Simply delightful. This place oozes class and is one of the best courses in the country. New chipping area and range is fantastic.
Rating: 5 / 5
One of the best - a fantastic course, very friendly staff, and a great clubhouse atmosphere and dining/drinks area overlooking the course at the 4th green.
Rating: 5 / 5
A great course and clubhouse. The course is very scorable with some short par 5's. I found positioning off the tees was more key than other courses in the area.
Rating: 5 / 5
A very nice course and an enjoyable round. There was irritation work in progress but was being done in a way that did impact on the round at all!

Super golf course. Greens quick and true, general condition is lovely. Couple of holes a bit short, but a great day all round. Staff in club must also get a mention, they are so friendly and helpful, can't do enough for you. Very refreshing indeed.

A little gem. No long but pretty tight. Well presented with slick greens. A friendly club, the staff couldn't be more helpful. Loved our round and our food after the golf.

This club is a little gem in the Surrey hills, joined 6 years ago and improvements to the course have been amazing, new bunkers, good fairways and great greens. 🏌️♂️🍻

Had our annual summer ball for the first time at Bramley golf club and definitely a great venue for this sort of event. 3 course meal, dancefloor area, friendly staff. Everyone has said they had a great time!

Great day out at this premier golf course, course in excellent condition could not ask for better, pro shop welcoming, food very nice and even avoided the forecast rain!
Rating: 4 / 5
A very nice track, par 69 and some challenging holes. Bunkers seemed like they could do with some TLC (some had limited sand, some had a lot of stones in) but asides from that was in great shape. Highlights were the greens and tee boxes for sure. Great condition

This quintessentially English golf course is wonderful to play. It’s a great challenge and they have a lot of memorable holes that will test your golfing abilities.

Six of us came up and played on Thursday afternoon with two of your members, the course was truly magnificent from tee’s to greens, great clubhouse with a superb lunch before we went out. Looking forward to be able to play again.

The hotel is lovely the grounds are stunning, the spa facilities are excellent. The rooms could do with a little upgrading, the shower pressure wasn't very powerful, no sofa in executive room to sit on as in photos. Service was hit and miss - but it didn't ruin our overall stay.
Rating: 4 / 5
Great stay. Very professional and friendly service from Abbey the receptionist. The breakfast was delicious. The only thing letting it down was that if they are going to start selling as a hotel, there is no separate spa or swimming facility for guests only. Also, the rooms do appear as if they need a little refurbishment. Overall , lovely stay, staff were nice and there are enough facilities for a short break.
Rating: 4 / 5
Played the charming Par 3 Manor course. Was in good condition, only a few pairs playing, a great way to perfect your short game. They serve a great pint of regular Guinness, none of that 'cold or extra cold' rubbish 😄

We had a wonderful weekend stay at Fox Hill last year, and I’m just now getting around to writing this review! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly professional, helpful, and attentive, making us feel right at home. The hotel itself is charming, with so much to do on-site, including swimming, tennis, or simply unwinding in the spa. If you enjoy afternoon tea, I can’t recommend it enough—it was truly exquisite. We also dined at the a la carte restaurant, and the food was nothing short of amazing, with impressive attention to detail. Breakfast was another highlight, offering plenty of choices, and the cooked breakfast was absolutely delicious. Overall, we had an exceptional experience, and I highly recommend Fox Hill to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Great course. Relatively short but contours are interesting and the views are superb. Greens can be challenging at times and generally conditions are decent considering its winter time. Clubhouse / Pro shop staffs are friendly and have all the necessary facilities like the practice areas. Need to be aware of the general public walking around though. Highly recommended and can't wait to get back there in the summer. Big shoutout to Adrian for hosting us on the day. And by the way what a lovely pint of Guinness!

Played 21/6 first time for a while as I am battling cancer. The course was fantastic and the greens were in perfect condition. You also get such a warm welcome as a visitor. Great golf course with stunning views

An interesting course with plenty of hills. The club were doing some green maintenance but this wasn’t a problem and we had a good round.

If you are invited as a guest, just go and enjoy. The club is understated and simply gorgeous. Caddys are as good as it gets. The 4 hour walk is terrific and, oh yes, the course is interesting and perfectly maintained. I borrowed a set of clubs and they were so good I would have bought them but for the shipping back to Palm Beach.

One of the most beautiful and spectacular courses in England, and by extension, in Europe. Perfectly groomed as it is, even in winter conditions it offers a fine challenge to play. Club house and restaurant have held up very well to their highly regarded reputation. Always a pleasure to be invited to play here.

Fantastic venue. Top course in Europe. You play with a caddy and they are very much needed. Course was stunning. From the moment you get there to the time you leave its a golfers dream.

This is by far the Best Golf Course in Surrey exclusive to its members. Staff are great and always attend to their guest with a smile. They go the extra mile to make sure everything is on par. If you are lucky enough to play here you would understand the benefits. Keep up the brilliant work.

We visited the club as guests of a member. Absolutely amazing place, from the minute we arrived and the greetings plus service from the staff. The quality of presentation of facilities in the club house and restaurants and bar were outstanding. The history and memorabilia are brilliant and a remarkable history of golf The course is fabulous and every hole is a new vista and a delight. The whole place is beyond superlatives. If you get the chance to visit and play this is a once in a lifetime experience.

Visited for the BMW championship. Firstly the organisation was incredible took us barely any time to get into the ground and to get on buses back to the car park. The only real disappointment is the 18th access to the public; very little space for punter to see the action. I would also suggest they could do with starting the music entertainment a bit early to get punters to stay. The ground itself and the club is fantastic though and would highly recommend.

Went to watch bmw pga championship, Great place and good golf
Rating: 5 / 5
An excellent course for the PGA Golf Tournament. The buses from Ascot ran smoothly every 5 to 10 mins back and forth. Amazing views while walking between holes the course facilities were set out very well with coverage and stands located in perfect places. The grandstand views were fantastic. An overall excellent experience well worth the money per ticket.

Attended for the BMW Championship. Unbelievable couple of days! Place was flawless! Can't wait to go back next year!

What can I say but what a fantastic day a friend and I had at Puttenham Golf Club yesterday. We had been invited back to Puttenham for lunch and golf. On arrival we were met by Andrea and her team, who were so friendly and helpful. Club Manager Tom even had time to come and have a chat with us. Lunch was fantastic, beautifully presented and far more than we expected. We played 18 holes of golf and the course was in impressive condition and we sailed round in very good time. To sum up a great golf course, amazing staff and superb lunch - thank you.

Our Golf Society had a marvellous day at Puttenham Golf Course. There were 19 of us and we made to feel very welcome by staff and members alike. The golf course was in great condition and the greens were excellent. The facilities in the clubhouse and the catering were also very good. It was a great day's golf, and we were very well looked after.

We had our 40th birthday party here after our original venue double booked us; Andrea from the events team saved the day! The menu we had was great and what we wanted, the space for our party was big and has some outdoor space which was handy. Andrea and her team were very helpful and accommodating. The girls helped with putting up decorations and were friendly, polite and went above and beyond. We are so thankful. At times planning a party can be overwhelming and Andrea was lovely and helpful in putting our thoughts together and coming up with different ideas. Overall I would definitely recommend Puttingham Golf Club for any event you may have. It’s a great venue with lovely surroundings with helpful staff. Thanks Andrea and Team! You rock!

Played on weds afternoon 1.30pm tee off in Sept. The course was in immaculate condition due to the pro am the next day. A lovely selection of challenging holes that are quite hilly. No water but very scenic. Great course, nice bar area and friendly staff. Half way hut does drinks and snacks. Reccomended!

Godalming Footpath Companions have enjoyed our annual Christmas lunches at Puttenham Golf Club for the past 7 years. The food is excellent and Andrea and the chef have been very helpful in accomodating different preferences and requirements. The service is friendly, attentive and professional. A delight from soup to mince pies, as they nearly say across the pond. Many thanks!

Despite a bit of rain, the course was in fantastic shape, with beautiful autumn colors and smooth greens. The pro shop staff and members were all super friendly, making us feel right at home. The view of the clubhouse from the 18th hole looked straight out of a postcard! We wrapped up the day with a pint of Guinness at the bar, enjoying the view over the course. Can’t wait to come back!
Rating: 5 / 5
Surrey is littered with fantastic golf courses so often really great clubs get over looked or not get the recognition they deserve. Clandon is definitely one of those clubs. Played a few weeks back with some pals and we were all really impressed with the quality of the course and also the facilities. Go check it out as soon as you can.
Rating: 5 / 5
What a lovely course, some challenging holes, but playable even for a high handicapper like me. The greens are excellent and the fairways were in great shape. Friendly, welcoming club with a great clubhouse and practice/warm up facilities.
Rating: 4 / 5
Played the course a couple of days ago for the first time. It’s a nice course. Fairways were in good condition and most of the tees. Greens had plenty of undulations and were quick. Enjoyed the day and food was great. The only gripe was the cost. Visitors fee is £55, which is reasonable. However, county card rate is £50, which is hardly worth having the discount. I would have expected the county card rate to be around £40 to £45, which would be more comparable with other courses of this type in the area. Unfortunately, until this cost adjustment is made, we are unlikely to return sadly. This the reason I rated 4 and not 5
