I had an amazing experience with my BMW M4 at Grant’s shop. He’s an incredible mechanic who always goes the extra mile. He did an oil change, but he also topped up all my fluids and gave my car a thorough health check. He didn’t hesitate to do anything he thought was best for my car. He’s a top-notch guy and I highly recommend him. I wish there were more of him!

Absolute heroes! When I turned up randomly at 7:30 in the morning having broken down with a seized brake calliper, mark could have easily just turned me away. They had a full schedule that day. However Mark made a quick diagnosis, pre-orders the parts there and then, and worked out how to fit me in later that day. They had it all finished by 2pm ready for me to continue my original journey on the Bristol that afternoon. Would highly recommended, but for their sakes, maybe try and book first! Cheers guys!

Amazing service from the minute I walked in! I needed the rust sorting on my campervan along with a few other minor issues. Everything was sorted and these guys went above and beyond to ensure my van was returned to me in excellent condition, including sorting a few of the problems out before I'd even been given a quote for the main work. Okay... a bit of a cheat because these folks didn't actually do anything to my car. I had pulled over with steam coming out of my bonnet, the radiator to be precise, and this place was at the other side of the road. Called them up and they said they could take a look at it. I was looking at prices of new Astra radiators and he said it was just because I'd been fjording water and there was nothing wrong with the car. So yea very relieved at that. Nice guy and honest.

Took my Land Rover Discovery Sport to Holmbury straight from a service which had gone very wrong at a main Land Rover service centre in Guildford. Lee patiently established that they had misdiagnosed a fault which would have led to an expensive and unecessary repair. My visit to Holmbury saved me c.£1,100. I was lent a courtesy car and kept informed. Great service and truly professional. Thanks.

My car needed a service and mot, so I shopped around and visited a few different garages in the area. When I went to Westcott garage and met Michael, I instantly knew I would be taking it here. Michael is a lovely guy, and I got the feeling straight away that he was a genuine chap. My intuition was correct. He did the service and mot on my car, keeping me up to date all along with what was going on and what needed doing, trying to keep the cost down for me as well, with it being Christmas and all. The cost was very very reasonable and the overall experience was a pleasure. Thank you Michael for your A* service. Highly recommended and will be my go-to garage for as long as I live in the area.

Amazing service. Quoted £1700 at a 'well known' garage and told I would have to wait for three days whilst they investigated other 'issues' with my car! Phoned Richard, he had it in within the hour and did everything needed for a grand less and the car was ready the next day. Would highly recommend!
