I had a key bolt that wouldn’t unlock and key was stuck inside lock. I rang Lucian to arrange a time for him to come around and fix it, he was on time and drilled out the broken lock. Had a replacement in his van and fitted it, in no time! Great service! Would definitely use again 👍

My partner and I bought our first property and hired Lucian to replace the locks. Mark was fortunately nearby (I contacted Murray through WhatsApp not expecting such a speedy emergency response), entry gained without damage and lock replaced in half an hour - 45 mins from first getting in contact (especially appreciated as I’d been let down by, and had given up on, an insurance-arranged repair from another firm). Great service, was around in under 30 mins when we were locked outside. Very friendly, explained how our lock works and payment was very professional with card machine and email receipt. Price wise it was much the same as anywhere else I asked, maybe a few quid more expensive than a couple others I tried but for the service received I think worth it.

Contacted Rockhopper via their website contact form around 5:30pm and explained that my UPVc front door wouldn't open and the locking mechanism was jammed. Within minutes i had a response from Dave saying he could pop by the following day and would call me prior to visiting. True to his word Dave and his apprentice Leo arrived and had the door open in no time at all. Dave ordered a replacement locking mechanism and explained it would be delivered next day and he would return to fit it then, which he did, again with great communication on his ETA.
