I have been registered with this practice for over 30 years and I can only describe this dental service as excellent in every way. The staff are some of the nicest, friendliest people offering immense attention to detail and care with the cleanliness of a hospital theatre. My teeth are (and have always been) in excellent order due to the work of Graham Loader and his team. My wife has used other dentists in Sussex closer to our home, but when she moved to this practice in Horley a few years ago, she has been “singing their praises” ever since! If you are lucky enough to join this practice, you would not be disappointed. A full Five Stars!

Being a new patient at Katoomba Dental Practice. My friend, even her parents had much praise and positive feedbacks as to Katoomba Dental Practice. Thankfully my previous dentist was not ‘ up to MY ASK ‘. Therefore i tried Katoomba Dental Practice. No regrets. Staff are all friendly, always smiling and most accommodating. The Practice is always clean and well presented. Giving one a positive, right from the time of entry into the building. My main man - Dr Chin Liu gave me sound advice. With a full explanation as to the process - start to termination. Putting my interests first, with a LONG TERM GOAL. Questions i had were answered and fully explained. My Dental therapist Sophie McKay. Having extensive work done. Her conscientiousness has left a gratefulness with me that has me in confidence in the work done and any further work to still be done. Sophie very thorough - making sure that the best was done. After a short time - i knew i was in good hands. Hence - i was able to relax knowing the work was completed to a high, best standard. Some persons are able to make one comfortable and relaxed. Sophie is able to do that - as she genuinely does care. Again - questions i had were answered and i am better informed than before. My recommendation - is use/ try Katoomba Dental Practice. They have a very solid base/ foundation in knowing exactly what is best for your needs and situation. i see no need, not even long term - to look elsewhere for another Dental Practice. N e v e r - be put off as in having a professional treatment done, over finances. You will always have money, but once your OWN teeth are gone. Substitutes - never fully replace your own teeth.

Always friendly and professional. I don't feel apprehensive visiting Katoomba as they are always considerate of your needs.

The Dentistree work I had performed was first class. Dr Rajan, the dentist, was excellent; Karen, the dental nurse, was fantastic and so supportive during all my appointments to provide my implants. Exceptional.. our experience at Dentistree was and always is an absolute pleasure from the reception staff to Rajan. Rajan, is so gentle and kind and excellent at his job, in making you feel calm. Our recent experience with my Mum who is 87, needed a tooth extracting, Rajan was so soft, his calmness allowed my mum to be at ease. Sophie (hygienist) was so professional and helpful. She took time to show me brushing techniques with the specific toothbrush that I use and I had the most gentle hygienist experience I've had. She explained each step and told me what was coming next. Overall a great experience and one I would really recommend.

I went into Zen House Dental today, and would highly recommend. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the practice itself is modern and clean. I was seen promptly, and the dentist made me feel at ease. Overall, a very nice experience.

I must post how fantastic my teeth look now Dr Akshay has completed the top set of teeth. He is a perfectionist and technically very accomplished and professional. The results are astounding and worth every penny spent on the treatment. I did my research before choosing Zen House. I will now have the bottom front teeth done at the end of February, The staff are also very attentive and professional and a pleasure to deal with. The equipment they use is state of the art and no longer do you bite down on compounds to take a teeth impression. Its all done now by "mapping" to get a precice result. To this end I have also decided to use the practice as my "go to" dentist from now on. I had to post my before and after photos to show the amazing work and results

I had an amazing dental clean with Gemma. As it was my first experience with a hygienist I wasn't sure what to expect but Gemma was fantastic. She explained everything she was doing and gave my a teeth a thorough clean while still being gentle that it wasn't uncomfortable. Highly recommended.

Thank you is not enough these words can not express what Paul Barns & his lovely assistant Lyn have done for me. I was referred to this practise due I needed specialist treatment from an illness that had effect my gums to the extent I was loosing my teeth at 51 this is not what you want to hear. I needed extensive gum treatment and unfortunately removal of my front tooth. The receding gums and bone loss could not support the front tooth and also an implant at this time was not an option until my gums get better and stronger. I started the treatment my tooth was removed and cleverly grafted onto the teeth either side which was great due to I had developed a large gap in my teeth, so now the gap was closed however I still had the issue of not being able to smile as I was embarrassed about my gums. I was very pleased all the treatment was working and my gums were getting better. All this had been very emotional as my daughter is getting married this year and every mum wants to be able to have a big smile on their face on that special day but this was not looking likely for me. So I thought until my dentist Paul Barnes suggested a Gingival Veneer he knew how important a smile was to me and that is exactly what he's given me my smile back but not just that also my confidence. I wish they gave out awards to dentist because he should definitely be awarded one and I just wish I could come up with the best words to express how much this means to me thank you both so very much from the bottom of my heart Paul Barns & Lyn his assistant for there support care and understanding because of a wonderful caring dentist I will have the biggest smile on the 25th June at my daughters wedding and you made this happen xx

I cannot begin to explain how wonderful Eva and Molly have been during my recent dental appointments. I was terrified, but really needn't have been. Eva was so brilliant at ensuring I was looked after and didn't feel pain. Molly was also brilliant at making me feel comfortable and supported. Longborough have given me excellent treatment over several years. This includes some replacement fillings and a capped tooth, plus regular hygiene appointments. Extremely well organized, good facilities, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and most importantly pain free. Not cheap, but good value for money.

Absolutely top class, I felt very secure that the treatment plans recommended were made with my best interest in mind. I have received the best possible care and attention to detail was given at every appointment. Every member of the Reception team, all of the nurses and all dental practitioners that took care of me were so caring and gentle and after the first appointment I was actually looking forward to the next visits. All of the specialists are superbly skilled. They all showed incredible level of expertise in their individual fields. I would like to thank dr William and dr Mohamed, lovely Michelle and Georgia, Dawn at Reception but most of all dr Lucy, she is my favourite!

I had my first appointment with Dr Bela yesterday and I ended up having to have two filings. Dentists usually fill me with fear and panic but Dr Bela was so sweet and kind and I found I wasn’t worried at all. She talked me through all the steps and showed me exactly what she was doing with the camera the whole way through. I opted not to have any anaesthetic due to health reasons and Dr Bela was so gentle and made sure I barely felt it. Fantastic place I’m so chuffed and feel very reassured knowing I’m in very safe hands . Thank you .

I suffer from major anxiety at dentists. From the moment I met Dr Bela, I felt safe. I've had four fillings and a crown rework, and at every point I've felt cared for by her, and the dental nurse Antonio's, utter professionalism and speed. Look, there's nothing fun about getting a filling, but all mine have been done with speed, great care and expertise. Yesterday, I had a bit of a panic attack, Dr Bela and the nurse were so generous with their patience and kindness, I felt very moved. I'd like to point out how lovely the staff are at reception too. Courteous, kind and warm. I'm a bit chatty and they never rush me! Dr Kataria saw me for a possible root canal and he could not have been gentler or kinder.

Dr Kataria was absolutely fantastic and I’m so grateful for all the care I received. He always took the time to explain everything carefully and in a way that I could understand, considered my priorities, and involved me when deciding on treatment next steps. I felt that I understood the treatment, the reasons behind it, and possible next steps. His technical abilities are amazing, and he was so reassuring and kind throughout. I am so pleased with the outcome. Thank you so much!

Timberhill is by far the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Leanne and Carla are amazing hygienists - and I don’t say that lightly. Bella always has my best interests at heart and I genuinely look forward to seeing her, and Antonio is always helpful and friendly. I have had quite a bit or treatment and associated work done at Avalon, and my experience has been excellent. The staff are all friendly, and the dentist has been really clear with any issues and the treatment plan in terms of things I need to do and consider. I've always felt very re-assured during appointments and would definitely recommend the practice.

The best dentist EVER. From Booking an appointment right through to treatment & beyond, they are so friendly, thorough and caring. Never any issue getting an appointment including a last minute one before I went away for 3 weeks. Honestly the best service you could ask for. I came here as someone who hated going to the dentist - right away everyone put me at ease and Dr Pejman Khaki was incredibly considerate and efficient with treatment. Now I am not only someone who “tolerates” it but actually enjoy my experience at the dentist, knowing I’ll be coming out in a better place. Cannot recommend highly enough.

This is definitely the best dentist I have ever been to. Pejman is very gentle, he stops every now and then to make sure I am ok, he remembers that I am a human, not just a job that needs to be done. Lynette on reception is very warm and friendly, the minute you walk in there is a feeling of calm, it's just not like my usual experience of the dentist, I am so glad I found this place and would recommend it to anyone especially if you are nervous.

I came to the smile gallery after a recommendation from a friend. Since I was a teenager I all I ever wished for was a perfect smile. I never smiled showing my teeth, and was extremely self conscious about them. I also had a massive fear of the dentist after a bad experience with a root canal many years ago. This fear never needed to be a thing with the smile gallery. The whole team at the smile gallery has been with me every step of the way to my dream smile. They have gone above and beyond for me. And I cannot thank them enough. Graduating the second time around I was a compleat different person now with my dream and I could not stop smiling for the whole day!
