For an end of tenancy clean in Surrey, do not go anywhere else. My mother is a professional cleaner. I’d say I’m a decently good authority on the subject. Without doubt the best cleaning job (sorry, mum) I’ve ever seen. The house was left simply flawless. It’s just a shame my family and I had to move out, we can’t make the most of it! There was a tiny issue - where the sealant of our washer was accidentally left uncleaned - which was raised on the end of tenancy checkout report. The customer service to rectify it was incredible though! After querying with Maid for each other via a WhatsApp message, they went back the next day to clean the seal. All completely for free too. And to think I was considering doing the clean myself to save some cash. These guys were worth every penny!

Gabriel and his team are brilliant. I've tried other cleaning services in the past and no one has been as efficient, thorough and such good communicators. You always get a reminder when they're coming and they are very easy to get hold of should there be any scheduling changes or similar. They're also always very friendly and accommodating, which is a huge plus :D

My. Absolutely astounding. This is the Harrods of carpet cleaning. Such a pleasure to have these two most lovely gentlemen in my home yesterday. They went from skirting board to skirting board and everything upturned when I said just go round furniture. They went through whole house, upturning all furniture and just went beyond a thorough clean. First class. This is old school of doing thorough first class thorough job and even that would be an understatement. Absolutely excellent in all respects and really care about doing a first class job. You don’t find that these days. Carpets are like new and feel blessed my Husband found them. Been in my house three years. Always had to call previous cleaners back because once dried, the marks would still show. Not only were carpets dry well, almost immediately, the thoroughness is perfect. They arrive, totally self sufficient. No machines just big tubes using hot water I think. Barricaded myself in kitchen to keep out of the way as whole house was cleaned. Amazing. Well, I have no need to look elsewhere anymore because it does not get better than my experience yesterday afternoon with these two most lovely gentlemen. If you want the Harrods/Rolls Royce of superb standard, it does not get better than this company. To highly recommend their thorough workmanship and care would be an understatement. From booking in the clean, to when the team arrived they were so friendly, they brought all their own products (high end cleaning products) and were so thorough. They moved all my child's toys and play equipment and dusted EVERYTHING. Never had such a thorough "regular" clean. Needless to say we booked for them to come back each week. Would 100% recommend.
