Wayne and team did an excellent job replacing the flat roof over our conservatory. Good workmanship, high attention to details. Not only corrected the issues that the original builders created, but went above and beyond to fix some issues that they spotted without additional charge. They were very professional, always punctual, tidy and communicative. Olympia who runs the office was very responsive to emails even on weekends. Highly recommend.

We had a leak in our roof on the top floor loft, and it was clear that the previous work done on the roof was very poor. Thankfully, we found wayne and his amazing team, recommended by several neighbors on our street. They were able to set up scaffolding within 24 hours from my call to them, and in just two days, they completely removed the old roof and installed a new one. Their professionalism was outstanding, and they were kind and helpful throughout the entire process, answering all our questions patiently. When I had a leak and not long to fix the issue I was fairly stressed but the Astral team quoted very quickly and sorted out the issue (including replacing all guttering, fascias, soffits and a row of tiles, dpc on some flat roofing areas etc.) within a week. Thanks for a great service! Our job was completed within days of the initial quote being requested. They arrived on time, were courteous and professional throughout and did a great job cleaning and clearing away the debris from our gutters. Photos of the completed job showing before and after pictures were sent that day which showed what a great job they had done. All debris was cleared and taken away. James and his team came and did some repair work on our roof - we are very pleased with his work. We had recently moved in and were keen to get this done quickly which James was able to accommodate. The team were nice guys and always cleaned up at the end of each day. When they found more damage than expected, James showed us, was open and honest, explained his concerns and gave us a couple of options to proceed. We called in Tony and his team when cracks in various places in the exterior rendering of our house began to let in water when it rained. This was a big job requiring scaffolding around the whole house. However, the team, who were all courteous and personable did a great job in keeping disruption to a minimum and leaving the site tidy. This despite having to work around significant weather disruption. Quality of the workmanship was excellent. Leaks seem to be fixed, and house looks great. Very happy to recommend Tony and his guys.

Tony's roofing came recommended by a neighbour when, after a large storm, water was leaking into my first floor office. I'm very happy with the work and my interactions with Tony. The job was done quickly and with high quality materials and workmanship -- which I'm very picky about. Tony kept me in the loop at all times, explaining what they were doing and why, and he made a few recommendations along the way, which I'm very happy he did because the result looks great and saved me from having to fix other things in the future.

I was delighted with the prompt and professional service received at a fair price. I also had some of the sandstone wall of my property re-grouted. The work was done in very good time and as described in our consultation. There was very little mess and the people involved were very personable. I will not hesitate to contact Tony again whenever I need work done on my house. I asked Tony to replace a broken chimney pot I had noticed by chance, and it was discovered that it had crashed onto the roof. Tony's team replaced and repaired the chimney pot and roof in a couple of days. I no longer have to worry about winter storms damaging my house.

I’ve had Tony over a couple of times to repair a gutter, clean them out, add a downpipe and replace some tiles. - Gutter corner with problematic brackets under exposed rafters - was overflowing - section replaced. - Downpipe added to better distribute rainfall, care taken with half hung tiles. - Slipped, broken tiles replaced inc cutting for awkward shapes. - Gutters cleared. My experience is that Tony will absolutely do a proper repair, no cutting corners and an all-round solid job. Clearly very experienced, pragmatic, quick and goes above and beyond. Very happy with the workmanship and would recommend for guttering, gutter cleaning, roof tiles and other related works.

Very happy with the response, advice, work and speed of response. I have now had Borough roofing out twice for two different issues. No hassle or pressure, honest, shared pictures and videos with me there and then so I could see the problem and the repairs (only minor but still) very quick and all at the agreed price. Not like some others whose prices seemed exaggerated and unrealistic. Vinny and Matt are nice and easy to talk to- nothing was too much trouble. Left clean and tidy!!

Don’t look any further …. If you need any work done to your roof or gutters give Martin and Jack a call. Having bought a 100 year old house that had it’s original leaky roof, we asked Surrey Roofs to retile the entire house and renew the liquid rubber roof on a flat area of the kitchen. The team fitted new batons to the roof where needed, repointed chimneys and brickwork, and completed the work on time and on budget. The guys were doing such a good job that we asked for their advice on other areas of the house, and added in installation of a replacement velux window, three sun tunnel skylights in the roof, and three roof lanterns in the kitchen. Again all were done within agreed timeframes and budget, and the work carried out was to an extremely high standard. Finally we agreed some painting of the property, including the fascia and soffits, and the roof lanterns in the kitchen. A huge shout out to Pete who’s a whizz with a paint brush. As you can see we added a number of items to the original spec, that’s because Surrey Roofs really know what they’re doing, are excellent communicators, and are a great group of guys to have around. Szymek and Adam were an absolute pleasure, a special mention for Connor who went above and beyond regularly. Martin and Jack have built a fantastic family business, and we won’t hesitate to use them again.

Martin and Jack came around to quote for a new roof. We had a few of quotes from different companies but Martin and Jack stood head and shoulders above their competition. It was their personalities and professionalism that won the day for us. Compared to the others, they were extraordinarily confidence inspiring and didn’t talk the talk of excrement from a four legged farm animal. Our main contact was Martin, and he was very communicative about start dates and details we needed specifying in our job. Upon commencement of the work, Martin and Jack’s team were an absolute pleasure to have round. By the end of the job, I felt like we had highly skilled new friends, and their interactions with our neighbours ensured their work could be done to the highest standards without interference and concerns from people we have to live with. The work done was very much needed, and included spray foam removal. The foam hid some problems, which was anticipated, but the extent of them was unknown, hidden by the foam. The team handled problems upon discovery in a very transparent manner, providing photos and excellent explanations of the issue and plans to fix them. All this was done while honouring the price quoted, which was fair and slightly reduced to maintain competitiveness with the prior mentioned quotes received. Martin, and the team recently completely reroofed our entire house. This was necessary due to loft insulation foam putting a pause on our house sale. We were tight for time (seeking to keep our buyers interested) and so took the recommendation of using Surrey Roofs from a friend. The turnaround time and understanding Martin and team showed was fantastic and we were really pleased with the way the whole job was managed. The foam was bonded directly to the inside of the tiles so was not going to be possible to simply remove from the existing tiles. Video and photo updates that Martin was happy to share helped demonstrate this and exactly how well the job was progressing. Highly Recommend I had what appeared to be a very slow leak in my roof, courtesy of what I now know was a broken tile! In a nutshell, I sent an email to Kudos on a Sunday evening in early November and by 1100 the Monday morning the job was complete! Now, it's important to understand, depending on your request, this may not always be able to happen, however I want you to appreciate the 'can do' attitude and timely response to my email. At no time did I feel 'fobbed off'. Not knowing a lot about roofing myself, I had to trust what I was being told. For me, the 'test' was to ask for pictures of what was being explained to me and the work that was required and these were provided with no hesitation. I had regular contact with Andrew that morning and no work was completed without my permission. I understood exactly what was going on with my roof even though I was not present to see the work directly happen as I was at work myself. Andrew was very engaging and explained the problem to me clearly and in a language I understood! He has a lovely manner about him and I felt valued as a customer. OK, for some the job may not be perceived as a very big one, however, I would have no hesitation contacting the team again if I had further issues in addition to recommending Kudos roofing to anyone who was looking for recommendations in this area. I have experienced no further issues with my roof ...and I can assure you it has been put to the test with the recent rainfall! After watching the roof tiles slide down off my roof and smash to pieces late on a Friday and getting absolutely nowhere with the insurance company I phoned Kudos who came round on their way home to inspect the damage. Saturday morning they were back with new tiles and explained how they job would be done, also why it had happened. Returned Sunday morning and by lunchtime all repairs had been finished. Nothing was too much trouble, job expedited efficiently and best of all I felt confident in the personnel. Can thoroughly recommend this company. Quick efficient service at a reasonable price.

I cannot recommend Andy highly enough. He is very professional from start to finish and extremely knowledgeable about his line of work. He came round and gave a quote which I felt was very reasonable. He was extremely accommodating and didn’t want paying until the job was complete (he did the work over two days to fit in with us). Thomas Collins was absolutely top class. Speedy, high quality work, polite, personable, but even more importantly immensely proactive especially at letting me know where things had gotten to, progress, explaining stuff so my wife and I were never in the dark about work. There was an issue after with my hatch not shutting, which one of his men kindly tried to address even though not a carpenter. Alas not successful. We asked a few roofers to quote to redo a flat roof, some gable wall cementing and some flashing. I am pleased that we chose Carl and his team at Surrey Roofing Specialists. When Carl was assessing the problem, he suggested various alternatives rather than selecting the most expensive. He was very amenable and reactive and hence I decided to give the contract to him. Carl and team were extremely professional and just so easy to deal with - it makes such a difference when you trade with such teams. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Work was finished on time, to a high standard, clean and with very minimal disruption.
