I heard GM services from a word of mouth recommendation. Contacted Nate about the pest issues I had, he was quick in coming out, through consultation he advised how he could resolve the issue for us, which he has now done. Excellent customer service throughout!

Great service by Nate, fast (same day), effective and very reasonable on price! Wasp nest treatment in our front hedge and advice on swarming bees in our back garden. Nate was very polite, professional and educated, he talked me through the treatment/aftercare and this was also detailed on his invoice which was really handy. Called in Nate of GEM Services as it appears we had rodent issues in our loft. Nate came out very quick and took a look and quoted us a price. I cannot recommend GEM Services enough as he attend our address many times to ensure that we finally got rid of the rats + mice and did not charge us a penny more. Lovely bloke and excellent service.
