Darren was extremely helpful to replace our front door mechanism & locks aswell as a new back door handle. Always very punctual & polite and was very responsive on all communication, would thoroughly recommend!

Fantastic service! Darren really went out of his way to help us. Our back door mechanism broke and we found that because it was put together during Covid the parts couldn’t be got hold of anymore. Long story short, after speaking with multiple different sources, Darren managed to get us a like for like replacement and brought it straight over and got it done! Even though this was a frustrating experience for everyone, he remained kind and helpful throughout and didn’t charge us any extra even though he had to come out three times - would recommend!

Brilliant from start to finish. Door Handle and mechanism went just before we were about to go on holiday. Darren answered our late evening call and was able to get out to us the next day. Turned up at time agreed and sorted the issue at the agreed price. Labour & parts warranty provided along with advice on keeping the mechanism in good shape for years to come. Visited the Boorer Lock & Safe Co. in the Folly Market. Explained the problem with our front door lock. Locksmith arrived on the dot next day as arranged. After stripping the unit down & discovering the fault Dan promised to find a replacement unit ASAP. This he did and returned to fit. Much to our amazement Dan treated his first visit as a survey & didn’t charge. After fitting new unit Dan carried out extensive checks. The total cost including parts was extremely reasonable. We are very pleased with the end result and the first class service. Highly recommended.

Had needed to renew our conservatory lock and handles for ages. Phoned Dan who came out the same day and measured up and took the lock details. Replaced and fitted them within 48 hrs all done. Great job, no hassle and fair price. Thoroughly recommend this company.

Dan managed to open an old blocked lock, which was original with the house, unusual and I would have regretted to have to replace it. He was very patient, took his time and managed to salvage the lock, took it to his workshop to make the adjustments and came back to refit it in perfect working condition. I can not recommend him highly enough! Totally professional and perfectionist at a very fair price.

James did a great job changing out a faulty ignition switch and also reprogrammed the gateway control module on my VW Golf MK 6, unlike my local VW dealer (Camberley) who showed very little interest in resolving the issue.

Contacted Rockhopper via their website contact form around 5:30pm and explained that my UPVc front door wouldn't open and the locking mechanism was jammed. Within minutes i had a response from Dave saying he could pop by the following day and would call me prior to visiting. True to his word Dave and his apprentice Leo arrived and had the door open in no time at all. Dave ordered a replacement locking mechanism and explained it would be delivered next day and he would return to fit it then, which he did, again with great communication on his ETA. All in all i cant praise Dave and his team enough on the thorough professionalism, friendliness and transparency on the work they conducted. At no point did I feel like they were doing anything that wasn't in the best interest of me and my home. I would 100% recommend their services to anyone in need of a Locksmith. Great service, was around in under 30 mins when we were locked outside. Very friendly, explained how our lock works and payment was very professional with card machine and email receipt. Price wise it was much the same as anywhere else I asked, maybe a few quid more expensive than a couple others I tried but for the service received I think worth it.

Excellent service - John arrived as arranged and the duplicate car key was provided in about half an hour. Reasonable price as well. John was very polite and helpful in explaining about the immobiliser function light on the dash. Highly recommended if you need a second vehicle key.

The team came out to me after midnight when I unexpectedly could not turn the lock and therefore secure my back patio doors. After an hour of trying different things, I called Rockhopper. I’ve never had to call out a Locksmith before and so I went onto google and found the closest ones to me. It’s worth saying that I called 8 other, supposed 24/7 emergency locksmith’s and none answered. Rockhopper were 9th on my list and thankfully answered! The chap was fast, friendly and customer centric and sorted my door within 10 mins so we could all go to bed and sleep easy! Thank you!

I called Dave when I encountered a problem with my front door lock. I had attempted to fix the problem myself but wasn’t sure that I had been successful. Dave answered my call very promptly, his aim to get to me as soon as possible. He kept in touch as to timings…. I found him to be a very likeable, polite and courteous man.
