I needed to locks changed on a property in Epsom urgently. So I called John at about- turn locks in Epsom. One lock I had a key for & the other lock I didn’t have a key. John turned up the same day & on time. He carried out changing the two locks to make the property secure. John was very clear clear on the cost & charged me what he had agreed before hand. Did a class job & quickly. He was first class & trustworthy. He put my mind at rest & his charges are very reasonable. Thank you John for a excellent job & service

Brilliant service provided by this company. Our front door handle completely broke leaving our property unsecured. Called this company due to the great reviews and John fitted us in at such short notice. Recently moved into new house, and had booked Chris to come and swap out the locks. Chris was in touch before hand on email so we could plan and schedule work to do. He arrived promptly and immediately got on with things. Not only did Chris change the locks but re-aligned several doors, and advised us on general door/lock related issues. Chris was really good local Tradesman. Booking him to come back and sort out some window latches. Fantastic service. Price was as agreed, no surprises.

These guys were very professional in their approach and did work to my satisfaction. First they came for an inspection and gave a very reasonable quote. Then a few days later they came with the parts which they had ordered and completed the job. Totally recommended.

Great experience. We needed a call-out at 10pm and they arrived within 20 minutes to help us. Our lock was broken and we could not open the door - they tried a number of non-destructive methods to avoid damage to the door instead of reverting immediately to a destructive option. They quickly solved the problem within 15 minutes and highlighted that the latch was indeed faulty. I cannot praise them highly enough. £150 for the call-out.

Steve was great! Came to assist me with getting back into my property after locking the keys inside!!! He arrived within the time frame quoted (15 minutes!) and got me in within 5 minutes! It was such a relief and reasonably priced for a call out! 10/10.
