Fantastic culinary experience at Sorrel on Thursday evening! Had the taster menu with wine flight and it was an incredible treat, very clever indeed! Even got invited to look in the kitchen, looking to return in summer! For me the dishes that stood out the most were the scallop, barbecued quail, supplementary cheese course and the blackberry waldorf dessert.

The most stunning experience and unbelievable combination of flavours, textures and science. Everything from the vibe, food and wine pairing were perfect. Steve is a humble genius and its reflective in everything he does and the vibe he’s created.

Second time at the restaurant, and it was a wonderful experience. It was a mini honeymoon as we got married the day before. We went for the wine flight too and was served by Luke(?) who was very interesting and served some incredible wines. Flora (we think that was her name!) was our server and she was exceptional. And finally, the food was just brilliant and so so tasty. It felt a bit like having the best food we've had in ages in a family home type vibe, so lovely was the atmosphere. Obviously it cost and arm and a leg, but it's really worth it and you must have this kind of restaurant experience at least once if you're able to, especially for a special occasion, or if someone else if paying! I think Sorrel is one of the best restaurant I ever visit in Surrey Area , here is in UK since 9 years I live in this country. I am always amaze how the chefs are preparing this finest food by seeing the presentation with perfect real délice. We was 6 of us, and all my friends enjoying the food, from beginning till end of Degustation menu which the only one choice , and it was perfect, also the Wine list a lots of choice. Love the ambiance of the restaurant , so cosy and relax old house . And the service was also correct , so after all just perfect fine dinning restaurant in Surrey area. I am glad and happy as all my friends they like it and keep thanking me by introducing this place. Sure and certainly I’ll be back again before I left this country. Highly recommended for those who knows the real fine dinning restaurant with high quality food.

We needed some sockets and lighting fitted outside and decided to do some research on local electricians. We found John's website simple and easy to get in contact. I initially described the job to John over the phone and he managed to give me a rough quote immediately with a follow up site inspection the very next day. John then attended a week later and completed the installation. I was very impressed with Johns methodical, attention to detail and professional work ethic ensuring the job was completed to the highest standard. It was clear John took pride in his work ensuring wiring etc were neat and discreet. John was also reasonably priced. Would highly recommend for a trusted electrician. Will definitely use John again and recommend to others.

John did a complete house rewire for me a few years back and more recently has done smaller jobs. Last job was a couple of months ago when he moved a light switch for me. Always honest and reliable, John does a good tidy job for a fair price. Would recommend to anyone.

I called John when I had a power failure and he was round an hour later. Located and fixed the fault very quickly. I then asked him to replace some old sockets, light switches and outside P.I.R lights which was all done the next day. Very reliable and I would highly recommend.

Lime Electrical (Greg) installed an airconditioning system for a rental flat. The team were very clean and tidy, responded promptly to queries, and came when they said they would. The work was carried out to a high standard, and advice given was appropriate. The tenants are thrilled with the energy efficiency of the installation especially for the heating, so everyone is very happy. I would use Lime Electrical again.

Oh my god. If I could give Sean and Tony 100 stars, I would!! Totally amazing job done. After being let down by a different company, Sean was a lifesaver at 3am this morning. We had a problem with a leak that triggered our alarms and we were unable to shut them off. Sean was with us within 25 minutes of calling and sorted it instantly. Excellent communication and very calm and friendly. He thoroughly explained why the alarms were triggered and made sure they wouldn't go off again. We do need further assistance on the problem which Sean is coming back to sort for us. Thank you again Sean, really appreciate it!

We love this place. A hybrid of service (counter, table &/or both) which never disappoints; they’re quietly attentive. The ingredients are expensive, the portions are generous & the prices are very reasonable. Coffee is exceptional. We just love it all.

A great place to have a treat breakfast on a Sunday morning! We had a veggie breakfast and a mini breakfast. The 'mini' is pretty substantial. Good table service, and a nice busy atmosphere. A repeat visit was even better! Really consistent good service.

Rafal was truly a God sent. I contacted him in an emergency about electricity issues at a new flat. He was able to come the same day. Fantastic meal at Positano last night. Superb attentive service whilst not being intrusive. Not been here for several years, as previous experience was not what we expected. However so glad we tried them again and it won’t be the last time. Garlic bread was delicious - so good we forgot to take a photo. I had the risotto and can easily say it was the best I have tasted. My husband had the fish special was equally delicious. The suggested wine pairing was perfect. The puddings rounded off a great night. So give Positano a try and we’ll probably see you there as we are definitely coming back.

Beautiful lunch with my neighbour at Positano. I’ve wanted to come here hit a long time but it was always fully booked. Today we had a great lunch, great service, and great atmosphere. Food was delicious and the best tiramisù I’ve had in a long time. Brilliant, I’ll take other friends here too.

This was our first visit to the area so we asked a shop assistant if she could recommend a nice place for a birthday lunch. Without hesitation she recommended Positano. We were so glad she did. Everything was just brilliant from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious (we had the fried chicken in a white wine mushroom sauce and the salmon with spinach and crushed potatoes😋), the staff were very friendly and attentive throughout all in a lovely relaxing atmosphere too. Thank you for my birthday candle in my dessert it was a lovely thoughtful touch and most certainly the icing on the cake after a wonderful lunch! 😃🥰🎂

It was Monday morning, I had no cooker or hob due to an unsafe power socket. I rang Mark and he was here within the hour, fixed the problem and sorted out some other sockets too quickly, efficiently and tidily. Great service, I thoroughly recommend.

Was recommended Mark at Home Electrics and what better way to invite a tradesman in to your home than recommendation! Mark clearly knows what he is doing and also offered solutions and advice I hadn’t thought of. He went that extra mile and the result was exactly what I’d hoped for. I forgot to order the correct bulbs for my new lights and he even supplied these on the day to ensure I had the full finished look! On a personal note, he was on time, polite & even brought his own hoover! Will use Home Electrics again and will most definitely recommend.

I'd arranged for Sell Electrical to come out to my property to fix 3 issues that I had with sockets and erroneous spurs. The engineer Neil arrived exactly on the stroke of 10am as arranged, and he quickly understood what was required. He was very polite and disruption to the household was minimal. Any dust or mess was cleared up efficiently on completion of the work, plus I was given a full explanation of the what he had needed to do. It's unusual to work with tradesmen who don't suck their teeth in and shake their head when the required work is shown to them, and then explain how the job is so much bigger than was initially thought. I highly recommend Sell Electrical, and I shall be using them again whenever required. Thank you Sell Electrical! 10/10

Initially asked to look at an extract fan replacement / repair, Jeremy arrived on time and was extremely helpful, not only with advise and repair on the fan but in helping me to understand other aspects of the electrical installation in our new house.
