For an end of tenancy clean in Surrey, do not go anywhere else. My mother is a professional cleaner. I’d say I’m a decently good authority on the subject. Without doubt the best cleaning job (sorry, mum) I’ve ever seen. The house was left simply flawless. It’s just a shame my family and I had to move out, we can’t make the most of it! There was a tiny issue - where the sealant of our washer was accidentally left uncleaned - which was raised on the end of tenancy checkout report. The customer service to rectify it was incredible though! After querying with Maid for each other via a WhatsApp message, they went back the next day to clean the seal. All completely for free too. And to think I was considering doing the clean myself to save some cash. These guys were worth every penny!

We used Always Cleaned for our end of tenancy clean. They came recommended by our Estate Agent and were reasonably priced. Booking with Maria via WhatsApp was easy and convenient. On the day the cleaning crew arrived promptly and I met with the team leader. When I returned I thought that maybe they had case some kind of spell. It was like the inside of the property was new. The team did an absolutely amazing job and I would consider them experts in their field. If they do regular house cleans I would consider using them on a weekly basis. Honestly, you cannot go wrong with this company.

Russ was fantastic. Extremely professional, thorough and has a great attention to detail. Needed a small hatchback cleaning after a post-party incident in the back of the car. The car had initially had a clean somewhere else, but the odours and some staining still remained. Worried the smell and remnants will never come out. Phoned up Russ, very confident he can fix the problem. He immediately outlined what he planned to do. Saying that he needed to remove the seats, steam and chemical clean all upholstered surfaces. When dropping off the car, Russ shone a UV light on the affected area after in the 'incident'. We could immediately see what remained after the previous clean. We left it with Russ for two days and on return he shone the backlight throughout the car. It was spotless! You wouldn't be able to tell anything had happened in the car. I even put my nose up to the area affected and I couldn't smell anything. (Stones and dirt in the footwells is from when driving the car back. We picked it up and it was spotless). I can't recommend him enough. Russ will get you out of a pickle! Thanks a lot.

Really impressed with Andy, he came out at short notice after we were let down by another carpet cleaner. Managed to get black paint, dark blue paint and various splodges of white paint out from our neutral carpets…to be honest I didn’t have high hopes where the black paint was concerned and was fully expecting to have a carpet company out to quote for a new carpet 🥴 but Andy got the carpets looking good as new and we are chuffed. Would highly recommend, will definitely be utilising Andy’s services again.
