We've used BCC-WCC for a few years for window cleaning. They've also done one-off cleans of our skylight, gutters and oven. They always provide excellent service at good value, but I'm writing this review following the oven clean specifically. Steve cleaned our oven, grill, hob and cooker hood yesterday and has done an absolutely amazing job. All appliances look like they are brand new, I cannot believe how clean he has got them. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We have used BCC for our bins for a number of years and for that I highly rate them (good value, regular, informative). I was looking to have my oven cleaned professionally - 20 plus year old oven, I keep it in an OK state but I thought I'd give it a treat. Inquiring, prices and booking was easy, Steve informed me the night before of his arrival time and I'm absolutely blown away by the quality of his work. He was thorough, clean (covered the floor with a tap) and careful. For the environments sake, we need to use household items longer and with BCCs help, my oven will keep looking like new!

A great job every time. Our house is a challenging clean with multiple windows across three levels including hard to reach roof lights. The cleaners are very thorough and pay attention to detail, right down to hand wiping the front door down before they leave. Friendly, polite and eager to please. We had a team of people in to clean my grandmothers house. She has lived in the same house for 85 years. They did a brilliant job and were not at all daunted by the huge task they faced. We have used mainstream cleaning a couple of times recently. First of all I was incredibly impressed with Dawn, as a first impression of the company it was a great start. She was extremely professional and proactive, went out of her way to help get our jobs planned in at our convenience. She was kind, courteous and kept me informed at every step. The house was spotless each time. Frank and his team are very thorough indeed and also very polite and friendly. We had a small hiccup with the extent of the job the second time as a carpet clean was to be included but had been missed on the actual day due to an internal breakdown in communication but it was resolved quickly, everyone was extremely apologetic and the carpets were done just a couple of days later. Overall I am very happy with mainstream cleaning and the service they provided.

Dawn and the team have been an excellent support to us over the past few years. Our first cleaner from the agency joined us to help when I was pregnant, and the house has never looked better! A few recruitment challenges made it hard to find such a good replacement, we have two dogs and mainstream worked very hard to find us a cleaner who was happy to deal with them following her around whilst cleaning, and the mountains of dog hair! Paul cleaned our Bosch double oven today. Paul arrived promptly, was very polite, took his shoes off, worked really hard and the oven looks better than new. He cleaned up well afterwards. We are extremely pleased with the job Paul has done and would highly recommend him. We would not hesitate to use his services in the future.
