Today was my first visit to Leo Bancroft Salon and what a great experience. The Salon is so nice and relaxing. Nancy has been styling my hair for 4 years now. Nancy is so confident and helped me today with a new style. Nancy has great energy and I look forward to my next visit. Thank you

Not only this but the whole team are so welcoming and the Christmas Prosecco trolly was an added bonus! I will always be coming here from now after having many of disappointed outcomes from previous salons. Very happy with my service today!!

Even though from the outside it looks humble, inside it opens to a labyrinth of discovery. Gorgeously decorated rooms, halls and corridors opened as I travelled through the salon. I was greeted with stylish, welcoming, professional and happy staff. I was offered delicious artisan tea. Even the restrooms upstairs are tastefully decorated. I have very thick and long hair and know there is no chance I will get out in 3 hours, so in the end, it was 4.5 hours. My hair stylist was Emma, and she patiently worked with me through. And to get me out in time, train joint in to blow dry. I was there for full head highlights, toner, treatment, cut and sleek blow dry, and it all came to £280, same or less than half head highlights and toner at my previous place. Also, because I had to leave and Emma didn't have time to go over the cut on dry hair, she suggested that I drop by when I have time, and she will do it.

I had such a great experience in the stunning Leo Bancroft Salon. Aside from the salon being beautiful, bustling and welcoming Kristen was very attentive, friendly and skilled at cutting my hair which is long, wavy and prone to frizz. She listened to what I asked for and the result was better than I expected! I rebooked right after the appointment. The reception team were also super professional and friendly and they gave me a complementary treatment on my next visit as I had originally booked in with a different stylist. But as this was my first time at the salon, it made no difference to me really and I am so pleased they moved me to Kristen anyway! I look forward to returning.

I went to Amy today for a refresh, I said how I feel like my hair doesn’t frame my face well and it is very heavy and hard to style. Amy suggested a chop in length with long layers and face framing and I absolutely loooove it. She did the perfect bouncy blow dry to finish it off as well! So thank you very much Amy for giving me a perfect new style and for doing a fab job! Xx

Friendly staff and great service throughout. Amy was attentive, listened to what I wanted and styled my hair beautifully (if I do say so myself!) Will definitely be returning to try the other services on offer too!

I had such a wonderful experience getting a cut and blow dry with Amy. She was so knowledgeable about what cuts would suit me and funnily enough recommended a colour I had had before and loved. I have curly hair and since becoming a customer I regularly get compliments about my hair, never happened before. Best my hair has ever looked! Lovely staff and eco friendly, could not ask for me. I would recommend to everyone. Also very reasonably priced for the level of service.

Jemma is a colour magician.. was nervous about having my greying hair done (and not conviced by info i got from other salons) but so happy and have never had so many spontaneous compliments! Highly recommend.

The ambience in this salon is great. My first visit this morning. A previous salon not a positive colouring experience. Kelly, Paige and the lady washing hair, are fantastic. I cannot rate this salon high enough. Paige, cut and blow dry. I consider the best cut and finish for my hair I have ever experienced. A very happy customer. I have been getting my haircut at Clay for nearly 15 years and whilst it’s always great, today I had my best haircut yet. I was served by Becky, a new hairdresser at the salon and she was amazing. I only came in for a wet cut, but she took the time to talk through products with me, blow drying techniques and I ended up paying for a full cut and blow dry. I love my hair, and really appreciate the effort that was put into my appointment, despite it initially being only a wet cut. Will definitely be requesting Becky again! Thank you!!

I couldn't be happier with the experience. My daughter's hair is thick and curly, and finding someone who knows how to handle it has always been a challenge. But Jack was incredible! From the moment we walked in, Jack made my daughter feel comfortable and involved her in the decision making. He listened carefully to what we wanted and gave professional advice on what would work best for her curls. My daughter left the salon beaming with joy, and can’t wait to return.

Nello did a great job cutting my 3-year-old's first haircut. He was very patient with my daughter because she kept moving her head, but the result was great. We love it. We highly recommend Nello :)

All the hair stylist’s and reception staff are very welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Adults are offered a choice of tea or coffee, and children have hot chocolates. My daughter has very curly hair and Martin is the only person I have ever trusted to cut it. Myself and my 3 girls have been going to Halo to have our hair wash cut and blow dried, plus restyled and coloured for the 3 or 4 years now. Martin did the cut on my last visit and Elvisa did the colour treatment.
