Bianca is a great dentist. I had a replacement top rear filling done recently and I felt at ease whilst in the chair at all times. She also did a fabulous job on a small front tooth filling - such a good colour match you wouldn't know it's there. Thank you.

On arrival the receptionist welcomed me with a warm friendly smile which put me at ease! The dentist was reassuring and the treatment was a success! 1st class treatment!!! Overall experience.. ‘ Excellent, I have the confidence to return for further treatment without feeling nervous!’

Every dentist should make you feel at ease from booking an appointment, seeing the dentist to the aftercare and support when you leave. The changes made to the Dental Practice is outstanding, what a transformation and to have a Team who are helpful, and look after you as a patient is finally great to see. I needed an emergency appointment as I was suffering with severe toothache, I'm also on long term oxygen so needed a Dentist that would accept me, my Husband was able to come in with me to hold the oxygen. I had excellent service from Katherine Shiel- Rankin. As I'm a nervous patient everything was explained to me what she would do as she went along to extract my tooth, she was very reassuring, friendly and professional. My Husband and I really appreciated the care I received. It's five stars all the way from Reception to the Dentist.

I honestly cannot recommend this dental surgery enough! As someone that has always struggled with anxiety/fear of visiting the dentist from a young age, I was dreading my first check up appointment. But from the moment I stepped through the door all the staff very welcoming & calm environment. Then upon meeting Jake he made me feel like there was no shame about leaving it so long to go for a check up due to the fear, he took his time with me to make me feel comfortable and explained things throughly to me which has helped alot. Now over 6 months down the line that fear of going to the dentist has start to reduce and I cannot say thankyou enough!

Saw Jake today for my appointment and was nervous as always, but Jake was amazing from start to finish. If you are looking for a good dentist I would highly recommend him. After a horrible experience with a previous dentist at a different practice Jake has fixed the mistake and made me smile again.

Croft Dental Centre is an excellent establishment and our whole family have had excellent experience of their care over several years. I’d particularly like to single out the senior partner, Sharmilla Radia. Sharmilla has done wonders for my wife’s bite which has helped her have less headaches; recently I had a long session in the chair for the fitting of two implants in quite a difficult scenario. The care and precision with which Sharmilla approached this procedure was incredibly impressive, including the provision of two jigs designed to ensure precise placement and a very careful approach to anaesthesia to ensure nerve protection. I felt that I could not be in better hands and although it was a long procedure, the professionalism and care exercised by Sharmilla and her team made it very tolerable. Everyone at the practice is very friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend this practice.

As someone raised with an intense fear of the dentist, making regular appointments for my dental health as an adult has been a struggle. The wonderful staff at the CDC have made it much easier for me. Hygenist Joanne Bell, alongside Nurse Muno, is always kind and patient. Dr Jake O'Connell is gentle and reassuring. I have been attending for regular check ups and for dental surgery, and I can say with certainty that I always feel safe and well cared for at the CDC. They are generous and informative. Highly recommend.

I have been a patient of both Mona and Claes at this surgery for at least 25 years and always had amazing treatment. Yes, I have waited on occasion, but have always understood that this was due to an urgent case taking priority, which is fine with me. This week, I became an urgent case myself and was fitted in over a lunchtime by Claes & his nurse Michelle. Excellent telephone support and my appointment fitted around my 4 hour journey each way to get to the surgery. Thankfully the treatment seems to have solved the extremely painful issue. I can't recommend these guys enough!

I like this place a lot. Receptionists have always been friendly and helpful, there's sometimes a bit of a wait to get an appointment (NHS) but that's about normal. Bidhan is possibly the nicest dentist ever. Easily accessible and decent sized car park. Would recommend

Excellent Service, very friendly and professional staff. Dentist Dr Bidhan is very professional and kind to my boys while treating them. He always tries to give as much information on the treatment and explained to me and my boys what is the next step.
