Found the guy that come round a real delight to deal with . I don't live in Ashford but I was at my mums house when said problem happened . So called these people , he came round done his magic . He was extremely reasonable considering the amount of time he spent making sure it was done properly & you would never of known he had been neat clean & tidy 10 / 10 highly recommended 👍

Fantastic and friendly business! I initially called for some advice and costings, Lewe was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It was clear that he was not just trying to sell me something, he genuinely wanted to help with the stressful situation. Lewe very kindly offered advice of things to try and later offered to complete a survey to ascertain what the issue was. I know exactly where to go for any future pest control work…to a business that is honest, genuine, knowledgeable, and efficient. 10/10 would recommend!

Mark was very thoughtful, planning our job in so that the wasps would be gone by the time schools open as our nest was by a public footpath. As advised the wasps were all gone within two hours and our garden is safe again, very pleased with the service!

Mark visits us virtually every year to get rid of regular wasp nests and is always really reliable and accommodating. After getting rid of a hornets nest for us a couple of weeks ago, he came back to shift another wasps nest I'd not previously noticed prior to him arriving. He did this without charge as he didn't have time to do both on his previous visit. Really kind. Would thoroughly recommend his services.

Great service by Nate, fast (same day), effective and very reasonable on price! Wasp nest treatment in our front hedge and advice on swarming bees in our back garden. Nate was very polite, professional and educated, he talked me through the treatment/aftercare and this was also detailed on his invoice which was really handy. Called in Nate of GEM Services as it appears we had rodent issues in our loft. Nate came out very quick and took a look and quoted us a price. I cannot recommend GEM Services enough as he attend our address many times to ensure that we finally got rid of the rats + mice and did not charge us a penny more. Lovely bloke and excellent service. Hope I don't have to use him again but have his number saved. Highly recommend.

I used Mike from innovation pest control because I was concerned that I may have bed bugs although I had not seen any but had been bitten and only explanation I could find was bed bugs as I had not been anywhere. Mike came and looked around my home but could not see any signs of an infestation but as I was very concerned that I had them I asked him to treat my home as a precaution .. He did 2 treatments 3 weeks apart and I am now happy to say that if I had bed bugs I should be free of them . Mike was an absolutely lovely man who talked me through all things bedbugs and what I could do to help eliminate them with also me having the treatment even though he thought I did not have them it was peace of mind for me . Effective Pest Solutions and in particular Kush, have been sensational. There knowledge and attention to detail is second to none, and have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. They sorted out a mice problem with ease and also identified a rat problem within the sewer system which was causing a different smell which Kush has been brilliant at sorting, considering it is a very complex issue involving sewers and drainage between two semi-detached properties. A wonderful guy to deal with who has assured me every step of the way that it will be sorted with minimum fuss, and he has been true to his word. Gerry (The Wasp Man) - professional and super helpful, cleared up the wasp nest in my in laws house and came to check it had all been cleared and also checked out house that was next door. Such great service and would 100% recommend.

Gerry has now removed 2 wasps nests for us, one in our shed and one in the roof of our house. On both occasions Gerry got back to us really quickly and dealt with the problem efficiently and speedily with no mess. He is very personable and we would thoroughly recommend.

Great job by a professional. I called Gerry and he asked for video to help see where the wasps were going in and out of the nest hidden in a tree stump in the garden. He was in the area and made it to mine within an hour . He treated the nest and the wasps were cleared within another hour!

I spoke to Gerry (The Wasp Man) from Total Pest Control about the wasp nest in our conservatory and he was there within the hour to deal with it. He was extremely professional, explained all about the procedure before doing a thorough examination to see the extent of the infestation. We had a major pigeon problem! About 10-12 pigeons had taken up residence on the roof and had nested under the solar panels. Kelly from Pest-Tech was great and sorted our problem. Not an easy job as a step roof and solar panels on two roof pitches. Kelly cleaned out all the nests and cleared away all the pigeon excrement! Now that the panels have strong mesh all around them, the pigeons have found somewhere else to live. We can now sleep at 5am and the gutters are not overflowing from pigeon poop! Thanks Kelly. Absolutely Amazing! We had a serious rat problem with the critters nesting in our ceiling and walls. From the initial call to completion, Pest Tech was fantastic to work with. Liam and Matt quickly pinpointed the entry points and provided additional valuable advice on managing the nearby fences and bushes to prevent further access for the rodents who had settled in our home. After just four visits, the rats are completely gone, and it’s a relief to finally have a peaceful home without the constant worry of damage being done in the walls & ceiling. Had some bird proofing fitted on my solar panels by Pest-Tech as we had a pigeon problem. They did an amazing job and really happy with the result. Good quality and looks great. Very professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend and would use them in the future for any work.

I just moved into a new house with issues regarding wasp nests and rodents in the loft - reached out to Matt with a few photos of the situation, he got in touch straight away and explained clearly what would need to be done.
