Managed to get a much needed appointment with Seth as was desperate for some of his magic before Christmas and I wasn’t disappointed. Always a great cut in a very pleasant and friendly atmosphere. I only discovered Toni & Guy this year but they are definitely now my go to Salon 💇‍♀️

I came in today with the haircut from hell and Emily fixed me up perfectly! Such a lovely hairdresser! Amazing customer service and I’ve left with the haircut I wanted to begin with you would never have known what I came in with! Amazing service! Will be going back to her again!

I haven’t had my hair cut in so long and was completely unsure about what I wanted but Imi took me through so many options and I am SO happy with the end result. She and Emma and everyone who worked there made it such a lovely and friendly experience as always and I’m so happy with my new hair, thank you very very much. I always have a lovely experience at the salon and Jo always transforms my hair after a relaxing shampoo, head massage, relaxation in the massage chair and a stellar blow dry. The talented team at Dorking and the friendly atmosphere keeps me coming back for over 5 years. Highly recommended.

My 6 year old ASD son has never let anyone near his hair, except me and we've tried countless places countless times. However, Kaz immediately made him feel at ease and in control. My son didn't shed a single tear (I even caught a few glimpses of him smiling while having his hair cut, something I never thought was possible). The owner was also very personable - will definitely be returningd. Good vibes and a cut above the rest, quite literally.

I always feel (cheesy I know!) like a new person after my full head of blonde highlights and bob cut! Tish does an amazing job, the whole team are super friendly, the music is chilled, decor and product lovely. Emma also cut our under 2s hair and was fab! Patient and calm with him. Love that you get a loyalty card too- they really look after you!

Letitia the owner is just so lovely. After lots of failed attempts to get my hair colour corrected Letitia listened intently to how I wanted my colour to be and I was not disappointed. I have finally now got the colour I wanted and I’m very happy with the results. The place is so warm and inviting and all staff very friendly. I look forward to returning. I highly recommend Palms.

After having my daughter 13 months ago I’ve struggled with what to do to my hair and how to keep it manageable. Emma was absolutely incredible and helped me come up with a plan. Wow did she excel with it! It looks so lovely in every light and I feel like myself again. I can’t wait to come back for a freshen up after my holiday. Couldn’t recommend enough xx

My husband booked my hair up as a surprise Christmas present .. had to cancel coz I was unwell over Christmas .. not a problem at all .. eventually booked it up again just after the New year with Millie .. Now I'm a person who hardly gets my hair done .. I said what I wanted .. Millie gave me her advise and off she went to mix my colour .. I enjoyed her company and my hair looked lovely! A spacious, reception and lovely treatment rooms where there’s room for her to properly work . The decor is sparkly and welcoming and always smells divine .

We cannot thank the staff at VSL enough. From arriving the staff were so attentitive, warm and friendly. Every part of the spa package was perfect! All of the small details made the day better than any spa day I have been to before. The little surprises they did for my Birthday, the checking we are ok for drinks and enjoying our day, the lovely hand washes and lotions in the bathroom. All of the small details just make the experience that extra bit special. My massage was perfect and the bed was so comfy I didn't want to get off. The afternoon tea was delicious. Literally faultless, I will definitely be recommending and returning!

Sue’s massage is truly amazing. I have had a few massages within the area and this one was by far the best! Sue is kind, warm and attentive. Her attention to detail and technique was great, she really knows her stuff and how to get to all those aches and pains. Highly recommended and I can’t wait for the next one!
