Absolutely brilliant mechanic, had our car in to get a new clutch and need new bottom arm bolts and clamps as well which I did not know. He called me up an confirmed with me I was happy with the new price before he did the work. Not often you find such a good hearted, trusted mechanic. Car works like a dream now couldn’t be happier!

Kirk is such a great guy. His response to messages and calls are great and when your car/van is broken down it is so nice to have at least somebody who will take care of you and will not rip you off. You can count on Kirk for sure!

I had full service carried out to my Mercedes in less than 50 minutes. The car was stuttering and the mirror signal was faulty. A cheerful pleasant Kirk carried out the work and did not charge for the signal change. The car is now running smoothly. I paid a very reasonable price, perhaps the most competitive price I have ever paid. I got the car with a smile and I am definitely coming back. Thank you for being a true gentleman.

The staff were really professional and explained all the work they would need to do. The prices were more than reasonable and they managed to complete a lot of work in a short time period. I recently had the brake pipe on my BMW 325d E91 fixed at this garage, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally. They arrived on time at my place with a recovery truck to pick up the car, which was an unexpected but very convenient touch. The work they did on the car looks incredibly clean and well-done. Had my car MOT here. Great service with excellent staff. Communication was clear and let me know exactly what work needed doing ( had a fail 🤦‍♀️) The team recommended a local mechanic to get the work done and did a free retest if booked within an appropriate time period. Really happy and very reasonably priced.

Very friendly and efficient service. I have used JDK Automotive previously and was happy with their service. This time I took my daughter's car in to have the brake pads changed. Great service from Paul and the other guys in the team. They provided a thorough report on the car as well as sending photos so we could see the condition of the brake discs by email. You can even make a payment online before you pick the car up. Highly recommended.

Took my Audi S3 in for all brake pads and discs to be replaced and the service they provided was brilliant. Had a slight issue with the front brakes but after speaking to them and taking their technicians out to diagnose the issue it was found to be a bad set from the supplier and they sorted the issue very promptly and made sure I was happy. Would highly recommend this garage for any car maintenance you need.

31/07/2024 my daughter bought a car from GCars/Gary. I did the fatherly thing and went with her (along with my bank card!!) to view and ultimately part exchange her car with Gary and she bought the buy the car she wanted from him. The whole experience from viewing, test driving, part exchanging and my daughter driving away in her new car was excellent. The warranty Gary offers and his attitude to ensuring us/his customers are totally satisfied with the car being bought gave us peace of mind that should a problem arise it would get sorted. I strongly recommended that if you are looking for a used car and see something on the GCars website that is of interest, then take the trouble to make contact with Gary and check the car out. A 5* service and a pleasure dealing with and buying the car from Gary. An addendum to my original review. My daughter's car purchased from Gary the previous week, developed a fault with the alternator and a sensor switch. True to his word, Gary sorted it without any fuss. He collected the car, left my daughter a replacement car, sorted the problem out and returned the car the following day. Great customer service. A highly recommended car dealer.

The second hand car market is a truly daunting place for a young female… you constantly hear stories of con-artists and scammers. After buying my car from Gary in March, all of my worries were eliminated ! It was a truly pleasant experience ! I waited 6 months to review just in case there were any hidden issues with the car and only one small issue came up, Gary was quick to act and respond and resolve the issue despite it being out of the three month warranty period. So thank you Gary for restoring my faith in second hand car dealers and thank you for my fabulous little motor !

Best mechanic, ever! Chris works on both mine, my partners car and our campervan. He's always trying to save us money and suggest better solutions, honest and open with his pricing, calls us before any big work needs doing, he has never ever let us down. Our battery in the car went one afternoon he ordered us one in, within an hour, we were at his garage getting it fitted. We can always call for advice and he diagnoses quickly, he's never been wrong.
