Had an amazing haircut in this salon. The cut suits perfectly to my face and is easy to maintain as I wanted. I will be definitely going back to Salon one.

The hairdresser Clare was very helpful in choosing my highlights and was very patient throughout the process. The whole salon staff were very friendly. I would love to visit again soon :)

They squeezed me in at very short notice, but didn't feel rushed at all. Still took the time to do a proper consultation. Very happy with the end result. I'd been trying to find a hairdressers since moving to the area, this was the third one I'd tried. I'm very picky and had got used to being done by a very good celeb stylist in London who's friend was my flatmate. But that's no longer realistic with a family and living out of London. Worried i wouldnt find anyone to do it as well but Karen was really good. Would highly recommend!

Had a haircut by Radha today and had an absolutely lovely experience. She made me feel very welcome, engaged in an interesting conversation, and made my hair look so good I made dinner plans just to show it off! Waiting in between my appointments at the salon and they have a lovely cafe upstairs to wait in with tea coffee and sweet treats. How thoughtful! Dovile is sooo sweet! And the receptionist is so welcoming!

I've been to the Charming beauty salon twice now and I just can't recommend enough. Dovile was amazing she is a great technician as well as a warm and lovely person. The team is great in general as they welcome you and pamper you from the moment that you walk in. They always offer you a beverage and make sure that you feel comfortable. After looking for months I finally found a place with consistent service and great people. Only one downside that they run out of some nail polishing colours, but I think that it can be easily fixed. 9/2023 - First manicure experience here and the service provided by Dovile is top star!!!! Although the appointment is kind of rush, Dovile can still finish this perfectly. Love it! (I had it for over a week now, the gel did not break or crack at all. Highly recommended!) 29.03.2024 - Another great experience with Diana today! She is truly a lifesaver for my sudden-cracked nails and did it perfectly! Also, the reception lady is amazing and very helpful as well ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had my nails done by Sang and my toenails done by Amme. They are an excellent duo as they consistently do a great job. The manager Ali is always incredibly professional, helpful, and kind. Amazing experience all around. This is my fifth or sixth and I will always come back! I highly recommend.

Chanced on this salon after another cancelled on me at short notice. Premises are stylish, clean and minutes walk from West Croydon station. Staff are friendly and professional. I had an excellent manicure with the lovely Laiba, who not only was pleasant to chat to, but took great attention to detail. I was happy with her cuticle work and the finished look of my nails. Niha is a very experienced hair dresser. She gave me the most wonderful highlights. She advised me what would best suit me and the results were superb. All staff are attentive and professional, I highly recommend this hairdressers.

Just had my second full body deep tissue massage with Nisha at Niha Cuts & Beauty, Thornton Heath and It was fantastic. She is friendly calm and gently. The salon has a lovely, pleasant atmosphere. Very comfortable and clean, very welcoming. I certainly will be going again.
