted to discover my car had been cleaned and they’d even topped up my washer fluid for me! Brilliant service from start to finish. 5 stars! Highly recommend.

I brought a VW Golf GTD from Stuart at WVC service centre. He was great at answering any questions via email and was happy to show me around the car and road test. The car was nice and clean and prepared really well for me to collect it on the Saturday. They don't usually open at the weekends but he opened up for me to complete the purchase of the car which was great. Definitely recommend the company.

Awesome summer prep for a large 5L V10 engine! Adam and Mark overhauled all of the many radiators ahead of summer to ensure no overheating issues. The main radiator was filthy which is to be expected. I don’t know why radiator cleaning is not a standard service item?? Also noticed thermostat was stuck open so was replaced and the coolant sensor had broken. Finished off with an engine bay clean, the S85 looks awesome. Thanks as always guys 👍🏼

What a refreshing change today after an absolutely awful experience with a BMW dealership last year. My experience with a local BMW dealership last year was so bad I seriously considered changing my BMW for a different brand so I didn't have to return there! After some research I found Adam and his team locally and the reviews looked promising. They definitely weren't wrong! From first contact, Adam has been friendly, helpful, honest and professional. When booking my car in for service he was totally up front with what would and wouldn't need doing with no pressurised 'up selling' of the dealership along with an accurate estimate of the cost. I dropped my car in as arranged with no issues and Adam kept my informed of progress throughout the day. It was completed in good time. Upon collection, I paid the bill, which was substantially lower than the same would have cost at the BMW dealer, and collected my car. No fuss and none of the drawn out farce of taking nearly an hour to collect my car last year at the dealership. The work looks to be done to a high standard and the on board service history is all up to date. Chatting to Adam you soon realise he is passionate about cars and about giving great customer service. Adam and the team has definitely restored my faith that I'll be able to continue enjoying my car for many years to come. If you love your car, these are the fellas to bring it to. *updated July 2023* Took my BMW back to Fares and Repairs for a couple of jobs and the MOT. When returning to collect my car Adam explained the mileage hadn't warranted the jobs being carried out and to return it when I had covered the extra mileage. What a massive change from the BMW dealership previously used! They would have undoubtedly carried out the work AND probably found additional work as well. I really cannot praise Adam and Mark enough. As I've previously stated, if you care about your car, this is the place for you. Thank you fellas!

I would highly recommend this garage. Adam took the time to diagnose the problem with my gearbox without needing to fully recondition it. BMW dealership only offered a complete replacement and were so unhelpful. I really appreciate his team's help collecting my car and fixing it at a reasonable cost. I will definitely take my BMW back for service and any problems in future. A joy to find such excellent customer service and knowledge. Thank you.

I had an issue with my fobs not working on my BMW which was diagnosed very quickly. They gave me a detailed account over the phone and I was very grateful for their advice. Their prices were reasonable and I left very happy with the efficient and courteous service I had received. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

I’ve been going to JH for 10+ years and even though we now live in Farnborough there is no where else I would take my car! Everyone who works there is so kind. I needed to get the rear bumper of my car resprayed after someone accidentally scraped it, and I took it to Car Harbour. I am so impressed with the job that they did - it looks like a new car! They were all lovely people to deal with, and I cannot thank Adam and the team enough. I would 100% recommend them.

Highly Recommended! The paint on my car's bonnet had started to peel, and I had a couple of other minor "dings"/scuffs to be fixed. Faisal gave me a price on the stop that was significantly better than the other two quotes I had received. He also gave me a very quick timescale to do the work (three days - others said at least a week from the following week). I called back and spoke to Adam, and I took the car the same afternoon. Less than three days later, it was ready for collection. They also touched up the doors, so my car looks like new! The team are very friendly helpful, knowledgeable, experienced and professional. I would thoroughly recommend Adam and his team. Easy to arrange, and pickup was exactly as planned. The body repair work and alloy refurbishments was top quality.

Took my car in to repair the paintwork on the bonnet and bumper, to repair a nasty scrape on the rear wing and a puncture in the tailgate, as well as some very scuffed alloys. Adam was great throughout. Communication was always quick and clear and most importantly he did a great job with the car at a very reasonable price. The car now looks like it did when we first bought it. Would definitely recommend!
