I have recently joined the practise and I am very happy with the service provided. Everyone I have dealt with has been professional, accommodating, and very friendly. I have been seeing Dr Rita Mirchandani. She is very knowledgeable, puts me at ease, and goes the extra mile to make sure I am confident and comfortable with my dental care.

I started new at this practice 3 months ago and I found the practice to be very professional and availability of appointments was good. Dr Rita and her dental nurse Nadia were very warm and welcoming. Dr Rita was very focused on prevention she took X-rays to check for cavities (thankfully none) and she took time to give me lots of dental hygiene top tips and showed me how to use the interdental tools to follow to get my gum issue under control and ensured I had the right product recommendations and where to buy them. She has been a game changer to my dental routine and dental health.

Best place for taking implant treatment! Dentist Ricardo Rosales is very professional and takes every steps with extra care and diligence. He is also very nice and patient, which greatly eases the fears involved in the treatment and provides comfort to patient. Nurse Simona is also super good with her job & highly organized with helping book appointments! The practice manager Aga has been very helpful addressing & resolving enquires for my mum’s treatment efficiently and effectively. Friendly & helpful reception team! Highly recommended!

I hadn't been to the dentist for quite a while, somewhere around 10 years, and wasn't overly comfortable about returning. Very glad I did though, no surprise I needed some work done- 2 fillings. I'm not very good with needles, but Shreena was fantastic, made me feel very comfortable and got the work done without any pain and great quality (can't even tell where the work was!) Sarah (Hygienist) as well was pain free and gave tips on how to improve brushing etc, so I'll make sure next time I'm an easier customer to deal with! Overall I shall be returning on a 6 month basis, I have learnt my lesson! Everyone there is very welcoming and I didn't have an worries by the end of my first appointment.

I needed an emergency appointment after I cracked a back tooth at the weekend. I was given one for Monday afternoon and a appointment made for an extraction today ( Thursday). The dentist Ektaa and her nurse Maya were very gentle, kind and professional. All sorted in about 20 minutes. Big thank you.

I recently had to confront a long-standing phobia of going to the dentist, and my experience at BUPA Dental Care Woking Retreat with Dr. Anita Hawksworth, and her nurses Tia and Chantelle, made all the difference. I had a tooth that was causing unbearable pain, forcing me to book an emergency appointment. I was anxious and unsure of what to expect, but booking the appointment online was simple and straightforward, and I was welcomed warmly when I arrived. Dr Anita Hawksworth immediately put me at ease. She explained everything she was going to do, making it clear that she wouldn't proceed without my consent, which made a huge difference for someone like me with a dental phobia. Unfortunately, the inspection showed that I needed to return the next day to have the tooth removed. On the day of the procedure, Dr. Anita and her team were incredibly reassuring and patient, ensuring that I was as comfortable as possible throughout. Tia and Chantelle were wonderfully understanding and caring, helping me feel more relaxed than I ever thought I could be in a dentist's chair. Radio 2 was a great chose of stations. The entire team truly went above and beyond to make sure my fears were addressed and I felt in control. For anyone out there with a fear of the dentist, I can't recommend this team enough. They are compassionate, professional, and genuinely care about your comfort. Thanks to Dr. Anita Hawksworth, Tia, Chantelle, and everyone at the practice, I have now fully recovered, and I am incredibly grateful for the way they helped me overcome a major fear. Dr Rita Mirchandani has looked after my mouth for over 15 years. She is passionate about oral health. I trust her implicitly only to recommend what really needs done. She keeps you informed every step of the way and the quality of her work is 2nd to none. When I arrived 15 years ago my mouth was not in great shape. She stabilised the situation, educated me on how to look after my mouth and has monitored my mouth since. I cannot recommend her enough.

I recently had to face one of those dental experiences that many dread: a broken tooth extraction. However, I'm pleased to say that my visit to Dr. Jahnavi Metha and nurse Sushma was nothing short of excellent. Dr. Jahnavi explained the procedure in detail, making sure I understood each step. I thought I was going to be in a lot of pain. So when it was time for the numbing process and saw the needle, I prepared myself. But the process was quick and I hardly felt a thing. During the extraction of the tooth she worked efficiently, with great care and was explaining what she was doing at each step. I felt a little pressure, like she said I would, but no pain at all. Before I knew it, the tooth was out. She explained the after care and what to expect. I expected to be in pain when the anaesthesia would wear off, but again I had no pain. Overall, I can confidently say that my tooth extraction experience with Dr. Jahnavi Metha and nurse Sushma exceeded my expectations. Thank you!!! I highly recommend them.

I’ve been seeing Dr Rita Mirchandani regularly for 17 years. She is the best dentist I’ve ever seen (I’m over 50). She always offers advice, presents sensible options and most importantly she cares and takes time to do things the right way. Having seen dentists in the past who were only interested in how many more fillings they could put in my mouth, Rita has been a breath of fresh air. Under her care I’ve had a couple of fillings replaced, a root canal because there wasn’t much more she could do with the tooth, and an extraction because of an abscess in an old (pre-Rita) root canal - always a pleasure to deal with her, given her calm demeanour and never any pain with any of the procedures! She has also been wonderful with my daughter, who oat age 3 wouldn’t open her mouth for an examination. My daughter now has a wonderful mouthful of teeth and has developed excellent oral healthcare. If you’re worried about going to the dentist, Rita is the dentist you should see.

I have been coming to bupa dental care for 9 years now and I am very happy with the outstanding service I have received. It has been a game changer. Dr Baran and Tracey Barrett are par excellence and the best in their field. I have picked up so much useful advice about how to look after my teeth. My teeth have never looked better. I have completed a dental treatment with Dr Licinea Brown spanning across multiple appointments and I am extremely pleased with the results. She is very clear and capable of explaining details of the treatment in a way that it was easy for me to understand. She has also demonstrated having a refined level of attention to detail and delivered the treatment in a timely manner and, fundamentally important, without any pain during or after the appointments. I am going to continue my dental treatment with her, and I would strongly recommend her to anyone who asks me for a dentist recommendation. 10 out of 10!

The root canal treatment carried out by Sayed Alroyayamin was unbelievably good: pre injection anaesthetic gel, surprisingly far less pain during the procedure than with a standard filling and so far an incredible outcome which means that I can eat using both sides of my mouth for the first time in probably more than ten years. He explained everything very clearly, including the chances of success, and his technical skills were impressive. The root canal treatment was painless and has made a very positive difference to my quality of life. I would strongly recommend Sayed Alroyayamin for root canal surgery.

What a fantastic, fast efficient service. My normal dentist was not able to fit me in as an emergency so I thought I would try Brookwood Dental Studios. Convenient as located within Sainsbury's. I called on Monday and was given an appointment for Wednesday the same week however when a cancellation came up they called me and fitted me in the very next day. Dr Snehal Punny and her nurse assistant were lovely, putting me at ease with their calm manner. I have now registered as a new patient and returning again in a couple of weeks for a check up. Thank you so much.

I was seen at very short notice at 9am on the Monday having only phoned an hour earlier with an emergency and despite not being a current patient. My problem was dealt with very efficiently and the dentist carefully explained what the issue was, everything that was happening/ being done and as to why. I emerged less than an hour later minus one wisdom tooth but with the pain extinguished. A very satisfied patient.

I was referred to Broadway Dental by my dentist due to complications with a crown following a hockey injury many years ago. Murray Saunders was fantastic at finding the root (pun intended) cause of my issue. Once identified, I was given a few possible options for how to treat the issue. The decision was to go for an implant. There was no pressure to use the team from Broadway Dental, but I am very glad I did. I was introduced to Paul O’Neilly who was simply amazing. From the first appointment to finally having my implant crown fitted I could not have been happier with the service I received. He set out a journey for me to give my new tooth the best chance possible. The process was long, but thankfully not painful. I cannot recommend the team at Broadway Dental enough.

Honestly the best dental experience of my life. Dr. Murray is so kind and gentle and puts you at ease. He explains everything very well. He clearly has some fantastic equipment too. He did a fantastic job on a tricky root canal and I literally had no pain during or even after the process. I would recommend Dr. Murray and his team for anyone needing a root treatment. I needed an emergency appointment as I was suffering with severe toothache, I'm also on long term oxygen so needed a Dentist that would accept me, my Husband was able to come in with me to hold the oxygen. I had excellent service from Katherine Shiel- Rankin. As I'm a nervous patient everything was explained to me what she would do as she went along to extract my tooth, she was very reassuring, friendly and professional. My Husband and I really appreciated the care I received. It's five stars all the way from Reception to the Dentist.

Been going here for a while now and no desire to change. I've found the staff, particularly the dentists themselves to be very friendly and courteous with a great "bedside" manner. They always explain what's going on and make sure I'm fine with everything. Reminders are sent for appointments and the environment is pleasant. I've had a number of bits and pieces done here, ranging from fillings, filling extractions and hygienist check-ups. Would very much recommend.

The process for Invisalign inevitably sustains for a long period of time. I was slightly concerned if I could do it well with my work commitments. It turned out so easy to manage with huge help by Andreea where she is always find the best schedule suiting for me. Dr Mahmoud always helps me to understand where I am in the process and what would happen as coming steps. He gives me genuine feelings that I am looked after well. Fantastic team here and I even become looking forward to visiting them every few weeks!

I had a wonderful experience at Perfect Smile Woking! I was a first time patient and needed composite bonding . Dr Mahmoud Samaha and Andreea Moraru were very accommodating, friendly and so professional. They offered me multiple options and explained the process in detail to me. I love my new smile. I love that they took the time to perfect my composite bonding and checked on me throughout the procedure to make sure I was comfortable. Can’t thank Dr Mahmoud and Andreea enough - I will definately be staying on with the practice for future dental care. The receptionists are also friendly and understanding and I had a lovely experience, overall.
