This company is great, it is well managed and highly professional. It is difficult these days to find honest tradesman. We had recently had a garage fire that caused significant damage to our gutters causing the rain to start entering the property. We then got hit by storm Eunice causing damage to Ridge tiles and roof tiles causing more rain water to get in. Middlesex Roofing Repairs Ltd came around ASAP and sorted out all my problems. They charged honest labour cost when they actually could have inflated prices due to the storm. Brilliant Service overall and would highly recommend.

Bill was firstly a lovely, helpful guy. Secondly, he was very reasonably priced but most importantly he was very careful to ensure that the work he carried out was controlled and safe. He protected my garden with plastic sheeting before doing any work and then carefully dismantled my asbestos roof, bagged and sealed each panel individually and took it to be disposed of safely. Nick and his team carried out a significant amount of work on our 1850 Kent Peg Tiled, cottage. We had a roof valley completely stripped and retiled, 3 of 4 tile-hung top floor elevations stripped, insulated and retiled and a leak around a chimney fixed with new lead flashing and tiles. From the moment I met Nick I had complete confidence and trust in him, both in terms of his knowledge and experience in working with heritage properties, but also his professional and friendly manner. Nick has professional and personal integrity and is as honest as they come. No corners were cut, everything was done as it should be and lots of repair short cuts that had been taken over the life of the house were put back to how they should be. They encountered a few additional problems throughout the project, but Nick’s comment was always, ‘don’t worry, you’re in safe hands’ and, indeed, we were! Nick’s team are superb and adhere to his requirement for everything to be done correctly and neatly, as if they were working on their own properties; particular thanks to Tom who did a superb job for us. Nick’s team were extremely polite and respectful to us and our property, they turned up exactly when they said they would and kept us fully informed at every stage of the work. Tom and Kevin fixed my leaking garage roof. They removed the existing gully and replaced with new and replaced all rotten felt. They did a grand job and were very tidy. They took on the extra unexpected work without drama once tiles were removed.

We have engaged with A Wilson Roofing to have all our roofs and skylights redone and insulated (including front tiled pitched roof and 3 flat roofs at the back with Alwitra membrane). When I had a leak and not long to fix the issue I was fairly stressed but the Astral team quoted very quickly and sorted out the issue (including replacing all guttering, fascias, soffits and a row of tiles, dpc on some flat roofing areas etc.) within a week. James and his team came and did some repair work on our roof - we are very pleased with his work. We had recently moved in and were keen to get this done quickly which James was able to accommodate. Can highly recommend Surrey Roofs. Martin and his team retiled a large roof for us which also included 5 small flat roofs, addition of insulation, 2 veluxs, a sun tunnel and replacement of guttering. All were hard working, professional and friendly. Martin and Jack worked with us to ensure that the final result was in character with the style of the house.

Don’t look any further …. If you need any work done to your roof or gutters give Martin and Jack a call. Having bought a 100 year old house that had it’s original leaky roof, we asked Surrey Roofs to retile the entire house and renew the liquid rubber roof on a flat area of the kitchen. The team fitted new batons to the roof where needed, repointed chimneys and brickwork, and completed the work on time and on budget. The guys were doing such a good job that we asked for their advice on other areas of the house, and added in installation of a replacement velux window, three sun tunnel skylights in the roof, and three roof lanterns in the kitchen. Again all were done within agreed timeframes and budget, and the work carried out was to an extremely high standard. Finally we agreed some painting of the property, including the fascia and soffits, and the roof lanterns in the kitchen. A huge shout out to Pete who’s a whizz with a paint brush. As you can see we added a number of items to the original spec, that’s because Surrey Roofs really know what they’re doing, are excellent communicators, and are a great group of guys to have around. Szymek and Adam were an absolute pleasure, a special mention for Connor who went above and beyond regularly. Martin and Jack have built a fantastic family business, and we won’t hesitate to use them again.

Martin and Jack came around to quote for a new roof. We had a few of quotes from different companies but Martin and Jack stood head and shoulders above their competition. Great care and attention were given to this project from start to finish. Replacing the non-standard skylights presented several challenges. Dean consistently opted for a higher quality, perfectionist approach rather than taking easier shortcuts. He and his team clearly have extensive experience with various roof constructions and are adept in both interior and exterior work. The result is a set of skylights that are securely fitted and look fantastic. The seamless integration with the original upstands is truly impressive.

Great job by Dean and his guys to completely replace tiles, felt and flashing and some expert pointing. Quick, neat, tidy, great communication and the kind of re-assuring politeness and friendliness you want when people are in your house, especially as it is my elderly Mum’s house. The scaffolding company he employs were also top-notch: courteous and neat. Dean & Co. were appreciative of refreshments and we were particularly happy with the attention to detail, including cleaning up the site under the scaffolding every day, and at the end of the job, and cleaning velux windows inside and out once finished.

I really cannot recommend Dean and the team highly enough. Dean originally came to give us a quote to install Velux windows in a bedroom and the kitchen. These were installed quickly and efficiently and the rooms were left clean and clear at the end of the day. Over and above the original work, Dean also sorted out a condensation issue in the kitchen and fixed a leaking flat roof! The workmanship was excellent, done to time and with a reasonable budget. Dean is clearly very knowledgeable in this area. He kept us informed all the way through about the issues and what he could do to help the situation and gave us options. Dean and the team worked tirelessly throughout. Overall, we are very pleased to have found a roofer we can really trust!
