They squeezed me in at very short notice, but didn't feel rushed at all. Still took the time to do a proper consultation. Very happy with the end result. I'd been trying to find a hairdressers since moving to the area, this was the third one I'd tried. I'm very picky and had got used to being done by a very good celeb stylist in London who's friend was my flatmate. But that's no longer realistic with a family and living out of London. Worried i wouldnt find anyone to do it as well but Karen was really good. Would highly recommend!

Waiting in between my appointments at the salon and they have a lovely cafe upstairs to wait in with tea coffee and sweet treats. How thoughtful! Dovile is sooo sweet! And the receptionist is so welcoming!

I have been to charming beauty salon a few times now and the most recent cut I had from Gitana is just amazing! She advised me on all options and I am so happy with how my haircut turned out in the end. Will definitely be back and highly recommend. The salon itself has a lovely vibe and is nice and clean

I've been to the Charming beauty salon twice now and I just can't recommend enough. Dovile was amazing she is a great technician as well as a warm and lovely person. The team is great in general as they welcome you and pamper you from the moment that you walk in. They always offer you a beverage and make sure that you feel comfortable. After looking for months I finally found a place with consistent service and great people. Only one downside that they run out of some nail polishing colours, but I think that it can be easily fixed. Had a haircut by Radha today and had an absolutely lovely experience. She made me feel very welcome, engaged in an interesting conversation, and made my hair look so good I made dinner plans just to show it off! First time getting my nails done, very glad i chose this place. Showed them a picture and it was recreated perfectly. Left with a few cuts from the electric nail file. Nail tech very patient with picking my colours. Ombre full set for £35, Would come again.

I had my nails done by Sang and my toenails done by Amme. They are an excellent duo as they consistently do a great job. The manager Ali is always incredibly professional, helpful, and kind. Amazing experience all around. This is my fifth or sixth and I will always come back! I highly recommend.

Just had my second full body deep tissue massage with Nisha at Niha Cuts & Beauty, Thornton Heath and It was fantastic. She is friendly calm and gently. The salon has a lovely, pleasant atmosphere. Very comfortable and clean, very welcoming. I certainly will be going again.
