Had some bird proofing fitted on my solar panels by Pest-Tech as we had a pigeon problem. They did an amazing job and really happy with the result. Good quality and looks great. Very professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend and would use them in the future for any work.

We had a major pigeon problem! About 10-12 pigeons had taken up residence on the roof and had nested under the solar panels. Kelly from Pest-Tech was great and sorted our problem. Not an easy job as a step roof and solar panels on two roof pitches. Kelly cleaned out all the nests and cleared away all the pigeon excrement! Now that the panels have strong mesh all around them, the pigeons have found somewhere else to live. We can now sleep at 5am and the gutters are not overflowing from pigeon poop! Thanks Kelly. I would highly recommend.

Mark fitted Pigeon guards to my flat roof house , replacing pigeon guards that had been poorly fitted by someone else only 6 months earlier. He arrived promptly on time, and provided a professional and friendly service. The work was completed very quickly and to a high standard. The pigeon guards even after a recent strong storm are in tact. Excellent workmanship and service.

I spoke to Gerry (The Wasp Man) from Total Pest Control about the wasp nest in our conservatory and he was there within the hour to deal with it. He was extremely professional, explained all about the procedure before doing a thorough examination to see the extent of the infestation. He then carried out the work efficiently and I’m happy to say the wasps are gone! Gerry was friendly, cheerful and knowledgeable I’m very happy to recommend him 😊

One evening, I noticed a few wasps inside my bathroom but wasn’t sure where they were coming from. I contacted Gerry late at night, and by 8am the next morning, he had already been in touch and arranged to visit the same day. Gerry quickly identified the location of the nest, which was on my roof, and treated it effectively. A week later, I thought I could still see a few wasps around the garden near the roof. No one else in my household could spot them, but because I was so concerned, Gerry kindly came back the same day to repeat spraying. Fantastic service-thank you for your help!

Great job by a professional. I called Gerry and he asked for video to help see where the wasps were going in and out of the nest hidden in a tree stump in the garden. He was in the area and made it to mine within an hour . He treated the nest and the wasps were cleared within another hour!

It was clear that he was not just trying to sell me something, he genuinely wanted to help with the stressful situation. Lewe very kindly offered advice of things to try and later offered to complete a survey to ascertain what the issue was. Found the guy that come round a real delight to deal with . I don't live in Ashford but I was at my mums house when said problem happened . So called these people , he came round done his magic . I highly recommend Lucks Pest Control, very responsive to my first enquiry and was out within 24hours, treated our property for rodents within 2/3weeks of treating the issue. Didn’t charge for coming out to investigate the issue then made recommendations and gave us options to treat the issue. Very happy with the service provided. Hopefully, I won’t have to use Lucks again but if I do, he’s on speed dial now!

This is definitely your first choice for help and assistance when dealing with pests and vermin. We had a rat who decided to roam the house and cause a huge amount of anxiety. This company responded immediately and were on standby if any event occurred. Problem was solved within days and then monitored to ensure it was a one off incident. Thank you so much for your help. Effective Pest Solutions and in particular Kush, have been sensational. There knowledge and attention to detail is second to none, and have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. They sorted out a mice problem with ease and also identified a rat problem within the sewer system which was causing a different smell which Kush has been brilliant at sorting, considering it is a very complex issue involving sewers and drainage between two semi-detached properties. Let me start by saying I couldn’t recommend Bounty more highly! I’ve met various of the technicians and had a lot of contact with head office, and the whole team is quite evidently experienced (decades!) and knowledgeable. They are trustworthy and efficient, and friendly on top! Andy has been our main contact and is a superb technician. His numerous follow up visits, each with lots of informative chat (and patience as I fire question after question!) has made it feel he’s like a friend of the family! The team has a fantastic reputation and we now too trust the guys implicitly.

Called in Nate of GEM Services as it appears we had rodent issues in our loft. Nate came out very quick and took a look and quoted us a price. I cannot recommend GEM Services enough as he attend our address many times to ensure that we finally got rid of the rats + mice and did not charge us a penny more. Lovely bloke and excellent service. Hope I don't have to use him again but have his number saved. Highly recommend.
