Dave is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable! He regularly services our boiler and understands quickly why something stops working properly. We have an old, extremely complicated and challenging Boilermate with a fault causing central heating to stop. Dipesh diagnosed the issue in no time and replaced the parts. Through out the process, he was polite and explained each steps. Now I have more understanding of the appliance and how it works. Thank you Dipesh! You are a true gem and a gentleman. I used Plumber Dipesh to change my cylinder due to rusty hot water. Since the job completed, I've had no more issues with hot water. Excellent service and would highly recommend to anyone struggling with mysterious signs of damp/ leaks. Jamie was so knowledgeable, helpful and professional, and diagnosed the issue when numerous other plumbers, surveyors and builders have failed. Such a relief to finally get to the bottom of this mysterious damp patch and to be able to fix it. Jamie was also really good at explaining how the internal and external plumbing works in my house and as a result I feel much more knowledgeable about how my own home works!

Very detailed and thorough inspection, our inspector was very experienced and knew where to look. He found 2 leaks which we thought were a rising damp issue but turned out not to be! We were close to getting expensive damp treatments but thought we'd check if we had a leak to be sure, very glad we went with this company

Dealing with THE LEAK DETECTION COMPANY LTD was totally hassle-free, especially in the middle of a water leak crisis damaging our home. One is left with the impression of a very well run family business, with a slick business process supported by an efficient admin back office team (shout out to Claire and Samantha). The three staff members I had dealings with (Claire, Sam & Jamie) left a very positive impression and represented the company really well. Once I’d agreed to engage their services, they emailed the scope of the work and a clear breakdown of costs. There was no pressure selling and didn’t even have to make a pre-payment. On appointment day, their engineer Jamie was waiting outside my door first thing in the morning. Using specialist equipment, Jamie worked meticulously to locate and repair the leak, doing his very best to not do too much damage. He was simply brilliant, friendly and courteous, yet extremely competent. Big shout out to Jamie K (top bloke). By the end of that working day, I’d been emailed an invoice, payment receipt and a detailed professional report for insurance claim purposes. While they aren’t cheap (that field of work isn’t), they are excellent value for money, espcially in the middle of a crisis and will provide a super professional report for insurance claim purposes. I will not hesistate to use this company again if (heaven forbid) I ever suffer the misfortune of another water leak. I recommend this company wholeheartedly and with no reservations at all.

I needed an emergency plumber at a rented property recently on a Saturday night about 8pm. There was a leak from the main stopcock in the house. I googled emergency plumber near me, Merrow and to my rescue came Harry from Surrey Plumbing Ltd. He said he would be with me within 10 minutes and he was. Harry fixed the problem within 30 minutes, he was polite, professional just excellent. I would not hesitate in recommending Harry. When I read the reviews of this guy I thought he sounds amazing and he is from my own personal experience.

After breaking a valve on a radiator resulting in a steady stream of water, we needed someone fast! Harry at Surrey Plumbing Ltd saved the day with an emergency call out. Fantastic Service, if I could give 6 stars I would. Used Surrey Plumbing Ltd for an emergency call out at 8pm when I had a sudden major water leak through my ceiling. Harry was here in minutes and diagnosed the issue literally in about 2 minutes. He knew exactly what caused the leak (my power shower), got it isolated quickly, explained what caused it and what needed to be done. The team returned the next day to fit a brand new power shower. We had an issue with our heating I left an email through Simon’s website He called me back the following day and after I explained the fault Simon said he could come and have a look at what we thought was an air lock Simon messaged me to say he was on his way this afternoon at 3.30 Saturday 11/1/25 On arrival he discovered the motorised valve had failed he promptly left to collect a new one and replaced it The air lock was still there unfortunately but Simon would not be beaten with dogged persistence he eventually had us all up and running after 4 hours and finished at 7.30 with still another job to do many others would have given up I can’t recommend Simon enough and would not hesitate to call on him again Five star service and on a Saturday Well done Simon great job Thank you

Our kitchen tap had completely ceased. I rang early in the morning and Ross was great said to let him know when we had the tap and he would come straight away, He confirmed the brand I was thinking of buying was a reliable one. When I received it that evening, I let him know, and he promised to arrive between 4 and 5 the next day. He arrived at 4 with a colleague and was finished within the hour. His charge was reasonable! The water pressure in my shower was very low. I had three plumbers on separate occasions to look at the problem who couldn’t ascertain what the problem was. It didn’t take Ross and Kieron many minutes to find the issue and sort it. Very professional, transparent and they know what they’re doing. Highly recommend.

Ross and Kieran have been servicing my gas boiler and doing small plumbing jobs for a few years and have always been prompt, tidy and professional. This year they replaced some radiators with which I was very happy, so when I wanted my bathroom replaced they were my first choice. The work was done whilst I was on holiday and Ross kept me updated so I was confident through out that the result would be exactly what I wanted and that my home security was in good hands too. I was thrilled with the results. Ross gave me good advice on different options and project managed it brilliantly. He and Kieran went the extra mile to finish on time / cleanly and with a really excellent spec on all aspects of the installation. I would highly recommend this company.

Lee is great. He has fitted a completely new bathroom in our home. He guided us through the process answering all questions and recommending other great local trades people. The bathroom now looks brilliant. When we moved into our home he helped with lots of small repairs (leaking taps, radiators not working properly, installing new units etc) and was incredibly helpful and responsive.
