We had missing roof tiles allowing water to enter. I contacted Adrent with the expectation that they will not be able to attend in the short term. Instead, on hearing the scale of the problem, they were accommodating enough to shift their team’s priorities to allow works to commence within 48 hours. Their communication was on point. I Had a very damaged bay window roof , I was stressing about the situation intensely as it was heavy leaking. I called up many companies and I felt like many of them where trying to over quote me and it didn’t fit within my budget. Great care and attention were given to this project from start to finish. Replacing the non-standard skylights presented several challenges. Dean consistently opted for a higher quality, perfectionist approach rather than taking easier shortcuts. He and his team clearly have extensive experience with various roof constructions and are adept in both interior and exterior work. The result is a set of skylights that are securely fitted and look fantastic. The seamless integration with the original upstands is truly impressive.

Great job by Dean and his guys to completely replace tiles, felt and flashing and some expert pointing. Quick, neat, tidy, great communication and the kind of re-assuring politeness and friendliness you want when people are in your house, especially as it is my elderly Mum’s house. The scaffolding company he employs were also top-notch: courteous and neat. Dean & Co. were appreciative of refreshments and we were particularly happy with the attention to detail, including cleaning up the site under the scaffolding every day, and at the end of the job, and cleaning velux windows inside and out once finished.

I really cannot recommend Dean and the team highly enough. Dean originally came to give us a quote to install Velux windows in a bedroom and the kitchen. These were installed quickly and efficiently and the rooms were left clean and clear at the end of the day. Over and above the original work, Dean also sorted out a condensation issue in the kitchen and fixed a leaking flat roof! The workmanship was excellent, done to time and with a reasonable budget. Dean is clearly very knowledgeable in this area. He kept us informed all the way through about the issues and what he could do to help the situation and gave us options. Dean and the team worked tirelessly throughout. Overall, we are very pleased to have found a roofer we can really trust!

Used the guys for a second time after they cleared our roof of moss which had built up over 25 years a couple years ago. Great results and they also repaired a leak at the same time - very good value. This time they cleared front/back gutters and replaced worn gutter joints. Always very reasonably priced, reliable and any mess is cleared away. Would recommend and would use again.

So pleased I went with The Surrey Roofing Co. Everything was explained clearly and a quote provided the same day which was a fair price. Organising the scaffolding was with the minimum of fuss, and the job carried out exactly as required. The was an additional small piece of work to the ridge tiles and this was covered for a small cost. The property was left clean and tidy. Many thanks to John and his team for fitting a new flat roof on my garage this week. The job was coordinated with the weather and the team stayed late on the first day to ensure the roof was watertight before they left for the evening. The team were on site for 3 days in total which included stripping off the old felt, laying new, fitting 2 new skylight domes and rendering a wall. John was very easy to communicate with and all went to plan. I would definitely recommend them if you want a quality job done.

Having tried over the years to find a reliable Roofer I found these guys to be professional reliable and actually do what they say John who I dealt with was exact and no job was to big or small for them to complete In fact they also replaced roofs in our road very recently all in they do exactly what they say and reasonable prices as well Excellent

John and his team have recently done lots of work on my roof and have also waterproofed and repointed my garage. The "after" pic of the garage really doesn't do it justice as it looks like a completely new wall. I like the fact that I have guarantees on all of the work. John is very knowledgeable but there is no hard sell which is appreciated. Would definitely recommend.

I can highly recommend John and his team. They carried out some repairs to the mortar/cement on top of a chimney which had become damaged by storms, and also replaced mortar around the gable at the front of the house, as well as repairing various leaks to guttering. The team were professional and courteous, and cleaned up after the job, taking away all rubbish.
