Professional, polite, very knowledge & detailed. Ella & her assistant (I don't know her name, unfortunately) were considerate & exceptional in every way. The standards of both the practice & staff are very high reassuring oneself that you are with experienced personnel who will take time & consideration with your health care. My expectations were not only met but surpassed in every way!

Very good and quick service, I got an appointment quickly and didn't have to wait at the practice. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant. I wish the main concern I had were dealt with in a different manner, but for experience with the NHS it was very good.

Fantastic! Receptionist was lovely to start with, then called into the dentist and can honestly say she was the nicest dentist I have ever attended! Friendly, took time to listen and explain what was needed. Put my nerves at rest and was just very nice. This is what all dentists should be like!

Was originally referred to Dr Al-Nahi by my general dentist several years ago and continue to attend this lovely practice to have the health of my gums checked once a year. As a patient in my seventies I suffer from exposed tooth roots, which are very uncomfortable. Dr Al-Nahi manages to allay my anxiety and I feel that I am in good hands. The calming atmosphere and spotless surroundings set a tone of excellence, and I really appreciate being given a generous amount of time for the appointment.

Amazingly disability inclusive environment. My daughter is autistic and blind. The dental hygienist Rebecca, always takes her time explaining the procedure and the next steps, constantly reassuring and praising my daughter. Thank you

The Waterden Dental Practice was recommended to me by a friend a few years ago. It has such a lovely, friendly atmosphere! I had a root canal/crown procedure a couple of years ago with Richard / Mittal which was painless with great results (unlike a previous experience elsewhere!) I have recently had a tooth implant by Mo which I am absolutely thrilled with. He did such a good job. It’s quite an invested procedure which happens over a few months but the end result is outstanding. Mo explained everything as he went along and it wasn’t at all painful (just a bit uncomfortable at times). Thoroughly recommend!

My experience at North Lane Dental has been incredible! They’re so fast, reliable and welcoming. The process was very quick and I found the finance option very easy! The staff are nothing but welcoming and friendly and make you feel at ease. I had composite bonding and the procedure took around 3/4 hours to complete. The time flew by and I was very pleased with the end result! If you’re looking at getting some dental work, I would highly recommend going here as my experience has been nothing but fantastic!

Lovley practice, super clean and SO FRIENDLY. Thankyou so much. I saw one or two reviews of people saying they run late, as someone who works in an industry that is appointment based.. running late is sometimes a very good sign.. it means they’ll spend the time if it’s needed, reassuring you, explaining things, taking their time perfecting their work. It could be you that they’re running late on if you need extra time spent on you. All the people that we came across in the dentist were so friendly. I came assisting my mum, she was pretty nervous and upset and our lovley dentist couldn’t have handled it better. I could have cried with happiness at how he handled our situation. Thankyou so much. I had my second composite bonding appointment today with Dr Hema Raja. I had my first with her 5 years ago and wouldn’t go to anyone else. I am so happy with my results she is absolutely amazing! Hema makes you feel so comfortable and she is so friendly and kind. She always double checks to make sure you are happy with your results and makes any adjustments should you request it. My teeth look amazing and so natural I am beyond happy. The practice is so clean and aesthetic, all of the employees are so kind and treat you with the upmost respect, I cannot recommend North Lane Dental Practice enough! Thanks for everything guys x

I found the staff at the practice deeply caring and knowledgeable in their specialism. I had a complex issue and the dentist I was seeing referred me to the head of the practice (Claudio). The head assessed me and made a hospital dentistry referral. The referral was very clear to consultants & I was accepted. I now enjoy eating and smiling. Thank you so much Natalia and Claudio.

After not visiting a dentist for a number of years I had a lot to fix and was very nervous. Claudio and his team were wonderful, patient and understanding. Especially as I find everything about having my teeth worked on really uncomfortable. They listened to my concerns and made sure that I was as comfortable as possible throughout. The dental staff are very welcoming and athough I am not a nervous patient, the whole time during your appointment as treatment commences it is dealt with in a highly professional manner. The dentist is making you fully aware of any issues, the xrays were there for me to see and him to explain any changes noticed. He is also explaining everything he can see during the examination and treatments or choices that are available to you. Very good at engaging with the patient and this makes the whole visit calm and reassuring. He cleaned and polished my teeth to a very high standard and I would recommend this practise to friends and family.

Dr Baljinder Singh Grewal was amazing. I had an emergency appointment and he made me feel so comfortable and ensured me everything will be ok. He fixed my teeth and look perfect! Honestly couldn’t have been more happier coming out of that appointment. Will definitely be returning.

I called for a quote for partial dentures and Dr. Grewel took me through all my options, he was very patient with me and made sure I was picking the right option. He was also insanely flexible with my work schedule. My denture fitting etc. was all done in such a timely manner. I’ve had dentures before but have never felt so informed about their care and everything that goes along with them. Thank you so much!

I have been coming to this dentist for over a year now and had a range of different treatments. All of which have been resolved to a great standard and my teeth are in a much better condition since starting the initial treatment plan. I have been going to Elmsleigh House Dental Clinic for many years now and highly recommend it. I first saw Cathleen for some cosmetic dentistry and was so impressed with her attention to detail I have stayed with her ever since. She works hard to ensure you get the result you want and is so kind and sensible in her approach to dentistry. Whilst you need to book well ahead, Adrienne is a fantastic Hygienist and worth the wait. All the staff here are helpful and friendly and the waiting area is clean and welcoming which makes going to the dentist a more pleasant experience. There are other options locally but I don’t think I could beat the service I receive here.

I am a nervous patient, however my experience of Elmsleigh Dental care is extremely positive. The warm reception from the front desk team relaxes me, and the treatment I have received from Hugh Cowley has been amazing. Appointments are always on time, and I can honestly say I have not felt any pain at all during treatment for an implant. Everything is explained and aftercare support is also fabulous.

I honestly don't know how to explain how fantastic a dental experience I had with Elmsleigh... From start to finish the team are polite, empathetic, and professional. I am a nervous patient and Louise immediately put me at ease whilst handling my call and provided me with all of the information I could have asked for. I required an urgent appointment and I was fortunate enough to be accommodated on the same day (won't always be possible). On the clinical side Hugh and Sophie were an incredible team, I cannot say thank you enough... Skilled absolutely, but Hugh's reassurance and explanations throughout were ideal and matched perfectly to what I personally needed on the day. Go to the dentist with confidence with Elmsleigh. I will be taking my family there also, five stars never more well deserved.

Highly recommend Elmsleigh House for your dental needs. The nicest dental experience I’ve ever had in my lifetime. Olivia has helped me so much with fixing my hypoplastic teeth with whitening and composite bonding. I’ve had countless compliments on my smile ever since. Woodbridge Dental Practice is one of the best dental clinic in the UK. Their staff- dentists, nurses, hygienists- and admin are all knowledgeable and kind. People actually fear going to dental appointments- but they make you feel at ease from start to finish. The receptionist- Safdar, welcomes you with a smile, topnotch professional- and “sells” the products well- such as the monthly plans and other services. He is always ready to answer your queries, and has excellent customer service skills. Doctor Alexander and Dr. Omer- were both capable of making patients feel confident with their treatment. Their honesty was well valued- regarding my teeth’s health. Now Im on my way back to healthy and confident smiles- thank you Woodbridge Hill Dental.

I have been going to this dentist for years and they are always friendly and calming when I have work done. They always do a good job. It is hard to find my roots and my previous dentist left a bit of root in which caused pain. Here they did a scan of my tooth and spent extra time ensuring all the roots were found and I was pain free when I left.

The Coach House Dental Practice has looked after my dental healthcare for many years now and I would not consider finding another dentist even though I now live in West Sussex. Really good very professional and thorough. Go here. For example I saw dr shwarma and Dr Kavi both were excellent. Dr Kavi went beyond in her consultation she was able to identify that I have a jaw occlusion that meant I have a crossbite and gave me the option of referral. I really appreciate this as NO DENTIST has ever told me I have an inherited occlusion and I spent 3 years in braces and lost 4 teeth not knowing why and not fixing the issue I actually had. Now I have the option to sort out an issue that has given me low confidence since my teenage years

I have been with this dental practice for over 20 years. I have always been pleased with their care and service from Receptionist to Hygienist to the Dentist. My present dentist is Derek Whittle who is respectful, gentle, patient and will always explain anything he is going to do and ensure you are comfortable. It is certainly a pleasant Practice to visit at all times who endeavor to take the upmost care of the patient. I would certainly recommend Derek Whittle and the Practice.
