I cannot recommend this lovely surgery highly enough. After years of being scared of going to the dentist, the team have been so welcoming and helped me feel at ease. Dr Maya is exceptional and both she and Lindsay really care about their patients. Thank you to Cristina too!

Highly recommend Great Dentist,was made to feel relaxed and comfortable from waiting room to the chair, Dr Maya and Nurse Lindsey were very professional and calm and kept me well informed in each process of my treatment plan and next steps. I have been registered with this practice for over 30 years and I can only describe this dental service as excellent in every way. The staff are some of the nicest, friendliest people offering immense attention to detail and care with the cleanliness of a hospital theatre. My teeth are (and have always been) in excellent order due to the work of Graham Loader and his team. My wife has used other dentists in Sussex closer to our home, but when she moved to this practice in Horley a few years ago, she has been “singing their praises” ever since! If you are lucky enough to join this practice, you would not be disappointed. A full Five Stars!

Being a new patient at Katoomba Dental Practice. My friend, even her parents had much praise and positive feedbacks as to Katoomba Dental Practice. Thankfully my previous dentist was not ‘ up to MY ASK ‘. Therefore i tried Katoomba Dental Practice. No regrets. Staff are all friendly, always smiling and most accommodating. The Practice is always clean and well presented. Giving one a positive, right from the time of entry into the building. My main man - Dr Chin Liu gave me sound advice. With a full explanation as to the process - start to termination. Putting my interests first, with a LONG TERM GOAL. Questions i had were answered and fully explained. My Dental therapist Sophie McKay. Having extensive work done. Her conscientiousness has left a gratefulness with me that has me in confidence in the work done and any further work to still be done. Sophie very thorough - making sure that the best was done. After a short time - i knew i was in good hands. Hence - i was able to relax knowing the work was completed to a high, best standard. Some persons are able to make one comfortable and relaxed. Sophie is able to do that - as she genuinely does care. Again - questions i had were answered and i am better informed than before. My recommendation - is use/ try Katoomba Dental Practice. They have a very solid base/ foundation in knowing exactly what is best for your needs and situation. i see no need, not even long term - to look elsewhere for another Dental Practice. N e v e r - be put off as in having a professional treatment done, over finances. You will always have money, but once your OWN teeth are gone. Substitutes - never fully replace your own teeth.

Exceptional.. our experience at Dentistree was and always is an absolute pleasure from the reception staff to Rajan. Rajan, is so gentle and kind and excellent at his job, in making you feel calm. Our recent experience with my Mum who is 87, needed a tooth extracting, Rajan was so soft, his calmness allowed my mum to be at ease. I needed an emergency appointment for my mom, and Dentistree was able to schedule it the same day. The service was quick and excellent. The pricing was reasonable, and the option for financing made it easier to manage the cost. The dentist clearly explained the issue and recommended a solution that was both emotionally reassuring and financially practical. Overall, a great experience!

The Dentistree work I had performed was first class. Dr Rajan, the dentist, was excellent; Karen, the dental nurse, was fantastic and so supportive during all my appointments to provide my implants. I registered at Victoria Road practice earlier in the year have had couple appointments with Dr Brummit to sort out my Gum disease and today had a tooth out which I was dreading but can’t praise her enough for her professionalism and the way she put me at ease and helped me relax . I’d never had toothache, a filling or had a tooth removed since I was about 10, I’m 58 now, so I never worried about going to the dentist. I always suffered with problems with my gums, more so as I’ve got older. So when i noticed a couple teeth begin to get loose and get toothache which Id never experienced I knew I had to get it sorted. I never thought I would have to have a tooth out but highly recommend Dr Brummit . I have to have another 2 removed but I’m far less anxious now. Thank you

Victoria Wright is by far the best dental practitioner I have ever had looking after my ghastly teeth and at the age of 78 I have seen quite a few! Together with her caring nurse and extremely efficient receptionist they make the perfect team.

The access to the clinic is atrocious and dangerous (broken tiles, uneven paving, awkward steps). I'm aware it's an old building, but it's not a listed building, so there's no excuse for not being more accessible to those of us who have access needs. A safe place for us is a safe place for all.
