Some wasps decided to make a home in the fascia boards outside my bedroom window. Called Paul at North downs Pest Control and he was able to come out that afternoon. Prompt, efficient and friendly and the wasp problem has been fixed. Very happy with the service and would happily use again.

I had reason to call on North Downs Pest Control recently owing to squirrel movement in the loft. Paul was able to attend the same day & set a trap. He returned two days later to find the squirrel had been successfully trapped. I have no hesitation in recommending Paul's efficient & reliable service.

Recently heard noises in the loft that sounded like a squirrel was moving around and shredding cardboard to make a nest. I gave North Downs Pest Control a call and Paul was able to come around the next day and set a trap. Somehow the squirrel managed to knock over the trap and set it off without being caught. Paul returned to reset it and the offending squirrel was caught soon after. Paul is a very professional and personable individual who was able to deal with our problem in a prompt and efficient manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending his services.

We a a rat problem one got in to the inner wall and loft there came and sorted this problem out with in 3 visits . We paid extra for full drain inspection and they found out how they were getting in . highly recommend this company

We rang SAS Pest Control at 5pm and they arrived at 11.00 the following morning to destroy a wasps nest inside our chimney. Not an easy job, the nest was very quickly and efficiently dealt with. Fast and friendly service.

We wanted the bees we’d had under our roof for 4 years to be removed alive and taken to a good home. Dan P and Emily did just that, along with bee-proofing that part of the roof. We used PGH Pest Control to deal with a rodent infestation in our loft. They did a comprehensive review of the property and provided a detailed report. The work involved elimination of the rodents, emptying the loft, removing the old insulation and replacing this after having decontaminated the space. They also detected some woodworm, which they also treated. They repaired parts of the roof and put a one way sleeve in the drain, both of which were measures to prevent further infestation. The work was expertly and professionally led by André. Certificates were provided to show the work had been completed. I would definitely recommend PGH for its end to end process

Having had a very negative experience with another Pest Control company I engaged the services of PGH Pest control. Stuart was reassuring, thorough and professional. He spent time explaining what he was going to do and provided lots of guidance and advice on proofing the property. I would highly recommend PGH. Gavin is very professional, I highly recommend him if you have a wasp or hornet nest that needs to go. Very prompt response, within an hour he had replied and within a matter of days (would have been sooner but I needed him to wait) he came out and treated the nest. Now I can actually open my bedroom windows so no more stuffy nights for me :)

While fixing a shed door for my parents, I saw wasps flying in and out a hole in the shed. I called this company, explained the situation, and was really pleased the wasps could be dealt with the next morning... Anyway, it was a LARGE wasps' nest, so definitely best left to a professional! He treated the area and physically removed the nest. There were a few stray wasps, but they vanished within a couple of hours. Good job and he seemed like a nice guy.... recommended.

Tony was absolutely diligent in his approach. He meticulously and successfully pursued his plan to find the entry and exit points used by the rodents, employing phosphorescent powder to track following a camera survey of the sewer system, all for a very reasonable price. I recommend this company, and Tony specifically, unreservedly. So very different to the usual attitude of put poison down, go away, return, put down more poison and charge a fortune for the privilege!

EXCELLENT SERVICE: Tony came to my student accommodation a couple days ago to assess and treat a bedbug infestation. He arrived within a day of our first phone call. He then wrote a detailed, professional and thorough report which was hugely important as I was dealing with a difficult landlord. Tony is a true expert in his field. Providing advice and information both on how to deal with an infestation AND the responsibilities of a landlord. Dealing with an infestation can be a hugely distressing time; Tony provides a friendly and knowledgeable service in an area that most of us never want to deal with! I can not speak too highly about Michael's service! He is, in my opinion, a thoroughly decent, honest, knowledgeable pest control engineer. He made an initial visit at two hours' notice and arrived a little early. His inspection was extremely thorough, remedy was clearly stated and meticulously carried out. A follow up visit was included in the price and again, completed in a timely and efficient manner. Michael considered the second visit unlikely to be necessary but "belt and braces" to ensure total eradication.

I called this company as we heard noises under our kitchen units and our dog was paying too much attention to this area. The business owner came the same day and was brilliant. Really nice guy, very knowledgeable and not expensive in my opinion. His fee included visits after the initial visit to check on the areas concerned. Definitely a number/name to keep handy!

Michael came to our rescue a couple of weeks ago when there was an issue at my daughter’s flat. He replied to my enquiry immediately, was informative and professional. I have had excellent service from this company. Technicians & admin staff are very knowledgeable- polite and friendly The service that had until now had been excellent. Wouldn’t use anyone different. I am going to use them to seal my loft so that squirrels and other predators can no longer enter loft area. They have also helped with mouse infestation - nothing us too much trouble

Hired for wasp removal, they were very prompt in responding and came round the next day to do the job. They were very pleasant and talked me through the process and what to expect once the job is done. Given the size of the wasps nest I think we will require another visit and assuming this is done satisfactorily and similarly to the first treatment then I will have no hesitation in upgrading this review to 5 stars!
