I needed a roofer to address some slipped tiles at the front of my house, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial consultation, they were professional and attentive, taking the time to explain the repair process and answer all my questions. The work itself was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. Not only did he fix the tiles, but he also took the initiative to check for any underlying issues that could cause future problems. They left the area clean after finishing. I highly recommend this company for anyone in need of quality roofing work!

December 2024 A relative of mine needed their roof extension addressed due to recommendations in a survey report. I got in contact with I.L roofing ltd. Names Ian and Lenny. They came and rectified the previous owners works, as there was no expansion gaps on the roof, they cleaned & fixed the leaking gutters, took the moss off the main roof and cleaned up thoroughly. The roof is guaranteed for 20 years. I found that Ian and Lenny took pride in their work, they were honest and professional, and their team were hardworking and respectful. Very happy with the work that has been done on our flat roof, which developed a leak. There was an immediate response, they came out on a Sunday afternoon to apply a temporary solution to stop the leak. After seven days a permanent solution was made. team responded professionally and guide us through the process all the time, so we knew exactly what is going on. Highly recommended.

Alfie contacted me very quickly (after I sent an initial message) and arranged to come over to take a look at the job within a few hours. A quote came through the same day and was very competitive. Alfie & team started work the same week and completed the removal of the current fiberglass flat roof (which had cracked over three years and caused several leaks) then installed a three layer felt flat roof system over 4 days. Alan and his team undertook an excellent refurbishment of a flat roof at my property. It also included replacing two worn out roof lights, which had seen better days. I cannot speak more highly of the team effort, standard òf finish and tidying up after themselves. In addition, they came later to fit a new dry verge system to both gable ends. There can't be many firms who charge less than the original quote and, indeed, their expertise is second to none.

We have used this company for roof and chimney works on 3 properties on 4 occasions. From estimate through to job completion, site clearing and invoicing I thoroughly recommend. On some occasions they have given a suggestion that saved me money rather than max money out of me for the job. Very difficult with roof and chimney work to verify work needed and done but Alan and his team have provided before and after photos. A very satisfied customer, thank you.

Bill removed my old asbestos roof and fitted a replacement two years ago. He returned promptly when requested, to sort out a minor leak caused by a bolt fixing. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

Bill was firstly a lovely, helpful guy. Secondly, he was very reasonably priced but most importantly he was very careful to ensure that the work he carried out was controlled and safe. He protected my garden with plastic sheeting before doing any work and then carefully dismantled my asbestos roof, bagged and sealed each panel individually and took it to be disposed of safely. Tom and Kevin fixed my leaking garage roof. They removed the existing gully and replaced with new and replaced all rotten felt. They did a grand job and were very tidy. They took on the extra unexpected work without drama once tiles were removed.

Nick and his team carried out a significant amount of work on our 1850 Kent Peg Tiled, cottage. We had a roof valley completely stripped and retiled, 3 of 4 tile-hung top floor elevations stripped, insulated and retiled and a leak around a chimney fixed with new lead flashing and tiles. From the moment I met Nick I had complete confidence and trust in him, both in terms of his knowledge and experience in working with heritage properties, but also his professional and friendly manner. No corners were cut, everything was done as it should be and lots of repair short cuts that had been taken over the life of the house were put back to how they should be.
