Sean was amazing. We called after seeing rodent in the garden. He came out a couple of days later to inspect. Unlike other companies i have used previously, there was no charge for the initial inspection. Sean was polite, insightful and could not have done more to reassure us. A fantastc small local business. Would completely recommend his services if required. What a lovely man.

Called in Nate of GEM Services as it appears we had rodent issues in our loft. Nate came out very quick and took a look and quoted us a price. I cannot recommend GEM Services enough as he attend our address many times to ensure that we finally got rid of the rats + mice and did not charge us a penny more. Lovely bloke and excellent service. Hope I don't have to use him again but have his number saved. Highly recommend.

Great service by Nate, fast (same day), effective and very reasonable on price! Wasp nest treatment in our front hedge and advice on swarming bees in our back garden. Nate was very polite, professional and educated, he talked me through the treatment/aftercare and this was also detailed on his invoice which was really handy. Will 100% use again if I ever need to and I highly recommend using Nate for pest control needs.

Gerry has now removed 2 wasps nests for us, one in our shed and one in the roof of our house. On both occasions Gerry got back to us really quickly and dealt with the problem efficiently and speedily with no mess. He is very personable and we would thoroughly recommend.

Great job by a professional. I called Gerry and he asked for video to help see where the wasps were going in and out of the nest hidden in a tree stump in the garden. He was in the area and made it to mine within an hour . He treated the nest and the wasps were cleared within another hour!

One evening, I noticed a few wasps inside my bathroom but wasn’t sure where they were coming from. I contacted Gerry late at night, and by 8am the next morning, he had already been in touch and arranged to visit the same day. Gerry quickly identified the location of the nest, which was on my roof, and treated it effectively. A week later, I thought I could still see a few wasps around the garden near the roof. No one else in my household could spot them, but because I was so concerned, Gerry kindly came back the same day to repeat spraying. Fantastic service-thank you for your help!

Found the guy that come round a real delight to deal with . I don't live in Ashford but I was at my mums house when said problem happened . So called these people , he came round done his magic . He was extremely reasonable considering the amount of time he spent making sure it was done properly & you would never of known he had been neat clean & tidy 10 / 10 highly recommended 👍

Fantastic and friendly business! I initially called for some advice and costings, Lewe was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It was clear that he was not just trying to sell me something, he genuinely wanted to help with the stressful situation. Lewe very kindly offered advice of things to try and later offered to complete a survey to ascertain what the issue was. I know exactly where to go for any future pest control work…to a business that is honest, genuine, knowledgeable, and efficient. 10/10 would recommend!

I highly recommend Lucks Pest Control, very responsive to my first enquiry and was out within 24hours, treated our property for rodents within 2/3weeks of treating the issue. Didn’t charge for coming out to investigate the issue then made recommendations and gave us options to treat the issue. Very happy with the service provided. Hopefully, I won’t have to use Lucks again but if I do, he’s on speed dial now!

I used Mike from innovation pest control because I was concerned that I may have bed bugs although I had not seen any but had been bitten and only explanation I could find was bed bugs as I had not been anywhere. Mike came and looked around my home but could not see any signs of an infestation but as I was very concerned that I had them I asked him to treat my home as a precaution .. He did 2 treatments 3 weeks apart and I am now happy to say that if I had bed bugs I should be free of them . Mike was an absolutely lovely man who talked me through all things bedbugs and what I could do to help eliminate them with also me having the treatment even though he thought I did not have them it was peace of mind for me . I cannot express my thanks to Mike and I would highly recommend him for anyone found in a similar situation.First class company 👍🏻😊

I am so grateful that Matt saved us from a really awful flea infestation. I was desperate and he dropped everything to help us. He was informative, thorough and reassuring. This is definitely your first choice for help and assistance when dealing with pests and vermin. We had a rat who decided to roam the house and cause a huge amount of anxiety. Effective Pest Solutions and in particular Kush, have been sensational. There knowledge and attention to detail is second to none, and have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. They sorted out a mice problem with ease and also identified a rat problem within the sewer system which was causing a different smell which Kush has been brilliant at sorting, considering it is a very complex issue involving sewers and drainage between two semi-detached properties. A wonderful guy to deal with who has assured me every step of the way that it will be sorted with minimum fuss, and he has been true to his word. Let me start by saying I couldn’t recommend Bounty more highly! I’ve met various of the technicians and had a lot of contact with head office, and the whole team is quite evidently experienced (decades!) and knowledgeable. They are trustworthy and efficient, and friendly on top! Andy has been our main contact and is a superb technician. His numerous follow up visits, each with lots of informative chat (and patience as I fire question after question!) has made it feel he’s like a friend of the family! The team has a fantastic reputation and we now too trust the guys implicitly.

Great service. Carl was amazing! He was friendly and very professional. Helped me identify the entry points of the mice and even covered them up. What a gentleman Rick is . He was very quick to respond to our enquiry and not pushy about getting the job . Called Richard regarding a wasps nest found in the loft. We arranged a time for him to come. He was on time and extremely polite upon arrival. He explained everything he was going to do. Richard is extremely knowledgeable describing how the nests are created. He was very aware I had young children in the house and made sure we kept doors shut and explained if they are stung to seek medical attention straight away as they had not been stung before. The service Richard provided was top notch. I would highly recommend him.

We had a major pigeon problem! About 10-12 pigeons had taken up residence on the roof and had nested under the solar panels. Kelly from Pest-Tech was great and sorted our problem. Not an easy job as a step roof and solar panels on two roof pitches. Kelly cleaned out all the nests and cleared away all the pigeon excrement! Now that the panels have strong mesh all around them, the pigeons have found somewhere else to live. We can now sleep at 5am and the gutters are not overflowing from pigeon poop! Thanks Kelly. Great service from Pest Tech. This was the first time I have had to call a pest control company to one of my rentals and Pest Tech were outstanding.
