We contacted Always Cleaned as my partner and I were moving into our first home together last year and we wanted some help getting it lovely and clean ahead of us moving in. Communication ahead of the clean was clear and friendly. The work itself was carried out professionally and to a very high standard, it was a weight off our mind to feel that this task was sorted out amid all the other stuff we had going on. I can't recommend them highly enough, they did a great job and we would definitely use them again in the future.

We used Always Cleaned for our end of tenancy clean. They came recommended by our Estate Agent and were reasonably priced. Booking with Maria via WhatsApp was easy and convenient. On the day the cleaning crew arrived promptly and I met with the team leader. When I returned I thought that maybe they had case some kind of spell. It was like the inside of the property was new. The team did an absolutely amazing job and I would consider them experts in their field. If they do regular house cleans I would consider using them on a weekly basis. Honestly, you cannot go wrong with this company.

Jack and Katherine had cleaned our patio and driveway this year and we were so pleased with their job we decided to have 4 carpets cleaned this week. Again we were so pleased with the job they did - the carpets are like new. They are a lovely couple and worked around some heavy furniture and moved some lighter furniture too. We would certainly recommend using them. We will definitely be using them again.

Dawn and the team have been an excellent support to us over the past few years. Our first cleaner from the agency joined us to help when I was pregnant, and the house has never looked better! A few recruitment challenges made it hard to find such a good replacement, we have two dogs and mainstream worked very hard to find us a cleaner who was happy to deal with them following her around whilst cleaning, and the mountains of dog hair! Really impressed with Andy, he came out at short notice after we were let down by another carpet cleaner. Managed to get black paint, dark blue paint and various splodges of white paint out from our neutral carpets…to be honest I didn’t have high hopes where the black paint was concerned and was fully expecting to have a carpet company out to quote for a new carpet 🥴 but Andy got the carpets looking good as new and we are chuffed. Would highly recommend, will definitely be utilising Andy’s services again.
