My first time visiting the Gridserve Charging Hub at Gatwick Airport. Great to see a clean comfortable Costa coffee, and the food and coffee served by Tanya & Adam was delicious! Polite and impeccable service. Can’t fault the experience, and will definitely return. Thank you !

This Costa is on the first floor of the Gridserve Electric Forecourt close to the south terminal at Gatwick Airport. The first floor of the service station comprises toilets, lounges, dining area and this Costa Coffee. Very clean, very helpful and friendly staff offering the usual Costa coffees, hot drinks and food. My review of the Gridserve Electric Forecourt..... The future of electric vehicle charging is here, now. Immaculately clean. Well laid out. Staff on hand to assist, but not necessarily needed as it really is so easy. So many other EV charging providers, who seem to be 'playing at it', could learn from Gridserve. The staff really do compliment the forecourt charging station, and appear genuinely proud of their station, service with a smile. A really convenient charging service station, ideally located for Gatwick Airport. Stays are limited to an hour but our car charged from 30% to 85% in 40 minutes, primarily due to the limitation of our car, rather than the chargers. There are also dedicated Tesla chargers, if required. My wife has used this station before and found it really easy. I'm not sure why you'd go to a BP Pulse station when a Gridserve station is available. It's a good job that the ill informed and ignorant EV haters aren't aware of such facilities, otherwise I'm sure there'd be a queue out of the forecourt. Very good. This is an absolutely lovely spot to stop by. 1 hour free parking. Plenty of electric charging points if you require one. Really really nicely built. Very clean inside. I highly recommend this place. Friendly staff too! I shall be using this a lot more now.

Happen to come across this place by accident. Considering the size, it has a clean disabled toilet and is accessible on the whole. Has a nice variety of hot drinks, cakes, and freshly made milkshakes. It's not greasy spoon prices, but everything is good quality and they have FREE WiFi. The staff are lovely too, and very accommodating. It has a real community vibe.

It was relaxing and friendly girls on the till, the girl who served me easy going, and very friendly. Another girl named Shannon was lovely to chat with while doing the prep and cleaning. Since I was on my own for a while, it was nice to have a pleasant conversation in the early morning while having a nice special hot chocolate. It was a friendly area, parking was easy, and it was easy to know where it was on the map.

Good convenient cafe at Gatwick private hire car park you can get good food (halal) and beverages, staff is helpful and friendly. As off (28/1/24) there are no toilet facilities due to alleged repairs.

They sell must have food . I have visited this place number of time and always found there food fresh ,well cooked and hot. To help the driver with bad mobile network they even provide FREE WIFI

This is my go to place in Horley. My Nan has gone here for years, sadly she passed last year, we keep our tradition by visiting each month. Every time I have eaten its been great food, the jacket potatoes are amazing. I love the staff, not sure if they are brothers but you just cant beat the food for the price. They give large portions and I love their coffee! they even do Soya milk for my Granddad. Recently went to the cafe in Woodhatch I was unimpressed will stick to my favourite place our orange cafe. Their salads are so yummy with little sweet chili sauce. Love you guys

I was here yesterday flying to America and decided to try out black sheep. Thinking it was a normal cafe I shocked and surprised by how amazing the coffee was I ordered a latte and it was better than other places I have visited. Shout out to Blake who was incredible also giving me recommendations for different coffee they had and making sure I got the coffee I needed in a quick and fashionable manner but also maintaining that excellent customer service. Thank you Blake your coffee was amazing. And for the speed as well I ordered and was served within less than 5 minutes considering that the airport was quite busy. 10/10

Food could have been better, as it wasn’t very hot, however Lori did say she’d have it re cooked for me & was very apologetic. Overall 5 stars just for Lori’s service! Came in around 10 weekday, not too busy so served very quickly. They do gluten free bread which is a plus although scrambled eggs are made up in advance and contain milk so no option for milk/dairy free on this. The food we had was very good. We were mostly served by Larissa, and she was brilliant, welcoming and very friendly to everyone. A really lovely experience. The guy who took our order and was hanging around seeming stressed about pretty much everything, was not so welcoming, and even the couple next to us looked a little peeved at his attitude. But overall it was nice to sit and relax in a fairly quiet environment with drinks whilst waiting for our gate.

I was served by Adriana. She was very professional in her demeanour and was attentive to my table for 1. This shows how fantastic the staff are and how they compromise a well oiled machine into service to customers. Fantastic recommendation from the staff and i thoroughly enjoyed waiting for my flight here. Very safe and comfortable.

Phenomenal service from Binta! I ordered a cappuccino, I am very picky about how I like my cappuccinos made and she did a splendid job in making it. The milk foam was done perfectly and the coffee wasn’t too bitter as well! She made sure all my questions were answered as it was my first time ordering from Black Sheep and I will definitely come back because of her amazing customer service!

Had a great experience at this Black Sheep this morning. Completely unexpected at an airport coffee joint! They had run out of what I’d ordered so gave me an ample replacement worth considerably more than what I paid. The chap serving me was really sorry but approached the issue in a way I haven’t seen for a long time. I rarely wrote reviews but felt I had to hear as all the staff were cheery and it’s made my day.
