Found About-turn locks on google after having issues with my patio uPVC door lock. Called John, he then FaceTimed to get eyes on the issue and was at my house with in 15minutes. Clearly an experienced tradesman and was super efficient. Fixed, tweaked and fine tuned my patio doors. Clean, tidy and well priced. Highly rate and would recommend.

I needed to locks changed on a property in Epsom urgently. So I called John at about- turn locks in Epsom. One lock I had a key for & the other lock I didn’t have a key. John turned up the same day & on time. He carried out changing the two locks to make the property secure. John was very clear clear on the cost & charged me what he had agreed before hand. Brilliant service provided by this company. Our front door handle completely broke leaving our property unsecured. Called this company due to the great reviews and John fitted us in at such short notice. Had the exact replacement handle on his van and completed the job really quickly and efficiently at the costs he had advised up front Would highly recommend !

We contacted John about problems with our malfunctioning front door lock in June just before we went away on holiday. He responded very promptly to fix the problem. He saw that the door was not opening and shutting properly, he adjusted the hinges and tightened the screws to ensure that the door opened and closed freely. He further advised that we install handles. He sent us links to several suppliers of door handles to choose from and came back to install them free of charge. Was in a bit of a bind with my patio doors, called in the morning and left a message and had a call back within an hour and they had a top notch tech Regan at my house by late afternoon and worked into the evening to repair my patio doors. I was provided a brilliant service by this company. I managed to lock myself out of my flat as I’d (stupidly) left my keys indoors. Knox Locks were at my place and sorted the problem out within 45 minutes of my initial call to them. Which I thought was superb. Regan was very professional, incredibly quick to sort the problem out, and I was over the moon to get access again so sharply. I can highly recommend this service - it was great and saved the day!

Called in RLM Locksmiths to help us with a stuck garage door. The pre-visit service was very professional and Dan (from RLM) was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He got the door open very quickly and cleaned the lock mechanism. Great service. I’d definitely recommend RLM.

My sister had an emergency with a patio door and these guys came out promptly and were very professional. They managed to fix the existing lock and the door now works better than it ever did before. This type of work is generally very expensive but I found them to be very reasonable and honest.

I can absolutely see why there's the 5 star rating. We had a door which suddenly stopped locking (to be fair it had been stiff for some time). They were thorough covering multiple steps to resolve problems and absolutely went above and beyond. Issue resolved and the door feels way better than when it was installed. Very highly recommended.

Key wouldn’t go into the front door lock rendering us locked out. Called LochTech up (after hoisting my partner over the back gate to get us in 😂) very late the night before Good Friday after phoning various other locksmith companies to no avail, and Jason said he’d be over within half an hour. As promised arrived and replaced the lock barrel super quickly with no fuss. Lovely, friendly guy who the dogs also loved (always a good sign), would absolutely recommend!

My front door lock was failing to allow me entry to my property. I contacted Locksmith London and Jason arrived within 15minutes! Minutes after Jason’s arrival we gained access! :) Very accommodating, attentive, friendly and extremely reasonably priced, would highly recommend!
