Sam came out this morning to deal with a very large wasp nest. He explained what he was going to do and answered any questions or concerns we had. Sam dealt with the nest efficiently. We had builders on site too, Sam aLao explained to them how long to wait before continuing any work on site. Thank you as I felt reassured and in good hands. There is a warrenty also so you know their work is covered for a certain period of time.

I recently had an incident where my home was infested with bed bugs. After calling Monsterkil I was quickly booked in. Sam was very helpful and efficient at managing the issue and gave great advice for how to prevent this happening again. Thanks so much, overall great service.

Hired for wasp removal, they were very prompt in responding and came round the next day to do the job. They were very pleasant and talked me through the process and what to expect once the job is done. Given the size of the wasps nest I think we will require another visit and assuming this is done satisfactorily and similarly to the first treatment then I will have no hesitation in upgrading this review to 5 stars!

We wanted the bees we’d had under our roof for 4 years to be removed alive and taken to a good home. Dan P and Emily did just that, along with bee-proofing that part of the roof. They were an absolute pleasure to meet and their love and knowledge of bees shone through. The whole process was made easy by Anthony who had arranged the quote and the visit. We used PGH Pest Control to deal with a rodent infestation in our loft. They did a comprehensive review of the property and provided a detailed report. The work involved elimination of the rodents, emptying the loft, removing the old insulation and replacing this after having decontaminated the space. They also detected some woodworm, which they also treated. They repaired parts of the roof and put a one way sleeve in the drain, both of which were measures to prevent further infestation. The work was expertly and professionally led by André. Certificates were provided to show the work had been completed. I would definitely recommend PGH for its end to end process

Having had a very negative experience with another Pest Control company I engaged the services of PGH Pest control. Stuart was reassuring, thorough and professional. Well we actually only had a phone call - but he spent some time explaining why we have a wasp problem and gave some really practical advice which we massively appreciated!

Gavin was calm and professional. I contacted Guildford Wasp Control when I discovered a small wasp nest in my shed. I felt rather stupid as the wasp nest didn't seem that big on a second look. Gavin arrived the next day and didn't make me feel stupid for calling him out. He said it wouldn't have been long before the grubs hatched and a bigger nest created. Gavin is very professional, I highly recommend him if you have a wasp or hornet nest that needs to go. Very prompt response, within an hour he had replied and within a matter of days (would have been sooner but I needed him to wait) he came out and treated the nest. We a a rat problem one got in to the inner wall and loft there came and sorted this problem out with in 3 visits . We paid extra for full drain inspection and they found out how they were getting in . highly recommend this company

Quick response to my initial enquiry about pigeons roosting in my porch alcoves and Tony was able to come and carry out the proposed fix very soon after. Work carried out professionally. Tony was very knowledgeable about pigeons and their habits and we discussed ways to avoid them returning.

Tony was absolutely diligent in his approach. He meticulously and successfully pursued his plan to find the entry and exit points used by the rodents, employing phosphorescent powder to track following a camera survey of the sewer system, all for a very reasonable price. I recommend this company, and Tony specifically, unreservedly. So very different to the usual attitude of put poison down, go away, return, put down more poison and charge a fortune for the privilege!

EXCELLENT SERVICE: Tony came to my student accommodation a couple days ago to assess and treat a bedbug infestation. He arrived within a day of our first phone call.
