Great experience. We needed a call-out at 10pm and they arrived within 20 minutes to help us. Our lock was broken and we could not open the door - they tried a number of non-destructive methods to avoid damage to the door instead of reverting immediately to a destructive option. They quickly solved the problem within 15 minutes and highlighted that the latch was indeed faulty. I cannot praise them highly enough. £150 for the call-out.

Fantastic service ! I called in the morning and a little later that day I had two perfect keys (I’d broken the only key I had !). I didn’t even have to drive anywhere as Justin came to my work address. A main VW dealer told me I’d have to wait 7-10 days for keys to arrive and then book in to have them programmed. I had an issue with my front door and the handle becoming jammed. Justin came out quickly, diagnosed the issue. We needed a new gearbox and latches. He didn’t have them in stock and ordered them in for the next day. Due to not having it in stock he got our door up to a standard it could be used while we waited for the parts. We called Locktech after being locked out late at night. Jason quoted a price on the phone and arrived within 20 minutes. He managed to carry out a non-destructive entry on two front doors which was much appreciated. He stayed an extra 30 minutes trying to improve the safety of the door and gave advice, without increasing the quoted price. Very professional, honest and quick. We would recommend immediately.
