When I had a leak and not long to fix the issue I was fairly stressed but the Astral team quoted very quickly and sorted out the issue (including replacing all guttering, fascias, soffits and a row of tiles, dpc on some flat roofing areas etc.) within a week. They arrived on time, were courteous and professional throughout and did a great job cleaning and clearing away the debris from our gutters. Photos of the completed job showing before and after pictures were sent that day which showed what a great job they had done. All debris was cleared and taken away. I had multiple urgent problems with the roof of my house and James and his team responded quickly and within two days the work was completed. Alfie contacted me very quickly (after I sent an initial message) and arranged to come over to take a look at the job within a few hours. A quote came through the same day and was very competitive. Alfie & team started work the same week and completed the removal of the current fiberglass flat roof (which had cracked over three years and caused several leaks) then installed a three layer felt flat roof system over 4 days. There was an immediate response, they came out on a Sunday afternoon to apply a temporary solution to stop the leak. After seven days a permanent solution was made. team responded professionally and guide us through the process all the time, so we knew exactly what is going on. Highly recommended.

This company is great, it is well managed and highly professional. It is difficult these days to find honest tradesman. We had recently had a garage fire that caused significant damage to our gutters causing the rain to start entering the property. We then got hit by storm Eunice causing damage to Ridge tiles and roof tiles causing more rain water to get in. Middlesex Roofing Repairs Ltd came around ASAP and sorted out all my problems. They charged honest labour cost when they actually could have inflated prices due to the storm. Brilliant Service overall and would highly recommend.

SLK Chris and team done a fantastic job replacing new baton felt tiles also including a new velux roof window. Chris gave me a good quote for the work to be done. Chris and team were respectful of my property leaving it tidy every day. A few months later I had Chris replace the felt on my flat roof, I have solar panels on there which were removed carefully and frame work, they were replaced with equal care once the felt was replaced. Levi and the team at LB Roofing replaced the main roof of our property along with repairs and maintenance of 2 flat roofs. The scope of works was varied on each job, including replacing part of the roof in the house I live in. On every occasion I have been highly satisfied with the work. Levi has a great knowledge and lots of experience. He is very proactive, always answers his phone/responds to the messages promptly, which makes dealing with him really easy. Not something that can be said for many tradesmen, unfortunately. For every job he did, he performed a detailed inspection, took loads of pictures, explained clearly what is the problem and the optimal solution, in his opinion, and gave me a clear and detailed timely quote. He was clear about the time line for each job and his starting date. Which was never moved or changed. Once Levi’s team started with the work, they were focused, worked hard and long hours. I’ve just had the roof on my Grade II listed house replaced by this company and they have been fantastic. Wayne was brilliant at keeping in touch and making sure everything ran smoothly. John, Ollie and Georgie did a beautiful job on the roof (mainly peg and tile) and they were a pleasure to have around - leaving the place clean and tidy at the end of each day. I would highly recommend them without hesitation!

From the outset Wayne, John and the team were thoroughly professional and did a cracking job on my parents roof. Not a small job by any means, 4 velux windows and complete replacement of all the roof, including reusing many old tiles on the rear of the property, first time since the house was built in the late 1800's. Rebuilding the chimney was extra but all dealt with quickly. Even helped with a large "U" shaped steal which I needed to get inside the rear part of the roof. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

I did a lot of research before I undertook this project and had three quotes. Wayne was knowledgable and reliable from the outset and his pricing was sound. We needed some terrible roof lining expandable foam stripped out, rafters replaced and 6000 new tiles as every one broke as it was taken off the hard foam. It was a messy and a horrible job but the Cranbrook and Ashford roofing team were brilliant and the end result is really excellent . I recommend them highly.
