I was let down at the last minute by another company for a full end of tenancy clean. I called Profile and they came out straight away to see my job, quoted me fairly and were able to start the following morning. I was impressed by their professionalism, care and trustworthiness. Jack at Pondtech refurbished our pond in June 24. They fitted a new liner rebuilt the fountain support and fitted a new pump/filter remote system in an adjacent flowerbed. The flagstones all around the edges were also relaid and heron protection fitted. The existing fish and wildlife were all looked after and treated very well and I would happily recommend them for any pond projects large or small.

Pondtech completely refurbished our pond replacing the liner and reinstalling the surrounding timber decking and paving. Jack and Lee are very knowledgeable about pond ecology and were careful to preserve as much of the pondlife as possible while undertaking the extensive work. They made positive recommendations to improve the pond during the work and completed the work on time leaving the pond and surrounding area in a clean and tidy state. They are both professional and have been a pleasure to work with. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Pondtech cleared, cleaned, and replanted our very overgrown garden pond. A new pump/filter system was recommended and installed. Advice was given on planting up new baskets, which was carried out. We were very pleased with the result and standard of knowledgeable service. This work was carried out three years ago, we are still very pleased with the result. Lee comes back every October to tidy the pond and service the filtration unit. He is always available to answer questions and give advice. Would recommend to any keen gardener. Marge and Dave Catt.

Jack certainly had a lot to take on with our pond at our new house that had been left very unloved for a few years. It now looks beautifully clean and we can see our fish :-D Jack was really responsive and helpful with advise as to what options were available to us, great value and quick to get the work done in a few hours. He also left our garden tidy (probably tidier than how he found it!) highly recommend!

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience from Adam, we moved in to a house which was filthy and he cleaned the carpets and hard floors which looked like they were new again, years of dog grime and general skankiness gone in an afternoon. He has loads of great cleaning tips too. I would recommend Adam in a heartbeat and won’t hesitate to use him again.

Great communication. Arrived on time. Honest (paid less than was quoted as I had told him I had one kind of oven but he advised it was different and therefore cheaper - I would not have known any different!). The oven is sparkling clean. Clean work, no mess left behind. Would recommend.

Ramon made a superb job cleaning our bbq, oven and hob today. I was going to throw the bbq out but it looks brand new now! The oven and hob are amazing too. He is super at cleaning up and a very nice person. I would thoroughly recommend him.

Had my ovens and BBQ cleaned today. The ovens look like they did when they left the factory, and the BBQ is so much cleaner - because of burned on fat and smoke it’ll never get back to factory cleanliness. Very pleased with the results. They were here for almost 4 1/2 hours - 2 hrs on the ovens and the rest on the 4 burner gas BBQ. Superb attention to detail and highly recommended.

I found this firm after having a bad first experience hiring cleaners recently elsewhere. I have no choice in my current situation and had to hire out cleaners. Due to my negative experience elsewhere I was hesitant to believe if all google reviews are real on a lot of firms. However, I can safely say the positive reviews are reflecting my own experience today. Started with quick and clear communication with the office and a competitive price quoted. The two cleaners that turned up were friendly, helpful but most importantly did a great job deep cleaning my kitchen which was left dirty by previous tenant. We had a few very lovely cleaners, our current cleaner Hrizantema is going above and beyond, she’s very thorough and got so much done in 2 hours! Bathroom renovation Separate toilet and bath with a cupboard. Designed to one room. Dennie came and Quoted he was friendly and professional. Tom took the lead on the job. Tygon - Dennie and Tom from start to finish have delivered excellent customer service. My life has been very complicated as my mother passed away from the first meeting with Dennie, he understood my situation and gave the best and honest advice. As We all know it can be very difficult to have strangers in your house the team are always very helpful with a positive outlook on everything they work on. I’ve worked with many different people over the last few months and the wealth of experience and value I’ve received is 5 star all the way. Dylan is very polite and courteous and highly skilled. Darius has a expert eye on the work they carry out. Looking at everything in detail and ensuring nothing goes wrong. I honestly can’t find any fault.
