I had such a wonderful experience getting a cut and blow dry with Amy. She was so knowledgeable about what cuts would suit me and funnily enough recommended a colour I had had before and loved. I went to Amy today for a refresh, I said how I feel like my hair doesn’t frame my face well and it is very heavy and hard to style. Amy suggested a chop in length with long layers and face framing and I absolutely loooove it. She did the perfect bouncy blow dry to finish it off as well! Today I had the most amazing nail service today by the fabulous Karen. From the moment I walked into the salon I was greeted with a smile and got taken upstairs for my appointment in the spa. I got offered a range of hot drinks after choosing my nail colour. Karen had some great suggestions and idea about the gold foil what I just totally love. We had a great chat and I’m going to be rebooking very soon! The whole experience from start to finish was truly fabulous. I’ve also had my hair done in the salon as well by a few of the team there. Each and everyone single one of them are so talented. You would be in very safe hands with who ever you go with. Thanks team Aveda! I will be back.

Going to the Hair and beauty bar was a wonderful experience, Everyone was very nice and welcoming, my Hairdresser took her time to get my hair just right, The hairdressers are very skilled and I'm happy to say that they managed to cut very thick and straight hair which has always a been challenge for many hairdressers I've went to before. I arrived at Emma’s for my hair appointment bewailing the state of my hair. If I so much as looked outside, my hair would frizz up like a brillo pad on steroids. Fortunately Emma had the answer (as always) – the ASP Super Smooth Treatment. I insisted on having the treatment there and then (Emma is very accommodating!) and I’m so glad I did. My hair is now smooth, straight, soft and silky – easy to style and well-behaved when I go out. I’ve had so many compliments and I need to pass them all on to Emma. She’s a star!

I went to Santrillo for haircut and blow-dry. I've never been to this salon before but after my first visit I am sure I will be back. Ann and her colleague are super-friendly, bubbly, made me feel welcome and at ease. Ann is a great listener as well as talker and she knows her trade. She cut my hair exactly the way I wanted. I'm over the moon with my hairdo. I would recommend it to everyone.

From the moment we walked in, Jack made my daughter feel comfortable and involved her in the decision making. I have been getting my haircut at Clay for nearly 15 years and whilst it’s always great, today I had my best haircut yet. I was served by Becky, a new hairdresser at the salon and she was amazing. I only came in for a wet cut, but she took the time to talk through products with me, blow drying techniques and I ended up paying for a full cut and blow dry.
