KT10 is a local roofing company based in Chessington and run by Anthony (Ant) and Oliver (Oli). We contacted them in April 2023, with a view to providing a quote for the replacement of our roof, which was badly in need of an upgrade in readiness for the fitment of a solar panel system. From the initial meeting with Ant and Oli, we were filled with great confidence due to their demeanour and professionalism in the discussions relating to the replacement of our existing roof. Ant and Oli have 3 teams who carry out the roofing work, which is overseen daily by both of them. The work on our house to replace the main roof was completed in 4 and a half days by the team led by Jessie. The weather during this time was reasonable and the team worked tirelessly to complete the task. We then decided that we should also have our extension roof upgraded/retiled and 2 large Velux windows replaced, which was carried out by the team with great ease. Overall, I cannot recommend KT10 highly enough as their workmanship was superb. Their efficiency and aftercare service was second to none and the link between Ant/Oli and the team just highlighted the way a good team works together. Although the KT10 company is relatively new, the experience that Ant/Oli and the team provided left me feeling so delighted to have chosen them for the task. I doubt very much that you will find a more accommodating and nicer pair of guys providing such exceptional/excellent service, which is so refreshing these days. So HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Mike Toner

Used the guys for a second time after they cleared our roof of moss which had built up over 25 years a couple years ago. Great results and they also repaired a leak at the same time - very good value. This time they cleared front/back gutters and replaced worn gutter joints. I really cannot recommend Dean and the team highly enough. Dean originally came to give us a quote to install Velux windows in a bedroom and the kitchen. These were installed quickly and efficiently and the rooms were left clean and clear at the end of the day. Over and above the original work, Dean also sorted out a condensation issue in the kitchen and fixed a leaking flat roof! The workmanship was excellent, done to time and with a reasonable budget. Dean is clearly very knowledgeable in this area. He kept us informed all the way through about the issues and what he could do to help the situation and gave us options. Dean and the team worked tirelessly throughout. Overall, we are very pleased to have found a roofer we can really trust!

Great job by Dean and his guys to completely replace tiles, felt and flashing and some expert pointing. Quick, neat, tidy, great communication and the kind of re-assuring politeness and friendliness you want when people are in your house, especially as it is my elderly Mum’s house. The scaffolding company he employs were also top-notch: courteous and neat. Dean & Co. were appreciative of refreshments and we were particularly happy with the attention to detail, including cleaning up the site under the scaffolding every day, and at the end of the job, and cleaning velux windows inside and out once finished.

Having used Dean and his team at SRS Ltd before to install a sun tunnel on our first floor landing about 5 years ago, I had no hesitation in asking him to quote for a Velux window in the pitched roof over our ground floor kitchen. His price looked very fair and he and Alex installed it in 3 days in late January, with the plasterer Josh adding only another 5 hours. They were all very efficient and tidy (putting in a temporary floor covering and dust sheets and a temporary door sheet) and have done a high quality job. Dean was even happy to accommodate another trade, which I had doing some unrelated plumbing work one day in the middle of his installation. We're really pleased with the result and it's letting in loads of natural light and has made our kitchen look much more inviting. I'd recommend Dean and his Team to anyone - thank you. We had missing roof tiles allowing water to enter. I contacted Adrent with the expectation that they will not be able to attend in the short term. Instead, on hearing the scale of the problem, they were accommodating enough to shift their team’s priorities to allow works to commence within 48 hours. Their communication was on point. Called when on the way. Called when on site. Called when completed. They even sent photos. The quality of the work is top-notch and I would recommend Adrent to anyone who needs roofing works. I Had a very damaged bay window roof , I was stressing about the situation intensely as it was heavy leaking. I called up many companies and I felt like many of them where trying to over quote me and it didn’t fit within my budget. As soon as I called adrent roofing I felt very comfortable as they were professional , respectful and asked thorough questions about the issue at hand to really picture an idea of what’s going on. Many thanks to John and his team for fitting a new flat roof on my garage this week. The job was coordinated with the weather and the team stayed late on the first day to ensure the roof was watertight before they left for the evening. The team were on site for 3 days in total which included stripping off the old felt, laying new, fitting 2 new skylight domes and rendering a wall. John was very easy to communicate with and all went to plan. I would definitely recommend them if you want a quality job done.

I can highly recommend John and his team. They carried out some repairs to the mortar/cement on top of a chimney which had become damaged by storms, and also replaced mortar around the gable at the front of the house, as well as repairing various leaks to guttering. The team were professional and courteous, and cleaned up after the job, taking away all rubbish.

Having tried over the years to find a reliable Roofer I found these guys to be professional reliable and actually do what they say John who I dealt with was exact and no job was to big or small for them to complete In fact they also replaced roofs in our road very recently all in they do exactly what they say and reasonable prices as well Excellent

John and his team have recently done lots of work on my roof and have also waterproofed and repointed my garage. The "after" pic of the garage really doesn't do it justice as it looks like a completely new wall. I like the fact that I have guarantees on all of the work. John is very knowledgeable but there is no hard sell which is appreciated. Would definitely recommend.
