Steve was punctual polite and helpful : came and sorted a lock situation out - it turned out to be the door hinges - he was very generous and charged nothing for the visit - highly recommend- will use agin and refer if needed in future .

Was in a bit of a bind with my patio doors, called in the morning and left a message and had a call back within an hour and they had a top notch tech Regan at my house by late afternoon and worked into the evening to repair my patio doors. I was provided a brilliant service by this company. I managed to lock myself out of my flat as I’d (stupidly) left my keys indoors. Knox Locks were at my place and sorted the problem out within 45 minutes of my initial call to them. Which I thought was superb. Regan was very professional, incredibly quick to sort the problem out, and I was over the moon to get access again so sharply. I can highly recommend this service - it was great and saved the day!

Dan was fantastic from start to finish. He was very responsive and communicative throughout. He assessed security across the property and suggested solutions with full explanations. When solutions were not straight forward he was thoughtful in his choice of options. He has got a great work ethic and does everything to a high standard. Darren was great, he really helped us out getting back inside our front door. It wasn’t an emergency as we were going out but got us back in our house the same day. He changed the locks but identified quickly our previous lock was making us vulnerable as they were not completely safe. He was incredibly reasonable for what he charged and took his time to make sure our door did not stick any longer either. He went above and beyond and was a lovely chap to deal with. Found About-turn locks on google after having issues with my patio uPVC door lock. Called John, he then FaceTimed to get eyes on the issue and was at my house with in 15minutes. Clearly an experienced tradesman and was super efficient. Fixed, tweaked and fine tuned my patio doors. Clean, tidy and well priced. Highly rate and would recommend.

We contacted John about problems with our malfunctioning front door lock in June just before we went away on holiday. He responded very promptly to fix the problem. He saw that the door was not opening and shutting properly, he adjusted the hinges and tightened the screws to ensure that the door opened and closed freely. He further advised that we install handles. He sent us links to several suppliers of door handles to choose from and came back to install them free of charge.
