This was our first time using Glow, and I am very happy with Don's work. He installed a new boiler, adding new pipes and making them so much neater than they used to be before. I needed urgent installation and they made the effort to fit us in as quickly as possible. He was very polite and friendly, thorough, hard-working and left the place tidy and clean at the end of each day. I fully recommend them to anyone who needs central heating work.

Start to finish really impressed with the service. Andrew very quick to communication and arranging appointments. On the day, the specialist was well informed kind mannered and a professional through and through turned out we needed. Something else seem to as it was a safety concern and he managed to do it on the spot would highly recommend without a doubt 👍🏻

I highly recommend Nelson. He has done emergency plumbing for me twice, once on a Sunday evening and once on a Saturday at 10pm. Both times he was with me very soon and left me with a functioning home. Nelson managed to get the heating cycle into the loft without any issues. His work is very neat and tidy . At the end he talked me through what he had done and how everything worked. Tom was excellent. A very clear communicator and stuck to the price agreed. He worked efficiently installing our bathroom, new heating system, water softener and 10 radiators in a matter of weeks. We were really impressed and would high recommend his services!

Tomas stripped out our old bathroom and replaced it with a completely new suite including flooring, ceiling, tiling and plastering . Me and my family live throughout SW London and have been using Tom for years as our plumber. From small jobs like sorting taps to bigger ones like full boiler replacements, Tom has always provided good quality, reliable service. Transgas removed a back boiler and installed a new gas boiler for me last year. They were the only company that wanted to tackle the task which was a relief as as soon as John came over to make a quote I felt in safe hands. The installation team were super friendly and I appreciated the text updates as to when they would be arriving. The boiler was serviced today. Again, another very friendly engineer! Gary was quick, helpful and great company for my cat! Would certainly reccomend Transgas!

Excellent, got a new boiler at a new site and the guys and the end product were all great. New boiler purrs quietly away like a contented cat. Price was also very reasonable indeed, about 40% less than the one other quote I got. Would of course re-hire.

Our good old boiler finally broke down earlier this month. Andi came on the same day, listened to our thoughts about new boiler and helped us to make an informed decision. He and his colleague completed the removal of old boiler and installation of the new one in one day and even helped us to fix one other unrelated thing on the same day. Sorted out the warranty, installed new carbon dioxide alarm that we bought separately from B&Q (old one expired). Good service, friendly, polite, flexible to listen, discuss options and suggest solutions, well organised and cleaned up upon completion of the job. Costwise, not cheap but definitely reasonable by London standards (based on Which? and other information googled). We paid upfront for the boiler and then for installation upon completion. Bottomline: happy with the service and happy to recommend.

Westflow recently replaced our old boiler with a Worcester 8000 combi. They also fitted an additional radiator – an awkward place to fit it in! We found their quote very competitive and informative. Barnaby and Jow were punctual, professional and extremely courteous. They laid sheet covers wherever they worked and once they had finished, they swept and hovered the area. The old boiler and the rubbish was taken away by them. We have asked them to carry out future annual services. There was a very small issue with the new radiator, which, they sorted out within couple of hours after making them aware of it. We will very highly recommend Westflow to our friends and family. It was very refreshing to get this kind of excellent service these days!

Barnaby replaced a faulty valve in my hot water cylinder system and rerouted an expansion vessel which had been connected incorrectly. He patiently answered all my questions, listened to my concerns and chose to implement a proper solution rather than the easiest one. The problem has been fixed neatly and I've learned things about my hot water cylinder. Really great work and service! I highly recommend Barnaby and Westflow.

Professional, organised and hardworking company. We were very happy with Westflow’s Plumbing Service. The turnaround from viewing the flat to getting the work done was very quick. Communication was very easy and fast. After initially having other plumbers tell us we couldn’t change our water heating system and hot water taps to mains water pressure in our electricity only flat, this company were able to find a way and get it done quickly. I received a flyer through my door about the services of the Local Super Plumber and I am so glad that I did! Last week my bathroom tap broke and I needed it replaced; however, I couldn't find a suitable company that would do this small job at a reasonable cost and be available asap. I emailed with the job specs and Maj replied within minutes to say that of course he could help and could help very soon and at a very decent price. The job turned out to be more difficult than expected (the bathroom was not designed well), but Maj persisted and made a plan as to how to fit my new tap. I'd highly recommend Local Super Plumber and will certainly be using the service again for small plumbing jobs.
