We have just had our back-boiler serviced by Simon, and he managed to resurrect it from the grave! He did an excellent job 👍, and we will be using him for a new boiler replacement in the spring. I would thoroughly recommend him.

Simon is a highly professional Plumber , We have been using his services for many years , He is extremely trustworthy, Always arrives as arranged which is quite unusual for a Plumber , He has helped us out of a few emergency situations. We had an issue with our heating I left an email through Simon’s website He called me back the following day and after I explained the fault Simon said he could come and have a look at what we thought was an air lock Simon messaged me to say he was on his way this afternoon at 3.30 Saturday 11/1/25 On arrival he discovered the motorised valve had failed he promptly left to collect a new one and replaced it The air lock was still there unfortunately but Simon would not be beaten with dogged persistence he eventually had us all up and running after 4 hours and finished at 7.30 with still another job to do many others would have given up I can’t recommend Simon enough and would not hesitate to call on him again Five star service and on a Saturday Well done Simon great job Thank you

Honestly, he was amazing and came out within half an hour of me calling him after 8pm sorted out the problem and also was very good with my Airbnb clients who had the problem with the boiler. Very good communication :)

I would highly recommend Dennis. Super service from start to finish. Dennis identified and resolved our ongoing underfloor heating issues within 30minutes. There was no call out charge or other silly fees. He charged us for 30 minutes labour despite being at the property for over an hour. Will be using for our regular services going forward. Brilliant!

Fantastic, professional and very helpful company. Used them twice now. Bought a new house and water wouldn't work. They arrived quickly and resolved the problem immediately with no charge. Have just had an absolutely superb experience from Robbie and his team at Shoosmith. I had a big problem with an upstairs toilet and after a call with Robbie he was able to send over one of his engineers Andy within just a few hours to take a look at the issue and after a couple of hours was able to rectify the leak and repair it. Andy was polite and above all extremely detailed with his work. Would absolutely recommend 100%.

Rang to ask for help stopping leak from shower pump which was dripping into the living room. Got a callback immediately, and a visit within minutes as the plumber was working nearby. He couldn't have been more helpful and diagnosed the problem and resolved the immediate cause there and then. Wouldn't hesitate to ring again.

We were in need of an emergency plumber after our boiler stopped working. I found Flowright Plumbers, and called them up. They came to my house within the hour, assessed the damage and how much it was going to cost. The fix was done within 2 hrs and was well priced and quality of the repair was excellent.

New Heat Solutions have provided an annual service for our air source heat pump for a number of years. We have found them to be knowledgeable, efficient and really easy to deal with.

Neil and Jordan worked nonstop during a freezing cold day to fit our new boiler, new pump and undertake a power flush. All working well and looks great (well, as great as a new boiler can look!). Very neat job and all left tidy.

From first point of contact, Oliver was very helpful and informative and kept me up to date with everything. Oliver quickly organised his engineer to come out to us. We have had our boiler replaced and moved into the loft and out the way, as recommended by Ollie because in future we plan to remodel the kitchen and didn’t want the boiler in the way. From the initial enquiry to completion of works Ollie and his team have been so professional, transparent and informative. As inconvenient as it is having renovations at home, this team were absolutely fantastic - clean, on time, and efficient, hardly made any noise. I only found out after the job was completed that Ollie ran into some unexpected troubles with our old pipes being in bad shape but he fixed all issues without even bothering us once. The price given was very fair given the quality of work, and I would certainly recommend this company in future with confidence.

My central heating system was very old and inefficient and when one of the radiators sprung a leak I contacted Wing's Property Service. I am so glad that I did - they came along and changed all of my radiators with the minimum disturbance and then took the time to power flush and service the system and leave me with a super efficient set up which will serve me well into the future. I could not recommend them enough - the owner Ollie is very enthusiastic and fully committed to customer service and his staff are knowledgeable and skilled. Undoubtedly Wing's Property Services is now my go to plumber!
