For a business like ourselves that’s been established since 1976 we have used dozens of electrical firms for all sorts of work. From pac testing, to fill re wires and always been left short with satisfaction. Well that’s until we found maclaren electrical and owner connor. The service was better than any we’ve had with any trades that we have used over the years, he went over and beyond what we asked him to do in visit one and since he’s fixed so many things that other companies had clearly poorly done over the years. I couldn’t recommend Connor and his team enough and I’m actually trying to find things I want done electric wise just to get the boys back in as I I’m so impressed with the whole firm and what they provide. They also really understand the value of looking after clients in terms of value for money. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now for my commercial or domestic works. Thanks again connor you’ve been amazing and sorry I didn’t do this review sooner and it’s taken 5 visits to do so.

I use maclaren electrical for all headmasters surbiton needs , reliable, trustworthy and do the best job . No matter how big or small they will always accommodate us as quick as possible. 100 % recommend, the best around ! Attached photo of latest job they done for me , replaced old shelving, with new modern shelves and led lighting . Sorted whole job for me!

Our fuse board was a mess, upside down and in the most awkward a place, we got turned down by 3 london companies when asking to re fit it, then maclaren electrical come to have a look and I thought it was going to be the same but no, connor took the job on instantly without any fuss and just got it done. All he asked for was a vanilla latte! Can not recommend these guys enough they really got us out of a sticky situation as without the re fit our license would have been effected! Thanks

I chose Bramley Electrical because they are a small, well-established, family business with a good reputation. I wasn't disappointed. Owner Matt did several jobs for me including repairing my spot lighting, putting up a chandelier and removing an unsafe wall light. He was polite, friendly and helpful, taking the time to discuss different options with me and even did little extras, like taking down an old smoke alarm from my high ceiling. It's so refreshing to find a tradesman who is punctual (I even got a courtesy text confirming Matt was on his way). He left my house clean and tidy - I couldn't have asked for better customer service! I would have no hesitation in recommending Bramley Electrical.

I first visited Annaré back in 2019 when it had just opened. I was warmly greeted by Rita and her son, who were working hard, creating their delicious Italian food and ensuring the café’s decor and presentation were of the highest quality. Over the years, as I’ve continued to visit this wonderful café, I’ve noticed that Rita is unwavering in her commitment to providing only the best products to her customers. I liked Annaré from the moment it opened, and it has only grown more impressive with time. The food, service, and presentation have continually improved, showcasing the dedication and passion behind it. I truly take my hat off to what Annaré has accomplished and to the long hours and hard work Rita has poured into building something so special. This is truly my favourite café!

Great for quick hot drink or smoothie/milkshake or a light meal - wide range of Italian dishes freshly cooked on the premises; have to be quick for the breakfast range! Good portions and full of flavour. Would definitely return.

My favourite cafe in the local area. They have a wonderful selection of savoury and sweet treats. I often get food to takeaway to reheat for dinner too. The staff are always friendly and nothing is too much trouble!

Fantastic service. Dean went above and beyond to be so helpful and stepped in at the last minute to fix some electrical faults in our house. We had an issue with some of the electrical sockets and wiring after it was overloaded. I called Arek and he was able to come very promptly to look at the issue. He inspected everything very thoroughly and was able to fix the issue as well as other issues he found after inspection. He charged a reasonable amount for the work he did and left everything very tidy. I will definitely be using Arek again in the future and would recommend him to anyone!

So happy I’ve found the Cosy Coffee House! This is proper barista coffee in sweet crockery and I love it. Possibly the best cafe in Woking and Guildford… Lovely (super friendly staff) relaxing cafe with proper squidgy sofas too. Cakes looked good but didn’t try. I’ll be back as soon as I can for brownie sampling!

What a lovely cafe and it helps the community! So glad we found the cosy cafe. Tucked away at the top of the lighthouse building it is well worth finding! We followed the signs and found such a cosy welcoming place, great for a bite to eat and the loose leaf tea was amazing! Will definitely be back

The best coffee shop in Woking. Beautiful space, lovely staff and the most delicious coffee. The food is also great and very reasonable, plus the cakes… all made in house and change on a regular basis with seasonal specials too. And the best bit? The staff are volunteers with all profits going to help the work of The Lighthouse. A must visit!

Amazing service! I had a really heavy, illuminated bathroom mirror to be installed and I wouldn’t have felt comfortable trusting anyone else to do it. Lewis also installed dimmer switches and new sockets. The place was spotless afterwards. Would definitely recommend to all. Thanks Lewis

I was completely satisfied with the service provided by Lewis, who was able to identify the problem in a methodical manner. It turned out that a fox had chewed on the outdoor electric cables to the garden, causing the house to lose light, and to bring the heating to a standstill. But Lewis was able to fix it all within a speedy 45 minutes. I highly recommend this electrician.

Lewis is good value and works relatively quickly. The garage board he put in does the job and the consumer unit now better protects the house. His wiring is tidy and everything looks to be terminated well. It's a shame that he was unable to entirely fix the issue with the downstairs sockets. As it stands I have had to pull the end of a TWE wire out of a socket in order to get everything to work, which is a bit scary but I'm pretty sure it isn't live. If it's putting something in for the first time or sorting a problem you already understand, Lewis is an excellent choice.

I've had work done twice now with George, once for some light fitting/switch and once for installation of an appliance. Both times George was very responsive, professional, friendly and importantly communicated in a clear and understandable way. Both jobs were completed without fuss, in a timely manner and at a very fair price. Not only would I not hesitate to call him again for anything electrical, he makes it easy to refer to friends and neighbours for their needs as well. George attended site punctually at the agreed time without any fuss. He rectified a fault with the earth wiring on our lighting circuit. As this was completed very quickly without a fuss he then was able to install the intermediate lighting I had planned out on the same day. This too was tackled with diligence and professionalism, the site was left tidy and the work was excellent value for money in time saved. Thank you for your help again!

We're new to the area and were keen to find really good local trades people for work on our new house. Sell electrical performed brilliantly. Initially asked to look at an extract fan replacement / repair, Jeremy arrived on time and was extremely helpful, not only with advise and repair on the fan but in helping me to understand other aspects of the electrical installation in our new house. Emma responded promptly to initial request. Max replaced broken light switch, set up two new carbon monoxide alarms, and replaced three out-of-date smoke alarms, all in one visit. As an oldie on my own, I now feel safer! Nice people, treat you as a valued client. Highly recommend.

DRS Electrical came highly recommended in the village I live from multiple sources, and it's clear to see why. Their customer service was exemplary and I truly appreciated their patience of explaining and talking through all the issues with me as a layman and little experience of electrics. The work done was great, quick, professional and the electrician they sent round (Noah) was courteous and respectful of our home. Also dealt with Sam their manager, who took the time out to talk through wider concerns we had in our home and on other issues we might have had. Having just downsized I was anxious for an electrician to complete several tasks at my new home. I phoned 10 from various advertised sites and only 2 answered my call; one could start in 2 months time whilst the only other one actually arrived 2 days later. He (Max) was very efficient, knowledgeable & friendly. The jobs were finished later that day with a final invoice that was most reasonable. I would use them again without hesitation.
