We had a big wasp's nest in our cavity wall, with wasps coming into the house and our puppy in danger of eating them. We called Steve at 8:30pm on a Thursday evening and he was around at 8am on Friday morning. He identified the nest, identified how they were getting into the house, and looked to see if there were any other nests on our property. He then dealt with the nest quickly and efficiently and offered to come back the next day if there were any issues. Fantastic service, extremely helpful and great price! Thank you!

Steve very kindly came round the next day to look at a bee nest I had. Steve advised that they should best be left as they were bumble bees and would die off in late summer so no need to kill them. I appreciated the advice and he insisted on no charge. Would recommend without hesitation.

Tom visited the day after our call to him. He was extremely efficient and professional and resolved the pest problem in our garden within a couple of visits. He offered plenty of ongoing advice and we would thoroughly recommend him.

Ryan has been so helpful, polite & efficient. We had a mice issue in our attic and some wasps nests. Cannot recommend enough! After seeing rodent dropping in the attic I called Kevin over for a visit. He was able to come the same day, and gave me full details of any rodent activity in the attic. (Dead wood lice, an old wasps nest and very old rat droppings!) Fantastic news, we didn’t need any rodent treatment, but were able to be at ease. He didn’t take the opportunity to add any unnecessary work and very reasonably priced for the knowledge and work. He also took the opportunity to a quick check in the kitchen for me. 10/10

Gregg from Pest Tec, has helped me get rid of an age old mouse problem which I had been self fighting for well over 3 years. Trouble is with this critters is that they only come into the house in the winter, so its been trial n error over a short space of time with Gregg. He located the source and dealt with it extremely professionally. What stood out the most is that on each care visit, Gregg was on the ball, remembered where we had left off and was was quickly able to resolve the issue. I would have no problems recommending Gregg and Pest Tec to anyone who has a pest related issue. Top job all round

Greg is great and very friendly, i had Mice infestation in garage. He listened all my concern over phone and understood the situation. Greg put baits in his first visit and advised me that mice entering from under the garage door. Today he did 2nd visit and fixed the garage door spacing. Also all baits were empty, means Mice ate all poison (its was 4 baits). He assured me garage is free from Mice now as there was no foul smell. I would recommend Greg for pest control.

I cannot fault the exceptional service I have received from Greg at Pest Tec. He came round very promptly to deal with my rat problem, and knew exactly where the issue was coming from and what to do straight away. He also followed up with a second visit to ensure the problem had been solved. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and personable. Greg was wonderful, he came out late at night on two occasions to deal with a couple of mice for us. He then returned two weeks later to seal up any holes we could see, and we haven't had any problems since! March 2021: For some considerable time I have had problems caused by pigeons roosting on the roof and nesting under the solar panels. As time passed this became a greater problem and I decided it was time to get help. I researched the help available, spoke to several people and organisations, then I spoke to Cleankill Pest Control, who sent their local surveyor, Samantha Virgo, to advise me on the options. What a breath of fresh air! Samantha is professional, knowledgeable, straight-speaking, helpful and honest, with excellent customer service skills. The options and methods to be used were fully explained to me in an open and straightforward manner, with all my questions fully answered. Samantha promised to be in contact within a few days with all the details, which is exactly what happened! We discussed the details and I raised a few questions, which have been answered, and I have received a detailed quotation for the work. I am delighted with the quote, which represents excellent value. I look forward to the work being carried out in the near future, confident that it will be of the same high standard that Samantha has demonstrated in all her dealings with me. Thank you so much, Samantha, it is greatly appreciated. May 2021: As promised, the work to pigeon proof my solar panels was carried out on 6th April, by Russ. What a nice chap he is, quiet and confident, he is obviously very experienced in bird proofing, especially solar panels and, as I found out as time passed, all other aspects of bird control in many scenarios. Russ meticulously observed Covid19 regulations at all times. This was pleasing as I had been shielding due to COPD. First Russ checked the site, then removed all debris from under the panels. Next came the cleaning and sanitising phase, which was completed with care, especially on and around the solar panels. What happened next surprised me, as Russ measured the areas to be proofed and returned to his van, where he cut the black, high-tech weatherboard into the exact sizes required to fit perfectly! I later saw why, as the whole area of solar panels presented a perfectly tailored finish. After Russ had attached the weatherboarding in place he inspected the whole installation in detail to ensure he was satisfied. Finally, he cleaned the area and removed all debris from the guttering, leaving the area spick and span! Another brilliant job, Russ, thank you so much! I have waited a month before my review so that I can confirm the results. Not only does the work by Cleankill Pest Control enhance the look of the solar panels and roof but the presence of pigeons is minimal, as Russ said it would be, the unsightly mess on my new patio has disappeared. It no longer looks like a 'bombing range' and I cam sit in the sun with impunity! I placed my trust in Cleankill and Samantha, which was proved to be correct by Russ. In all, an honest, high quality, professional job, at a great value for money price. I will know where to go in future! I cannot thank you all enough.
