Had the BEST hair experience of my whole entire life here! I’ve been burnt (figuratively) by salons before, so was quite nervous before my appointment here … but I couldn’t have had a better time. They really took their time to understand exactly what I wanted and kept me updated through the whole journey. They put so much time and care into my hair - I had 4 different staff members at different points in the process, and each one was wonderful. I’m honestly so excited to go back, and I have never loved my hair more!

Am so happy that I found this salon. All the staff are lovely and welcoming. Tash has cut my hair a few times now and wouldn't want anyone else. Jemma is a colour magician.. was nervous about having my greying hair done (and not conviced by info i got from other salons) but so happy and have never had so many spontaneous compliments! Highly recommend.

The ambience in this salon is great. My first visit this morning. A previous salon not a positive colouring experience. Kelly, Paige and the lady washing hair, are fantastic. I cannot rate this salon high enough. Paige, cut and blow dry. I consider the best cut and finish for my hair I have ever experienced. A very happy customer. Even though from the outside it looks humble, inside it opens to a labyrinth of discovery. Gorgeously decorated rooms, halls and corridors opened as I travelled through the salon. I was greeted with stylish, welcoming, professional and happy staff. I was offered delicious artisan tea. Even the restrooms upstairs are tastefully decorated. I have very thick and long hair and know there is no chance I will get out in 3 hours, so in the end, it was 4.5 hours. My hair stylist was Emma, and she patiently worked with me through. And to get me out in time, train joint in to blow dry. I was there for full head highlights, toner, treatment, cut and sleek blow dry, and it all came to £280, same or less than half head highlights and toner at my previous place. Also, because I had to leave and Emma didn't have time to go over the cut on dry hair, she suggested that I drop by when I have time, and she will do it.

I had my wedding hair done at Leo Bancroft Salon with Amy. The service I received was excellent. It was easy to book an appointment. Amy went above and beyond to ensure my hair was perfect and made sure I had the most relaxing experience. I was taken upstairs to a private room to get ready with my bridesmaids while the photographer was there to capture the moment. My bridal hair was beautiful, plus it stayed in place all day.

Can’t thank Sharie at Leo Bancroft enough! She has completely transformed my hair and exceeded my expectations. Not only this but the whole team are so welcoming and the Christmas Prosecco trolly was an added bonus! I will always be coming here from now after having many of disappointed outcomes from previous salons. Very happy with my service today!!

Today I had the most amazing nail service today by the fabulous Karen. From the moment I walked into the salon I was greeted with a smile and got taken upstairs for my appointment in the spa. I got offered a range of hot drinks after choosing my nail colour. Karen had some great suggestions and idea about the gold foil what I just totally love. We had a great chat and I’m going to be rebooking very soon! The whole experience from start to finish was truly fabulous. I’ve also had my hair done in the salon as well by a few of the team there. I had such a wonderful experience getting a cut and blow dry with Amy. She was so knowledgeable about what cuts would suit me and funnily enough recommended a colour I had had before and loved. I couldn't be happier with the experience. My daughter's hair is thick and curly, and finding someone who knows how to handle it has always been a challenge. But Jack was incredible! From the moment we walked in, Jack made my daughter feel comfortable and involved her in the decision making. He listened carefully to what we wanted and gave professional advice on what would work best for her curls. My daughter left the salon beaming with joy, and can’t wait to return.

All the hair stylist’s and reception staff are very welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Adults are offered a choice of tea or coffee, and children have hot chocolates. My daughter has very curly hair and Martin is the only person I have ever trusted to cut it. Myself and my 3 girls have been going to Halo to have our hair wash cut and blow dried, plus restyled and coloured for the 3 or 4 years now. Martin did the cut on my last visit and Elvisa did the colour treatment.

Ross is the ultimate professional, I love the way he understands me and my hair he always gets it absolutely perfect. He is caring calm and such an asset to the salon he also does the BEST hair wash and head massage, in such a lovely environment.
